We focus only on the business of the organization and its fundamental. On June 8th there were 2.5ml shares of ECDC stock traded. I can assure you that the single day trading is higher than what we have in the float.

However if you need further information, you can look at the web site for Finra/SEC, this information is regularly published which would show the daily shorts. As we indicated in our press announcement, we have retain legal counsel and are looking at taking legal action against those who participated in the Naked shorting that caused the stock price to fall.

I hope that Walmart has chosen us. The technology
in the article is not anything new. RFID tags and hand held readers have been around for a while and is already in use by Walmart in their supply chain operations. Earthsearch's claim to fame is the integration, at the hardware
level of GPS and RFID. RFID tags are available from any number of sources, as are the hand held readers. There is nothing in Earthsearch's current public product profile that indicates that this is an Earthsearch product. I believe that the Halo teen driving solution is what is being referenced in the last 8-K. Halo has been around for a while, and is the only current product that is necessarily a retail product.
