Was diesen Absturz von Heute begründet ist mir auch noch nicht ganz klar, scheint aber auf diesem Niveau eine heiße und gute Wette auf einen klasse Rebound zu sein.

Thank you for the healthy concern for the company, we appreciate your support and investment. Unfortunately we cannot control what happens on the market sometimes. Especially when short sellers embark on attacking the company for their own private gain. This is not unusual activities most small cap companies exprience this. As you also observe we tried to fight back best as we can with limited resources.
The most important thing however is that we do not have that amount of shares in the market with any one single individual so we know that these trades were fake and the sellers will not be able to deliver on the sale. We intend to fight back aggressively to make it a painful attempt on their part.

Finra zeigt heute das 930.000 Aktien geshortet waren. Die Firma bestätigte gestern, dass es keine Person mit derart vielen Aktien gibt Ergo es war ein reiner Leerverkauf!
Somit haben wir den jetzigen Kurs dem reinen Leerverkauf, gefolgt von einigen Stop-Loss, zu verdanken.
Desweiteren wurden daraufhin weitere 1 Mio. Aktien durch ein Stop-Loss verkauft.
Den jetzigen Kurs könnte die "theoretisch" zu covern benutzen. Haben sie aber noch nicht - werden sie allerdings meiner Meinung nach bald machen. Und wir sind schon dabei :-)

mal kurz erklärt wie das geht mit dem Short selling:
Jemand leiht sich Aktien ( z.B. 1 Millionen zu 1$ von einem anderen ) und verkauft diese kontinuierlich am Markt. Nach einer vorgeschriebenen Zeit muss dieser Die Aktien wieder zurückgeben ( + Provision), da er vorher den Wert runtergezogen hat , will er jetzt diese Aktien einsammeln. Sollte allerdings vorher der Kurs wieder anziehen könnte es eng werden - s.g. Short squeeze ( VW-Aktie ist dafür ein Paradebeispiel)

Anscheinend wurde ecdc durch Short selling von 1,5 Dollar auf 0,06 $ geshortet.
Es gab nur gute news seitens der Company und der Kurs fallt so stark.

Der Shorter versucht noch mit aller Gewalt die Aktie unten zu halten, damit er unter $0,25 covern kann. Bei der Nachrichtenlage seitens der Unternehmesführung dürfte er dennoch bald in schwierigkeiten kommen, sobald die Leute auf diese Aktie richtig aufmerksam werden :)

Systeme. Weltweite Überwachung von Containern. Der Aufwand dazu ist groß, da zuerst ein Welt umspannendes Überwachungsnetzwerk aufgebaut sein muß. Die zu tätigenden Investitionen sind enorm. Erst wenn das Netz steht macht der Einsatz der Überwachungsgeräte von ECDC Sinn. Das Einsparpotential für die Logistik Industrie auf Containerbasis wäre sehr hoch. Die Frage dazu, wer macht es? Und die zweite Frage, warum wird ECDC gshortet?
Mein Fazit, ein Rebound auf eine Idee, da bin ich gespannt was daraus wird!

a stock does not go from over $1 to the level it is at now on the extremely small amount of volume. would not decrease by 30% on a 400 share buy without the stock getting shorted. there is NO dilution and only a 3 million share float. Hard to buy at these levels because of how much is shorted and as the CEO stated there will be no more shares added to the float. There will be news upcoming in the next couple days.

in the article is not anything new. RFID tags and hand held readers have been around for a while and is already in use by Walmart in their supply chain operations. Earthsearch's claim to fame is the integration, at the hardware
level of GPS and RFID. RFID tags are available from any number of sources, as are the hand held readers. There is nothing in Earthsearch's current public product profile that indicates that this is an Earthsearch product. I believe that the Halo teen driving solution is what is being referenced in the last 8-K. Halo has been around for a while, and is the only current product that is necessarily a retail product.

Starting today, customers can find HALO on the digital shelves of www.walmart.com and other online retailers.
HALO uses telemetry technology to help guide teen drivers by creating awareness while navigating the critical first years of learning to drive. Teen drivers are provided in-vehicle audio warnings when they are driving without seat belts, driving erratically (i.e. drag racing or speeding). The system will then advise the teen driver that the parent has been notified of his or her driving behavior. EarthSearch's web portal supplements HALO, providing parents and guardians with access to real-time historical data on the driving actions and habits of a teen driver and is accessible via most web browsers and internet-capable mobile devices.
This is a solution that all families with teenage drivers should take into consideration. In April 2010, ABC News reported that, "40 percent of teens get into an accident within a year of getting their licenses," a staggering number that should disturb all parents.
What's even more shocking is that the report notes that, "Those crashes cause one in three teen deaths." EarthSearch is hopeful that those statistics can be reduced and lives saved with the implementation of the HALO safety device.

Based on this new variable, this comes out to a projected fair value target of around $0.10 to $0.12 per share.

East Coast Diversified Corp. (ECDC) Increases Sales with GPS Pilot Programs World-Wide

(NEW YORK)--EarthSearch Communications, a wholly-owned division of East Coast Diversified Corp. (OTC:ECDC- Ihub), announces new sales through pilot programs for their solar powered RFID and GPS tracking technology.
The Company has confirmed that EarthSearch has been expanding new sale orders of their LogiBoxx RFID/GPS tracking technology in a number of countries around the world.
In Nigeria, the Company has closed a $20,000 pilot program purchase with that countries ministry of Education for the use and implementation of their solar -powered LogiBoxx system. Also in Africa, the Company has recently sold several small pilot programs for their GPS technology in Kenya and Tanzania as well.
In the Middle-East, the Company has closed pilot programs in Qatar and Dubai to use their solar-power LogiBoxx technology in remote oil refineries in both these nations. EarthSeach's technology shows great promise for remote oil and industrial refineries that are lacking broadband communication, and power-supplies to track important cargo and equipment in these areas.
In addition, the Company has or is already in the process of rolling-out similar pilot programs in Russia, Ecuador, Chile, and Canada as well.
Although these purchase orders may not be larger within themselves, they do open the company up to showcase the multiple uses for the GPS LogiBoxx tracking technology, which in turn could result in potential larger follow-on purchase orders from both commercial and government agencies in these countries.

Based on the wide use and need for such tracking technology, and the valuation of others within the sector, Ludlow Capital felt a $8 to $10 million valuation for the company, or around $0.10 to $0.12 per share.
