Sell-Side E-Commerce Marketplace Solution
Combined software solution integrates BroadVision's relationship
management, personalization and commerce applications with i2 TradeMatrix Sell and Content
Solutions
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 9, 2000-- i2 Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ITWO - news) and BroadVision, Inc.
(Nasdaq:BVSN - news) today at PLANET2000 announced a joint development agreement to deliver a comprehensive
e-commerce solution.
The combined offering will integrate the i2 TradeMatrix(TM) Sell and i2 TradeMatrix Content Solutions with the BroadVision
suite of e-commerce applications and relationship management to create a best-of-breed solution for managing the entire
e-commerce value chain.
Aimed at companies that want to accelerate their time-to-market and reduce cost of ownership as they establish new
e-businesses, this is the first e-business solution to integrate front-end multi-enterprise order capture and creation to back-end
order management and fulfillment capabilities.

Collectively, the organizations plan to develop, market, and deliver a solution building on i2's experience in collaborative
commerce and supply chain management and BroadVision's expertise in e-commerce community-building and relationship
management across all industries. The solution will target customers operating sell-side, buy-side and many-to-many commerce
e-businesses.

i2 and BroadVision agreed to the following terms:
The complete offering from the companies will build on the i2 TradeMatrix Sell Solution, including Sales Configuration,
Sales Pricer, Content Exchange, Discovery, and Internet Fulfillment Server.
The integrated solution will leverage BroadVision's suite of applications that includes BroadVision® One-To-One(TM)
Enterprise, BroadVision InfoExchange, BroadVision One-To-One Publishing, and BroadVision Business Commerce.
BroadVision's software applications will be integrated with the i2 TradeMatrix platform, which links to i2's supply chain
planning, optimization, and fulfillment capabilities.
BroadVision and i2 will co-market and jointly-sell the integrated solution.
