CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ATHEX INDICES

 

Following Athens Exchange recent announcement (24/11/2015) regarding the implementation process for the necessary adjustments to all ATHEX Market Indices, in view of the forthcoming recapitalization of Greek Banks, the following changes will take place in the composition of ATHEX Market Indices.

• ALPHA BANK

The Investability weight of the company's shares to all indices is changing to 4.9851.

• EUROBANK ERGASIAS BANK S.A.

The Investability weight of the company's shares to all indices is changing to 3.4987

 

All changes will be effective as of Wednesday 2^nd December 2015.

Τhe Athens Stock Exchange, following today’s session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces the commencement, on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2015, of trading of 2,038,920,000 new common registered shares of "EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A." (ISIN: GRS323003004), as a result of the share capital increase realized as a result of a private placement.
Furthermore, the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved the application of price fluctuation limits of ±10%, for December 2015, for the low turnover velocity Stocks of the Main Market (monthly average velocity of last month less or equal to 0.01%) presented in Table 1, according to the ATHEX Board Decision 22.
In accordance to the aforementioned decision the following changes arise with respect to the previous month:
