On that last comment from Maxwell, both SNH atty and Rosen exited the courtroom to talk
Maxwell holding firm, just reminded Mastando that at least on SNH looked at the reorg business exactly this way
Mastando beginning to slip a bit and has gotten instruction from BR
Mastando and Maxwell discussing maxwell's methodology...
Maxwell and Mastando still engaged in conversation essentially fruitless...
