When I discovered the stock, I was really excited and thats why (Mind! The current Shareprice is 0,009$):

+There are TOTAL ASSETS of 23,733,105$ and 146,657,102 Shares outstanding
-> Alone that allows a minimal shareprice of (23,733,105$ / 146,657,102 Shares outstanding) 0,1618 $
+ There are Revenues of 13,915,078 $ in the year 2009 ( Nine Months Ended September 30) and a Net income of 5,537,497 $ (for 2009).
-> Based on the Net income there have to be a shareprice of ((5,537,497 $ / 146,657,102 Shares outstanding) * 10) 0,3776 $
+ Look at the history of the Net incomes. This year is a real turnaround year!
Net income (loss) 5,537,497$ YEAR 2009 (4,564,710$) YEAR2008 -> LOSS
So the company earns over 10 Million Dollars more than in the year 2008!! Great.
