In der eben genannten PowerPoint-Präsentation die den Stand von heute hat, beschreibt XING, dass sie mittlerweile 61,1% der QXM-Aktien besitzen, so dass noch 38,9% im Freefloat sind. Dies entspricht 20.624.780 Aktien, welche noch zurückgekauft werden müssen. Beim derzeitigen Preis von 5 US$ sind das 130.123.900 US$, also 9 Mio. US$ mehr, als ich im Post Nr. 35 dieses Threads errechnet hatte.

Bei einer wird sich XING aller Voraussicht nach in Kürze mit 51% beteiligen ... und, so wie ich das verstehe, wird XING die 2. anscheinend in Bälde komplett erwerben wollen. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass es spätestens nach den dann kommenden beiden Veröffentlichungen der News zu diesen beiden Minen für den Kurs kein Halten mehr geben wird.
