in den USA dabei.

Hier sollte der nächste größere Zock gehen denke ich.

Mal abwarten gestern gab es die ersten großen Umsätz in den USA.Das war meines erachtens nach die Vorbereitung zum Sprint Richtung Norden.

Schätze heute sind Kurse größer 0,02 Dollar drin.

Aber auch von mir gilt bei diesem Wert momentan "noch" in den USA ordern da hier der Handel sehr dünne bis gar nicht vorhanden ist.

Heute glaube ich die ersten Umsätze überhaupt.

Na ja was nicht ist kann ja noch werden.

Achtet heute auch noch auf HTOG Leute.

In den USA heute kräftig im PLUS nachdem gestern schon ein riesen Umsatz gewesen ist.

Schaut mal woher die Aktie kommt.

Gehts heute noch über die 0,03 Dollar??

Aber wartet ab bis die Amis von HTOG rüber kommen.

Es wird sich genauso verhalten wie bei QMNM.Als dort der "Zock" auf dem Höhepunkt war stiegen viele um auf HTOG.

Ich sehe bei HTOG heute oder morgen den Höhepunkt gekommen.Noch ist HTOG nicht richtig explodiert wie QMNM aber das kommt vielleicht heute oder spätestens morgen denke ich.

Danach schielen aber schon viele nach GVSE.

Ich sags ja die Amis haben sich den Wert als NAchfolger für HTOG ausgesucht und werden Ihn in den kommendne Tagen auch so behandeln.

FAst 500000 Aktien hier in Berlin doch schon umgesetzt.

USA heute wieder mit Rekordvolumen wie gestern und einem sehr schön stark steigenden Kurs.

Wenn man sieht woher die Aktie kommt(2,55 Dollar in der Spitze im Juli 2007) dann kann Sie uns noch viel Freude machen wo Energy Titel doch so IN sind momentan.

in den usa gestern knapp 0,02, da sollte doch heute noch was gehen. das volumen war gestern ech der hammer, wo kommen auf einmal die ganzen käufer her, da ist doch nicht ohne grund auf einmal so viel umsatz.

da wird gerne mal gezockt im amiland, konnte man die tage ja gut erkennen bei htog, updv, smwf usw. mal sehen ob nun due uvse wirklich fällig ist. schaut man sich den monatschart an ist ja noch viiiiiel luft nach oben, kann man den bisherigen anstieg ja kaum erkennen.

schaut mal genau auf die umsätze seit gestern, echt hammer! und auch der chart der letzten 5 tage zeigt deutlich, dass da noch einiges nach oben noch drin sein könnte....wird das also der nächste zock oder warum wurde gestern so massig viel umgesetzt?

redet man schon von tenbagger und kursen für heute von 0,05....hört sich doch nicht verkehrt an, da habe ich nichts dagegen!

Hier wird ja immer spekuliert wie weit so eine Aktie laufen könnte.

MAn nehme mal QMNM die bis 0,08 Dollar lief. BEkannte Oustanding Shares bei QMNM waren 335 Millionen aber da dürften bei dem Hype einige dabeigekommen sein.Schätze mittlerweile sind es locker 500 - 700 Millionen.

Jetzt nehme man UVSE mit aktuell 115 Millionen Shares wobei das der Stand von gestern 22:00 Uhr dem 2.07.2008 ist.Es war angekündigt vom Unternehmen zu dilutieren und das tut man nun.Schätze aber das bei 150 Millionen oder spätestens bei 200 Millionen Schluß ist.So wenn der CEO schlau ist läßt er die nächsten 2 Tage mal laufen ohne zu dilutieren was glaubt Ihr wo der Kurs hingeht?? Strong nach Norden.Dann kann er auf hherem Level seine letzten Aktien an den Mann oder Frau bringen.
Aber wieder hin zum Vergleich:

QMNM in der Spitze bei 0,08 Dollar mit 500 Millionen Shares outstanding würde für UVSE entsprechen:

UVSE in der Spitze bei 0,20 Dollar mit 200 Millionen Shares outstanding.


