BEST PART: There exists myriad ways of this maneuver benefitting shareholders especially in the short and near term. AUDIT news is a great start for sure. It creates instant legitimacy.

gehen echt an oder sogar über die Schmerzgrenze, aber selten, sehr selten bekommt man wirklich tolle Recherche von Usern, die sich ganz tief in die Materie versenken und ihre Überlegungen dann freundlicherweise auch teilen.

Although you wouldn't be the first to dream BIG here in the crazy world they call the OTC-- I'd be quite content myself with just one private company - preferably successful and thus wanting to grow and expand ( with revenues- nice balance sheet) merging in as our subsidiary spin-off! GDSM - CEO Michael Shea- candid, excellent business pedigree, inherited a nightmare with GDSM - Im just saying - credit him for getting us LONG's here ;) Frankly, he has done an excellent job with his transparency, openness, willingness to negotiate and create a strategy for the future of GDSM. His vision can actually come to fruition, with this subsidiary spinoff, as it will free the burden of the judgement lien -- create the cash infusion for the oil wells deal- RESULT in likely lifting any difficulties GDSM has in now getting proper and preferred financing and BOOM-- just off the public MMJ accessory spinoff alone- - shareholders will see hefty rewards in the form shelf shares, dividends and most importantly, a significantly higher PPS-- multi pennies- and far better than the paltry .0014x.0015 we stare at.

Gute News, aber nicht DIE NEWS, auf die die Newbies gewartet hatten und damit ein perfektes Scenario für ein lustiges Abverkaufen...tststssss

Heute gibts dafür den fetten Rebaund und alle rennen wieder den steigenden Kursen hinterher.
Gut für die MM´s, schlechts fürs eigene Portmonaie, wenn man meint,immer ein- und aussteigen zu müssen.
Und wer bei Werten wie GDSM Stopp-Loss-Werte setzt, dem ist mMn sowieso nicht zu helfen.

dann abwärts wie im freien Fall

ja selber zugegeben, dass er die PR nicht wirklich glücklich formuliert hat, aber wenn man sich mal ein bißchen genauer mit der PR beschäftigt, ist doch nichts passiert, außer dass mit Erscheinen der Nachricht Panik verbreitet wurde (fluff news) und SOFORT ein MASSIVER VERKAUF initiiert wurde.
Und wie schnell das gehen kann, hat man gestern gesehen.
Anstatt einfach mal zu gucken, was in der PR steht wird einfach blind und hoch panisch geschmissen.
Und dann auf den CEO schimpfen, ist ja wohl echt eine ganz miese Nummer in meinen Augen und dient nur dazu, noch günstiger wieder einsteigen zu können.
OTC live, aber wer nicht die Nerven hat, das auch mal auszuhalten, der sollte wirklich in Festgeld machen.
1000 % in zwei Tagen ? Eher nicht, dafür aber steigende Kurse mit großen Schwnakungen ("higher highs, higher lows").

HOWEVER- he intends to work with them, offer than real estate options - and also- OFFER THE AWESOME PRODUCTS of the merging in private MJJ ACCESSORY company ---

IT IS MY OPINION, that the market got caught up overreacting on a poorly worded PR and a calculated bull raid that has brought us again to another HIGHER LOW on the chart. I'd hope the market RE reads the press release and understands the CEO made it clear Subsidiary for private MMJ company underway- looking to rest .0024 tmrw or better with more transparency.

I'd like to see some immediate confirmations here as our CEO must now step out of MAKE CLEAR the valuable acquisition that is definitely still being finalized and awaiting last intricacies.
