Wo drauf ich aber wesentlich mehr spekuliere ist eine eventuelle Übernahme.Irgendwie scheint da mit den indischen Internetwerten was am laufen zu sein.

Es gibt auch noch REDF die genauso wie SIFY in den letzten 30 Tagen ungeheuer stark angezogen haben.Beide Werte haben sich fast ver3facht und konsolidieren auf hohem Nivau.

Es gan schon einmal einen heftigen Volumenanstieg welcher die Aktie bis auf 15 Dollar brachte.

Mal schauen wie es dieses mal kommt.

Der Wert konsolidiert jetzt schon den 3ten TAg in Folge auf hohem Nivau. Abverkauf nach starkem Anstieg sieht anders aus finde ich.Dürfte nicht lange dauern bis es weiter geht.Kommt natürlich immer auch auf den Gesamtmarkt an in den kommenden Wochen

treiben den Wert zur Zeit.

Sollte was dran sein könnte dies zu diesen Kursen ein guter Einstieg sein.

da geht noch einiges, ebenso bei Rediff. Hier ist ordentlich Feuer unterm Kessel. Beide Unternehmen sind ne große Nummer in Indien. Ich bin mir sicher wenn sich die Entwicklung im Internet insbesondere in der Infrastruktur weiter verbessert,  Breitbandbetze usw. gibts es dort flächendeckend gar nicht, dann werden hier noch Kurse im sehr hohen 2-Stelligen Bereich kommen auf Sicht von ein bis zwei Jahren. Es warten nahezu 1 Milliarde darauf Online gehen zu können;-))....

Nur meine Meinung!!!, muss jeder selber wissen was er macht, aber auch Charttechnisch ist alles BULLISCH!!!

Bin bei beiden Aktien drin, laufen fast genau gleich. Charttechnisch müssten bei beiden in ca. 2 Wochen ca. 100% drin sein. Ist aber viel vorweggenommene Fantasie dabei, aber warum nicht, ist bei sovielen Aktien der Fall. Und Indien hat mit Sicherheit noch jede Menge Potenzial.

Hab mir aus technischer Sicht einige Stücke ins Depot gelegt.

Es sind auf einmal ein paar Aktien zusätzlich aufgetaucht genauer gesagt 120 millionen...keine Ahnung was der Shit soll, sowas kenn ich sonst nur von Chinabuden...d.h. MK ca bei 1 Mill. $. deshalb geht der Kurs in die Knie. Hoffe das sich das irgendwie noch aufklärt und wir nicht bis 1,50 € abschmieren derzeit in USA Pre-market: 3.40 -1.25 (-26.88%).

 

Some BRIC stocks just refuse to sink. For India's Sify Technologies, that may change once investors figure out that the company's share count is three times higher than many realize.

An Internet-service provider that mainly provides network services for companies, Sify has benefited from being one of the few ways investors can gain exposure to the web in India, if only indirectly. Its shares have long tracked Indian Internet portal Rediff.com, even though its business is quite different. Though Sify is unprofitable and revenue grew just 3% to $154 million for the fiscal year ended March, shares have nearly tripled in 2011.

The question is: How many shares? Nasdaq, where Sify's American depositary shares trade, had them at 53 million, implying a market value of roughly $300 million. The real number of shares, however, is 178 million. Nasdaq updated its figure on Thursday after an inquiry from The Wall Street Journal. The stock slumped 18% on the news.

So Sify suddenly has a market cap of about $1 billion. The reason for the discrepancy: The lag in disclosure requirements for foreign firms.

Sify last filed a complete set of financial statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 30. They covered the fiscal year ended March 2010, at which point Sify's share count was 53 million. But last fall, Sify shareholders approved the issuance of an additional 125 million shares to an investor group affiliated with the chief executive and his brother—at a 70% discount to the market price. At the time, the CEO and his brother owned 53% of Sify stock.

Sify's vice president of finance, K V Kasturi, told the Journal that because the new shares are "unlisted Indian equity" and don't trade on any exchange, they shouldn't be included in the calculation of market capitalization. Yet, confusingly, he acknowledges that the new shares are also common equity.

