PITTSBURGH, July 31, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 2, 2025.
