GF Appoints Robert Downie VP, Sales (US) of GF Building Flow Solutions Americas

APPLE VALLEY, Minn., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GF, home of the Uponor brand, has announced Robert (Bob) Downie as the new Vice President of Sales (US) for GF Building Flow Solutions Americas, effective Sept. 21, 2026. In this role, Bob will drive revenue growth strategies while leading high-performing teams and building long-term customer relationships. He will report to John Reutter, President of GF Building Flow Solutions Americas. Bob will also serve as a key member of the company's Senior Management Committee.

Bob joins GF with over 20 years of experience in the building products and plumbing industries, leading teams across premier brands such as American Standard, Delta Faucet, Grohe, and Duravit. With large-scale commercial knowledge, he bridges the gap between strategy, people, and execution to grow customer relationships and increase profitability. His skillset spans across organizational transformation, operational excellence, and channel management.