The bottom line is that investors enamored of emerging markets like Brazil, Russia, India and China must be especially diligent considering the infrequency of financial disclosures. In June, Sify said its auditor, KPMG, "declined to stand for re-election" for the fiscal year that ended in March. And investors must wait until later this year for those financial statements to be published. A KPMG spokesman declined to comment, but investors should be concerned when an auditor quits.

Just another reason Sify doesn't look very nifty.

Warten wir ab, wie sich die Geschichte entwickelt.

Momentan notieren meine Heute Mittag zu 2,32€ gekauften Stücke bei 3,10€. Keine schlechte Tagesperformance ;-)

die Gelegenheit zu einem Nachkauf genutzt. Letztlich ist der geplante Ausbau des Breitbandes in Indien doch das echte Potential dieser Aktie...in Indien habven bis jetzt nur wenige Inder Internetanschluss und das soll sich ändern innerhalb der nächsten zwei Jahre.

Indfien hatte in April 2011 nur 12 Millionen Breitbandanschlüsse und nur ca. 60 Millionen Menschen mit Internetanschluss. Manxche vermuten, dass Sify heute für Indien das werden könnte, das Baidu für China vor 10 Jahren, am Anfang eines ganz großen Booms.

Der Kurs springt auf 3,36€.

Die Gewinne und das EBITDA im letzten Quartal sind deutlich gestiegen. Da Sify  in Indien ein global Player in Sachen Internetprovider ist und auf fast allen Geschäftsfeldern deutliche Zuwächse zu sehen sind, erwarte ich, das sich das sich der Kurs noch deutlich weiter in Richtung Norden bewegen kann. Die Höchstkurse Kurse aus 2011 könnten bei diesen Nachrichten durchaus wieder erreicht werden.

Hab ausersehen witzig gedrückt, bitte nicht falsch verstehen Fernseher.  

Jz ist die Gelegenheit zum Kauf.

Ich lege heute nach, ist keine Kaufempfehlung.

Als zweitgrößter Mobilfunkanbieter des Landes sei der Konzern ein "natürlicher Konsolidierer", sagte Vodafone-Indien-Chef Marten Pieters der "Financial Times" (Montag). Allerdings müssten zunächst die Fusions-Gesetze wie vorgesehen geändert werden. Bislang sind ausländische Unternehmen in Indien einigen Restriktionen unterworfen und müssen etwa lokale Investoren an Bord haben.

Vielleicht wäre Sify was für die Briten - jetzt wo neben Mobilfunk auch Kabelbetreiber
in den Focus geraten?

Der Kurs zuckt, aber ich habe im Web keinerlei Nachrichten gefunden. Vielleicht weiss jemand schon etwas ;-)

Ich habe die Aktie noch als Depotleiche und einen Nachkauf zu 1,50€ im Depot.

Soweit ich weiß ist die Firma immerhin die Nr. 3 in der Branche in Indien - das Potential
ist m.M.n. enorm und die Firma bestens aufgestellt. Ich bin mal optimistisch und vergleiche
den Wert mit der deutschen QSC - die sind auch noch nicht soooo lange "wiederentdeckt"
worden - und die "Folgen" sind ja bekannt ;-)

Die Aktie dürfte so langsam den Boden gefunden haben und in Zukunft weiter gegen Norden steigen...

Die Frage, die sich mir stellt, ist nur: Was wäre eine "faire" Bewertung für die Aktie? Das Geschäftsmodell ist ja doch eher schwierig auszurechnen. Momentan kaufen die Leute aber ja sowieso alles :-) Wenn Sify jetzt nebenbei auch noch ein paar Solarzellen verkaufen würde, stünde der Kurs wahrscheinlich schon wieder bei EUR 7.50...

Für steigende Kurse.  

...und die werden immens wichtig sein !

