ArcelorMittal kündigt Wandelanleiheemission an Luxemburg (aktiencheck.de AG) - Der Stahlkonzern ArcelorMittal (ISIN LU0323134006/ WKN A0M6U2) hat am Dienstag die Emission einer Wandelanleihe angekündigt.  Wie aus der Pressemitteilung des weltweit führenden Stahlerzeugers hervorgeht, wurde das Volumen der Emission von zunächst 750 Mio. Euro angesichts der starken Nachfrage institutioneller Investoren auf 1,10 Mrd. Euro erhöht. Bei vollständiger Ausübung der Mehrzuteilungsoption könnte sich das Volumen der Wandelanleiheemission auf maximal 1,25 Mrd. Euro erhöhen, teilte der Konzern weiter mit.  Die Aktie von ArcelorMittal notiert aktuell in Amsterdam mit einem Plus von 1,49 Prozent bei 14,49 Euro. (24.03.2009/ac/n/a)

Mar.25 MetalBiz-- Benjamin Mario Baptista Filho, who was appointed to the Chief Executive of South America flat steel production department by ArcelorMittal recently, said the steel market would recover in H2 of 2009.

He said, "Although the domestic market had shrunk 50 pc, the situation would improve." 

Baptista Filho expressed the average yield of country's flat steel production amounted to 63pc than that of the same period of 2008 in Jan. and Feb of this year.

He said, "Even though the current steel production capacity was just 60pc in the total capacity, we believed that our current production can hold the market in the next few months." 

Clarified Baptista Filho also clarified the rumor that Arcelor Mittal sold its assets of Brazil.

In fact, the companies had 4,900 workers, and they continued to plan to spend $124mln expand production capacity to 4mln tons, and mainly implemented this plan in strip steel production department in Tubarao and Espirito Santo state.

Was ist da bei L&S los? Ask bei 2 cent? Habe leider keine Möglichkeit, über L&S zu orgern :-D

zieht die Aktie erstmal den Kopf ein...ist ja auch logisch  :-)   tue immer das Gegenteil eines Analysten...d.h., bin bei 18,62 raus...trotzdem danke, für den schönen Kursanstieg innerhalb der letzten zwei Wochen...

Bin der Überzeugung das man langfristig gesehen nicht mehr so günstig reinkommt.
Der Betrieb ist sehr solide finanziert und in einem soliden Geschäftsfeld tätig.
Die Stahlpreise sowie die Nachfrage schwanken natürlich, aber ich denke Stahl geht immer.

hatte arce bei 15,9 für 5000 Euro gekauft am 5.12.08 und nochmals kurz danach bei 18,5 für weitere 5000 Euro.  Heutiger Kurs: 33 Euro  Mein Verkaufsziel: 55 Eur

alcoa läuft auch geil: eingstiegen mit 14000 euro bei kurs 6,5 und steht nun bei 11

dafür habe ich mit q-cells geloost: einstieg mit 6000 euro bei 17 und nun bei 12,5
