irgendwie gibts zwei termine.
xetra-kalender schreibt das heute stichtag ist

breitburn selber spricht vom 09.02 ?

wahrscheinlich  ist die aussage von bbep richtig, oder?

Da wurden wohl Ex-Date, Record Date und Date of Payment vermischt

nächster Dividendenstichtag Anfang März. Davor wird wieder ein Run auf die Aktie losgehen.

Ich habe gerade dieses Forum entdeckt und habe auch Interesse an dieser Aktie. Da habe ich was gelesen von einer Laufzeit. Gib mir doch mal mehr Infos zu dieser Aktie, denn man findet kaum irgendwo Infos.

Kurze Frage, ich habe heute die Dividende mit Abzug der Quellensteuer von knapp 40% (!!!) erhalten, diese ist laut dem Schreiben der ING Diba auch nicht mehr einforderbar. Kann mir jemand sagen was hier passiert ist? 40% Abzug macht keinen Spaß, sollte es keine Lösung geben werde ich hier wohl wieder verkaufen müssen...

...der Steuer ist jetzt keine Überraschung. Das ist Stand der Gesetzgebung.

In wie weit man, wenn überhaupt etwas erstattet bekommt, habe ich selber noch nicht geprüft. Die investierte Summe ist noch nicht hoch genug um einen Steuerberater mit Kentnisse des US-Steuerrecht zu beauftragen.

Ich habe meine Kaufentscheidung mit dem Hintergrund einer Spekulation auf einen steigenden Ölpreis und damit vieleicht wieder einer Erhöhung der Auszahlung/ steigender Notierung getätigt.
Ein weiter hin schwacher Euro kommt der Sache auch noch entgegen.

Nach allen Steuerabzügen habe ich derzeit von den Auszahlungen immer noch mehr Rendite als gegenüber allen anderen Investments.

1a. Die Quellensteuer auf die Ausschüttungen von BBEP beträgt 39,6 % !!


1b. Fuer mich der Beweis das du keine Breitburn seit Jahren hast..

2a. Zitat: "30% Quellensteuer so wie bei allen US Aktien" - Falsch, völlig falsch.

2b. auf die LinnCo (LNCO) beträgt der Quellensteuersatz z.B. 15 %, da diese Dividenden ausschütten

Die LinnCo (LNCO) ist das Pendant zur LinnEnergy,welche für ausländische Investoren eingerichtet wurde,damit diese ebenfalls in den Genuss des Steuervorteils kommen.

Die LinnEnergy steht übrigens besser da als die BreitburnEnergy, bezogen auf Öl- und Gaspreis Hedges, Leverage, Finanzierung und Assets.

Anbei für euch die Antwort meiner Bank die ich mal rausgekramt habe.

"Bei der Dividendengutschrift Breitburn Energy Partners L.P. Reg. Partnership Units (ISIN US1067761072) handelt es sich jedoch nicht um die Dividendenzahlung einer Aktiengesellschaft, sondern um eine ECI-Ausschüttung einer Publicly Traded Partnerships (PTPs). Hier wurde der Steuersatz per 01.01.2013 auf 39,6% angehoben. Eine Reduzierung des Quellensteuersatzes durch Hinterlegung des W-8BEN Formulars ist für dieses Wertpapier nicht möglich."

Gut das ich LinnCo und Breitburn im Depot habe, meine persönliche Netto-Dividendenrendite liegt bei Breitburn zwar immer noch bei 8,50% , da ein Großteil aber wegfällt überlege ich bei weiteren Kursgewinnen in Linn oder z.B. in BP umzuschichten (BP hat derzeit auch über 5,50% Rendite p.a.!).

PS: gibt wieder Gerüchte EXXON wolle BP übernhemen.