Letztes Q hat man 0,015 US Dollar Gewinn je Aktie gemacht, bei deutlich steigenden Umsätzen.
Dieser Trend muss sich nächste Woche bestätigen sonst wird wieder abverkauft,
denn Sify´s Bewertung (aktuell PE von 40) lässt isch nur mit imensem Wachstum rechtfertigen !

Bin aber genauso wie in Netsol (seit gestern) mit von der Partie bei indischen Aktien!

Rediff würde ich dagegen vorerst meiden, da die Zahlen dort sehr schwach sind,
die Aktie lediglch durch die viel geringere MK deutlich höher steigt oder fällt als Sify.


Nächste Woche gilt es: Minimum erwarte ich eine Umsatzsteigerung von min. 10 % zum Vorquartal und einen Gewinn von min 0,017 US cent/Aktie, ansonsten bin ich auch schnell wieder weg !

Für mich somit zu hoch bewertet !

Eine gute Chance ist um nachzukaufen. Ich persönlich nutze jz die Chance und kaufe nach!  

Sify ist mit einem PE von über 40 bewertet !

Sollte hier nicht kontinuirlich von Q zu Q Wachstum entstehen ist die Aktie
viel zu teuer !

Diesmal dürfte der Ausbruch gelingen!

Wenn ich das richtig gesehen habe, dann stehen die vorläufigen Zahlen zum Geschäftsjahr 2013 online. Eigentlich m.M.n. gar nicht so schlecht, immerhin einen Gewinn weitgehend ohne Sondereffekte erzielt. Aber die Aktie schein mir augenblicklich trotz allem Wachstums schon sehr "ambitioniert" bewertet: 373 Mio Rupien Gewinn, also runde 4.6 Mio Euro. Bei den ausgegebenen Shares macht das dann einen Gewinn pro Aktie von 0,03 Euro und somit haben wir ein KGV von runden 49? Ich hoffe ich habe mich nicht verrechnet :-)
Dann bitte korrigieren...

Die kleine Korrektur musste sein, da die Aktie über kauft war...

Jetzt geht es weiter nach oben...

Auf Grund Deiner letzten Beiträge ernenne ich Dich hiermit zum Pusher des Jahres 2014.

Chart ist nicht eingetroffen, hat länger gedauert als gedacht, aber dafür ist jetzt die Bodenbildung viel breiter und viel versprechender, in paar Monaten wirst du selbst sehen, wie bzw wo die Aktie steht.

Ich denke, das jetzt ein sehr guter Zeitpunkt zum Kauf ist, ist natürlich nur meine Meinung!

Gestern wurden höchstwahrscheinlich 50.000 Stück von einer einzelnen Person zu 1,28 Euro gekauft, aus diesem Grund denke ich, das sich da in Zukunft was anbahnt...
Vllt ist es jetzt soweit, das es hier los geht.

gibt es denn hier niemanden, der sein Leid mit mir teilen möchte? Hat jemand News?

Bin auch hier seit längerer zeit investiert und warte auf den Ausbruch nach oben, wie es aussieht, stehen wir kurz davor, das wir das fallende Dreieck nach oben verlassen könnten, was bedeuten würde, das die Aktie dann ein Kaufsignal auslöst, und viele dann investieren.

Nach dem teilweise schönen Anstieg gestern an der NASDAQ habe ich mir mal die Q2 Zahlen zum 30.09. angeschaut: Net profit US 2.351 Mio - bei 141.030.787 ausgegebenen Aktien entspricht das ca. USD 0.02 Gewinn pro Aktie. Wenn ich das jetzt mal auf das Jahr hochrechne, dann wären es USD 0.08 Gewinn bei einen gestrigen Schlusskurs von USD 0.77 = 10er KGV. Die aktuelle Dividendenrendite liegt immerhin auch bei ca. 1,7%. So "billig" war Sify schon lange nicht mehr und ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass der Kurs wieder auf 1 USD steigen könnte, was nach meinem Kenntnisstand auch wichtig wäre, um den Regularien der NASDAQ zu entsprechen.

dieses Pattern hat der Wert seit der dotcom 14 mal wiederholt. Man kann den Wert nur traden, alles andere ist einfach zu riskant.
