Ich glaub hier können wir die ganzen Techniken vergessen. 

Entweder du glaubst dass sich google und apple fetzen oder du glaubst es nicht. 

Und so wird sich der Kurs entwickeln wenn das Ergebnis da ist.

 

Hier wird nicht mit dem Zirkel und Lineal gearbeitet sondern mit der Motorsäge.

DIe Zahlen vom Wall street Journal, zitat: "

Kodak received two bids from investor groups pitting Silicon Valley  giants Apple Inc. and Google Inc. against each other ahead of an auction  set for Wednesday, people familiar with the process said. The bids from  the two teams came in around $150 million to $250 million, the people  said."

Sind von Kodak als falsch zurückgewiesen worden.

Bei derartigen Auktionen von Vermögenswerten aus der Insolvenzmasse können die Gebote sehr schnell in die Höhe schießen. Eine Kodak-Sprecherin wollte sich zu dem Bericht nicht äußern. However, there can be no assurance that cash on hand, cash generated through operations, cash generated from asset sales, and other available funds will be sufficient to meet the Company’s reorganization or ongoing cash needs, or that the Company will remain in compliance with all the necessary terms and conditions of the DIP Credit Agreement. Most bullish on Kodak’s patent possibilities is California money manager Ken Luskin at Intrinsic Value Asset Management, who sees Kodak taking in upward of $4.5 billion based on the patents’ potential for generating royalty payments and for blocking competitors.

“These guys know Apple is playing for blood,” Luskin said.



However, that can change. Nortel Networks Inc. sold its patent portfolio last year for $4.5 billion, five times the initial bids of $900 million.



For Kodak, the sale is a means of generating cash it needs to get out of bankruptcy. The larger the proceeds from the patent sale, the greater the payback to the various debtors left holding IOUs when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Ist eigentlich jemanden schon mal aufgefallen, dass die Gebote lediglich 10% (!!!) von dem von Kodak "geschätzten" Wert sind?

 dann mal sehen wo es heute hin geht...

The short volume was small today (percentage wise). 3,608,479 short today on volume of 15,137,337 is a relatively low number compared to the way this stock has been trading... I would think if this was truly bad news the number of shorts today would have been a lot higher.

As a paranoid person and an amateur conspiracy theorist, it almost looks as if that WSJ article and pre-market trade, we're put in place to manipulate the share price down for the shorts. It was the only way some of these guys were ever going to get out before the auction. How else would they get out? Especially if/when this sale goes nuclear.

With 21,028,363 short on 7-13-12, I wonder how bad they needed this to happen. I bet we regroup tomorrow and continue the move up on our own merits now.

Ich glaube auch, dass die gestrige Meldung objektiv kein Grund für die Kursreaktion war, sondern eher eine Angstreaktion. Ich warte jetzt mal auf eine positive News, egal ob belastbar oder nicht und wie der Kurs dann reagiert.

Da ja KEINE Informationspolitik betrieben wird (absichtlich) und man eine ECHTE News erst hat wenn die Auktion vorbei ist und die endgültige Zahl verkündet wird kommt mir das ganze langsam aber sicher wie ein

Pokerspiel mit "All In" vor... :-)

Aber gut, ich habe dennoch weiterhin das Gefühl dass ich die besseren Karten habe als die Shorter und "ich will sehen"   :-)

ist die auktion nur heute oder bis montag?

da war ich mir auch unsicher....habe gelesen das heute Auktion ist aber Kodak die Ergebnisse erst Montag bekannt gibt, da ja viele Bieter am Werke sind un es durchaus möglich ist das sich alle Unternehmen einen Teil vom Kuchen abschneiden und somit die Komplexibilät ziemlich groß ist den genauen Verkaufserlös zu bestimmen

auf anderen Webseiten habe ich gelesen das die Auktion bis Montag dauert, wäre schön wenn jemand dazu etwas findet

Also ich finde nur das die Versteigerung für den 8 August angesetzt ist.

Jetzt bin ich verwirrt.

Google, Apple, Samsung, Microsoft und Co. gehen alle davon aus das sie nicht mehr als 600mio$ hinlegen müssen.....wenn das tatsächlich am Ende so ist hat Kodak auf jeden Fall fertig......

Hoffe wie in diversen Artikeln beschrieben es sich darum um Taktik handelt, denn im Milliarden Bereich sollte die Versteigerun schon liegen, am besten >2Mrd$ damit Kodak überhaupt eine Neustart in Erwägung ziehen kann.

habt ihr gewusst das Google nur mitbietet um den anderen Konkurrenten zu schaden? scheinbar benötigt Google die Patente nicht zwingend möchte aber den Preis möglichst hoch treiben.......dies wird den Preis auch treiben
