Petrostar Closes Private Placement

June 30, 2011, Victoria, BC – Petrostar Petroleum Corp. (TSX-Venture: PEP, Frankfurt: LMQ; “Petrostar” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has received final TSXV approval for a non-brokered Private Placement of 4,358,920 units at $0.125 per unit for gross proceeds of $544,865.

PETROSTAR ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2010 AGM

Petrostar Petroleum Corp. held its 2010 annual general meeting on Thursday, July 7, 2011, in Victoria, B.C.

A quorum was achieved with 20.3 per cent of the outstanding shares of the company being represented. A representative from Computershare Trust Company acted as scrutineer.

The results of the meeting were as follows:

 

1. Set the number of directors at six -- 100 per cent:
   1. Bruce Scafe;
   2. William Stafford;
   3. Joshua Prowse;
   4. Graham Riley;
   5. Bruce Balazs;
2. Appointment of BDO Dunwoody as auditor -- 100 per cent;
3. Ratify and approve 2011 stock option plan -- 100 per cent;
4. Approve chairman's right to cast second vote if necessary -- 100 per cent.

Das ist ja mal außergewöhnlich für diesen Wert, steckt da mehr dahinter???

Ich glaube, ich muß Dich enttäuschen! Es wurden in Stuttgart1000 Stk zu 0,079 € gehandelt , also 79 € !

Es stand zwar so 79T€ geschrieben, aber das paßt nicht.

Wenn jemand für 79.000 € handelt wäre mehr los im Kurs.

79.000 € entsprechen 1000000 Aktien, bei einem Kurs von 0,079 €!

Hello

This has been a very hard time for the company as we currently have no production and our finances are low. However that being said we did do a small private placement with a private equity firm who have interest in financing Petrostar and bringing a large oil deal that they are working on into the public company of Petrostar. They would also bring new very experienced oil people onto the company’s board of directors and eventually they will be looking to take over the company. This would have a very positive effect on the share price as we all know in the current market it is very difficult to raise any amount of capital but this group has access to funds and they have very good experience. This will be the best for shareholders who have been waiting a long time. I hope to have some news before the end of October to share with the public.

hast Du die selbe Befürchtung wie ich??
Das wird meine zweite Kanadische Exploreraktie werden, die sang und klanglos vom Bildschirm verschwindet. Habe mit beiden dann sehr viel Geld verloren. Jetzt verkaufen lohnt aber auch nicht mehr.
Wie ich sagte: falsches Management, zu lange am DHT geforscht und zu viele PP's.

Nie wieder Kanadische Explorer.

CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

Petrostar Petroleum Corp. has made immediate changes to the board of directors the company effective Oct. 5, 2011.

Resignations

The company has received and accepted the resignations of Graham Riley, Bruce Balaz and Joshua Prowse as directors of the company. Resignations were given and accepted to facilitate the appointment of new board members. Management would like to thank the resigning directors for their service and dedication to the company as members of the board and wish them success in the future.

Appointments

The company has appointed the following three people as directors of the board.

Greg Thompson

Houston, Texas

Mr. Thompson has over 30 years of diversified energy experience in the areas of oil and gas drilling, field operations, production, contracts, regulatory, marketing and transportation. Currently Mr. Thompson is President and General Manager of RiverWay Energy Services LLC. Mr. Thompson has performed on-site lease operation and has managed multiple producing wells. He has extensive experience in negotiations of Energy Plans and Agreements both Internationally and Domestically. Acted as Legislative liason for customers on Federal and State Regulatory issues. Other related achievements include implementing a streamlined pipeline and gathering system transportation design process. Mr. Thompson was educated attended Louisiana Tech and the university of New Orleans and has many professional affiliations including the National Energy Services Association and past president and director of the Louisiana Gas Association.

hallo Hawker. Habe gerade Dein Statement auf WO gelesen. Da ich dort nicht poste (hat mit einem anderen Titel und dem einseitigen Handeln der MOD's zu tun, schreibe ich Dir nun hier, da ich weiß, dass Du auch hier ließt.
Wie lange iste es her, dass ich schrieb, dass unser Management uns verarscht??
Die Sache mit der Ölförderung, den ETH's und DHT's ist durch. Die Firma wird bald klmmheimlich von der Bildfläche verschwinden, unsere Forscher in großen Firmen wieder auftauchen (wahrscheinlich mit den Vorstand) und dort die og Entwicklungen  zur Produktreife bringen, vermarkten und einsetzen. Nur wir - ich auch, habe eine hohen Betrag verzockt, da ich an die Technologie geglaubt habe, aber nicht mit der Unfähigkeit und der Gier unserer Manager - werden immense Verlust zu realisieren haben.

Schreib die Firma doch noch mal an. Bekommst garantiert wieder nur ausweichende Infos und Belangloses zu hören. Die spielen das Spiel nur noch, bis Sie alle Ihre Aktien abgestossen haben, damit auch noch der letzte Cent in Ihre Taschen fließt.

würde ich das jetzt nicht sehen. Das Management hat ja kaum noch was zu managen. Die drei Heizstäbe im Lager abzustauben bekommt eine Putzkraft auch ohne Anleitung hin. Außerdem hätten die sich nicht drei neue Vögel ins Board geholt. Zum Verarschen wären die alten Direktoren noch gut genug gewesen. Ab einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt wollte das alte Management das ganz große Rad drehen und hat sich übernommen.
Was ich mich frage ist, wenn jetzt neue Geldgeber am Start sind, warum müssen die jetzt erst noch das restliche Inventar zu Geld machen, um die Restschulden abzubauen. Ein Scheck würde das Problem doch mit einem Schlag beseitigen. Jedenfalls scheinen die Konsorten ne Menge Zeit zu haben.  Gerüchteweise soll´s ja in Albanien weitergehen. Wenn man sich vorstellt, dass die Firma in unterschiedlichen Formen seit 1996 existiert, lohnt langsam die Überlegung, ob man noch über genügend Lebenserwartung verfügt, um beim großen Durchbruch überhaupt dabei zu sein.

Bei Dir drückt ja wirklich der Schuh! Als Aktionär solcher Papiere geht man sehr großes Risiko ein, klar aber warum machen wir das ? Wir erhoffen uns mehr, insbesondere Wertsteigerung! Wir sind an einem Punkt angekommen, um Entscheidungen zu treffen. Dabei bleiben oder mit dem übrig gebliebenen anderweitig investieren. Für mein Teil : Ich bin gespannt wie es weitergeht ?!

Das ist eine ruppige aber interessante Aussage deinerseits!

In der Tat, wir sind an einer doch recht alten Firma investiert, so lange existieren nur wenige deratig struckturierte Firmen.
