Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of AM Gold Inc. February 1, 2012 TORONTO, Canada (February 1, 2012) Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX: PNP), announces that on January 31, 2012, it acquired ownership of 201,500 common shares ("Common Shares";) of AM Gold Inc. ("AM Gold";) through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange, representing approximately 0.3% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of AM Gold as of January 31, 2012. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at January 31, 2012, an aggregate of 6,500,000 common shares of AM Gold, including the Common Shares, and rights to acquire an additional 500,000 common shares of AM Gold upon exercise of certain convertible securities (the "Convertible Securities";). Scotia hat 466000 stk heut auf einen Schlag gekauft und scheint weiter zu kaufen.

In Deutschland scheint sich keiner für den Wert zu interessieren
