10.  Subsequent Events

On October 13, 2017, Parent entered into a sales agreement with Cowen and Company, LLC (Cowen) with respect to an at-the-market offering program under which Parent may offer and sell, from time to time at its sole discretion, up to $50 million in shares of its common stock through Cowen as its sales agent.  The issuance and sale of shares under the sales agreement, if any, is subject to the effectiveness of Parent’s registration statement on Form S-3 that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 13, 2017.  Parent is not obligated to make any sales of common stock under the agreement.

positiv,da sie dafür geld bekommen haben.

Grundsätzlich nicht. Auf die Zukunftsaussichten hat das keinen Einfluss. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen könnte lediglich der Verkaufspreis sein, da sich einige deutlich höhere Erlöse erhofft haben. Allerdings können wir uns in den letzten Tagen über zu wenig Cash nicht gerade beschweren, daher sind die 4,5 Millionen zu verkraften.  

Albo ist jetzt richtig begehrt, das merkt man an den geringen Volumen, da keiner die Stücke hergibt,
und ich auch nicht, macht jetzt richtig Spaß,..

69,9 Mio. Nettoerwerb aus dem jetzigen offering.

Ob aus dem ATM offering über maximal 50 Mio. $  noch was dazukommt werden wir erst mit dem Jahresbericht oder den Q1 Zahlen erfahren. 15 Mio. können noch aus dem Royaltie Agreement im Laufe der nächsten Jahre dazukommen.

Noch kurz etwas zu Übernahme. Sanofi hat heute Ablynx mit 21% Aufschlag gekauft und vor 1-2 Wochen eine andere Firma mit 67% Aufschlag auf den Börsenkurs. Wäre zwar schnelles Geld, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich so etwas aktuell toll finden würde. Eher nicht...

Wenn wir in dem Tempo noch 1-2 Wochen steigen, dann wäre ich auch mit 67 Prozent zufrieden:-)
