Integra reports Q4-00 and 2000 revenues Integra delivers Industry leading growth in Q4-00 revenues
Paris, February 2, 2000 - Integra (IEA NM or INTG NM), Europe's leading provider of managed web hosting and e-business solutions, announces record high FY2000 revenues of 50.99 million euros, representing a 509% increase from 8.37 million euros in 1999.
Year to year growth: - Q4-00 revenues rose to 17.62 million euros from 3.26 million euros in Q4-99, representing an increase of 440%. - Managed Hosting revenues rose to 7.04 million euros in Q4-00 from 1.38 million euros in Q4-99, representing an increase of 410%. - Professional Services revenues increased to 10.58 million euros in Q4-00 from 1.88 million euros in Q4-99, representing an increase of 463%.
Sequential organic growth: - Q3-00 to Q4-00 sequential revenue growth was 100% organic. - Q4-00 revenues rose to 17.62 million euros, up 21.5% from 14.50 million euros in Q3-00, representing an annualised growth rate of 118%. - Managed Hosting revenues rose to 7.04 million euros in Q4-00, up 34.4% from 5.24 million euros in Q3-00, representing an annualised growth rate of 226%. - Professional Services revenues rose to 10.58 million euros in Q4-00, up 14.2% from 9.26 million euros in Q3-00, representing an annualised growth rate of 70%.
Key Highlights: - Integra's revenue distribution in Q4-00 was 40.0% in Managed Hosting and 60.0% in Professional Services, while in FY 2000 the revenue distribution was 34.6% in Managed Hosting and 65.4% in Professional Services. - Total number of employees at the end of Q4-00 was 976, up 224% from 301 at the end of Q4-99. - Integra's cash position was 67.44 million euros as of December 31, 2000. Audited Q4-00 and FY 2000 results will be reported on March 20, 2001. The company informs it intends, in agreement with its auditors, to accelerate its goodwill amortization in the 2000 accounts.
Commenting the revenues, Andy McLeod, Integra CEO, said: "We are delighted with the strong growth in both Managed Hosting and Professional services revenue during the fourth quarter. Indeed, managed hosting growth as been particularly brisk in France and Germany while professional services revenues in the Nordic region improved significantly. Integra has once again produced quarterly results which have beaten market expectations*.
