COMPLETION OF THE VERY SUBSTANTIAL DISPOSAL RELATING TO THE DISPOSAL OF INTEREST IN THE MINA JUSTA PROJECT Financial Adviser to the Company in connection with the Transaction Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 26 April 2012 and the circular of the Company dated 21 May 2012 (the “Circular”) in relation to, among other things, the disposal of the Company’s indirect ownership of 70% of the issued share capital of Marcobre, which is the sole owner of the Mina Justa Project (the “Transaction”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the Circular. The Board is pleased to announce that the Closing of the Transaction took place on 13 June 2012. A sum of US$429,437,078 (being the purchase price of US$505,000,000, plus the Cash Injection Reimbursement Amount of US$1,400,000, less the estimate amount of Peruvian capital gains tax of US$76,962,914 withheld by the Purchaser) in cash was received by the Company. Following the Closing, the Company ceased to have any interest in CST Resources or the Mina Justa Project.
