Dazu scheinen viele der Opec+ inklusive Russland aktuell kaum in der Lage ihre höheren Förderquoten überhaupt auszuschöpfen, gerade bei Russland ist der Peak immer wieder vorhergesagt worden, da Gros der Förderung aus alten Feldern bzw. Brownfield Entwicklung.
