Q. Is the dividend still part of the plan?
A. Yes. we are looking into hiring a company now to file the correct paperwork in order to get that done. we are collecting royalies and will be paying those out as the dividend. Looks like the end of the year is when we can expect that to happen.

Q. The 10-Q contained statements about dilution and a reverse split. What is the plan with regard to that?
A. We do not plan on doing either. What you saw was the mention of those things being on the roster during our shareholder meeting, and they voted that if it was necessary that we could go ahead and do it, but it is not something that we want to do, nor are we planning on doing either.

Q. What is the current number of MyFamilyTV affiliates?
A. Currently, it's over 80.

Q. Am I right to assume that the magic number of affiliates is 100?
A. Yes. It is.

Q. How long do you think it will take to reach 100 or more?
A. It's hard to say, we have alot of momentum right now, but you know how almost anything can plateau at any time. It would be safe to say probably 6 months.

Q. Do you still plan on uplisting and getting out of the pinksheets?
A. Definitely yes. That's something that we're working on right now.

Q. What is the current share structure and float?
A. That information is contained in the latest 10-Q that was just published. They are unaudited numbers, so we don't feel comfortable giving out anything specific until our numbers are audited after the end of our fiscal year, which is September. But, for now, just refer to the 10-Q.

Q. What do you know about being on Zecco's non-DTC-Eligibile list?
A. I don't know alot about DTC, but it is something that I have gotten more questions about lately. I do know that we have decided as a company not to do any electronic transfers, so we will issue stock certificates on paper, but not electronically. So, I have gotten calls from some brokers asking about stock certificates issued to certain people and I will say, "Yes, we issued so many certificates to that person."

Q. What is the name of the Michael Jackson movie and when do you plan to release it?
A. Actually, that is something that we are still working on here. We've been bouncing different names around here in the office but, I don't know if one has been settled on yet. We are still completing that project, as well as the Platters project and do not have a definite release date for them yet. But, I would say that it will be sooner rather than later.

Q. What's the update on the share buyback?
A. Vince has told me that the buyback has been started and will continue until the end of the year. I don't know how many shares have been purchased back.

Q. When can we expect another juicy PR?
A. I was just asking that question today. I would say it will be soon. Probably not this week, but next week pretty sure.

Q. What is your explanation for the recent dip in the share price?
A. You know, we were really expecting it to go up after the 10-Q was released. I would suppose it is due to those who have been in since below a penny and are taking advantage of the higher price.

We could not show on the 10-Q the contracts that we are in the midst of securing because it was not final during that quarter, but we will have about $1Million in contracts to report on the next filing. Our end of year is September, so that should be out some time around then or in October.

So, to summarize, between now and the end of the year, we can expect $1M in contracts and the shareholder dividend... as well as updates on MyFamilyTV and the other projects that are in the works.

Falls du einen Hype erwartest, wirst du enttäuscht. Der SD-Hype ist vorbei, es geht hier nur noch fundamental weiter.

Kann nur empfehlen, weiterzuziehen, falls du nicht ernsthaft investieren willst. Auf Tagesbasis eher eine Herausforderung noch. Zeit mitbringen also.

Ausserdem solltest du die Chancen einschätzen können, bist doch kein Laie mehr. Gell?

wird er die Stückzahlen höher setzen müssen, ich denke nicht das er die auf der 0,038 bekommt, und wenn er nicht aufpasst rennt er hinterher und muß deutlich mehr für seine Stücke berappen...
