Gravity West Enters into Investor Relations Agreement

  The Company is pleased to announce that it is entered into an investor relations agreement (the "Agreement") with Cosmoshares Ltd. ("Cosmoshares"), a company based in Birmingham, England with offices in Germany.

The Agreement will commence September 1, 2006 and will continue for a period of four (4) months until its termination on December 31, 2006. The term of the Agreement may be extended by mutual written agreement of the parties for a further two months to a termination date of February 28, 2007 and thereafter on a monthly basis if both parties so agree. Either party may terminate the Agreement by giving the other party thirty (30) days written notice.

The Agreement calls for Cosmoshares to provide investor relations services which would raise the Company's profile in the investment community in Europe. The services are to be provided primarily by one person, Carsten Schmider. Mr. Schmider has been employed by Cosmoshares as Director since April of 2006 and prior to that, was employed by his own company, Schmider Investments Ltd.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Cosmoshares will be paid in advance on the 1st day of each month at the rate of Three Thousand (3,000) Euros per month. In addition, the Company will, up to a maximum of Two Thousand (2,000) Euros reimburse Cosmoshares for all disbursements.

The Agreement must be filed with the TSX-Venture Exchange in accordance with the policies of the Exchange.


Gravity West is exploring for Uranium on its Voltaire mineral property located in the heart of the Sibley Basin, immediately west of Lake Nipigon, Ontario. The Company's Sibley properties collectively cover approximately 58,000 acres.

Gravity West Mining is the second largest claim holder in the Sibley Basin after Rampart Ventures Inc. Rampart is currently underway on their 2006 drilling program.

The Sibley is noted for its geological similarities to the uranium-rich Athabasca Basin, and has only recently begun to receive serious exploration attention.