Natürlich ist dies nur ein Vergleich mehr nicht aber Potential ist genug da für UVSE.


Für mich der klarste KAufgrund momentan ist das die Aktie stark steigt trotz massiver Dilution aber die wird die Tage vorbei sein und dann gehts hier richtig UP.

So auf einen schönen Tag mit UVSE.

ie Musik in den ÖL-Gasexplorern ist raus.
Grund: Abbau der Spekulantenblase, Hedgefonds verschwinden mit dem heissen Geld und suchen sich neue Spielfelder.
Z.B. in den Alternativenergien. Hier entsteht die nächste Blase wo sich gut Geld verdienen lässt. Weiterer Grund: Rabiater Anstieg des Dollars, Umkehr des Euros bis zum endgültigen Verfall in etwa 3- 4 Jahren und Korrektur fast aller Rohstoffpreise. 7 Jahre Boom bei fast allen  Rohstoffen zuende. Öl auf 100 dann auf 80 dann auf 60-70 Dollar ( verharrt dort ) 2 Jahreszeitraum. Erste scharfe Korrektur kommt in etwa 1-2 Wochen, wenn nicht früher.
Nur meine Erwartung und Meinung.

jepp einfach nicht weiter drauf eingehen auf solche kommentare. jeder halt halt seine meinung, soll er doch denken was er will. deine rechnung gefällt mir übrigens sehr gut, 0,2 wär doch ein sehr schöner wert! na schauen wir mal wohin die reise geht, wie schnell es dann unter umständen gehen kann, konnte man ja in den letzten tagen zu genüge beobachten. denke halt auch dass hier noch einiges gehen kann.

ja auch nicht gerade wenig bei solch einem wert, vielleicht schielen ja schon ein paar amis über den teich und decken sich hier schon mal ein. konnte man auch bei anderen werten beobachten in der vergangenheit, dass vor eröffnung usa gekauft wurde hier in deutschland und es dann drüben gut up ging.

bei solchen hot stocks....hihihi, der war gut. fakten sind hier nur die kurssteigerungen innerhalb kurzer zeit. längerfristig sollte man solche anlagen eh nie sehen, tue ich zumindest nicht. wenn der kurs noch nicht zu weit gelaufen ist rein und dann nach ein paar tagen maximal wieder raus. und wie groß die spanne dann in % aussehen kann, konnte man ja in der letzten zeit gut beobachten. das sind meistens nur zocks, fakten zählen da nicht so viel. klar sind auch die risiken nicht klein, dafür die chancen umso größer. und welcher strategie man nun folgt, ob eher konservativ und auf der sichereren seite oder ob mal halt mal etwas riskiert mit vielleicht nicht ganz so viel einsatz, muss ja jeder selber wissen. bleibe dabei und sehe gute chancen bei uvse für gute steigerungen in den nächsten tagen.

ein wenig runter in den usa, rt 0,0205 also nur noch kleines plus. sollte die 0,02 nicht halten gehe ich besser raus und nehme den kleinen geinn mit. schade, hatte mir etwas mehr versprochen aber vielleicht kommt ja noch was.

drüben zu 0,0195...ist mir nun zu wackelig, schade. ek war 0,018 also nur ein kleines plus übrig, war mehr drin.

am Freitag wurden in Berlin nur 145.000STk. gehandelt.
Theorie: Die Amis haben sich Mittwoch+Donnerstag in Berlin eingedeckt um hier an einer Kursralley teilzuhaben.
Freitag haben nr noch ein paar Deutsche/Europäer nachgelegt und da die Amis am Freitag alle gefeiert haben, verlief der Tag ruhig.

Prognose:
Montag ziehen die Handelsumsätze wieder merklich an und der Kurs kommt langsam in die Gänge.

P.S.: Ja, meine Prognose ist Wunschdenken... ;-)

So eben wurden auch ein paar Shares in Stuggi gehandelt. Ich bleibe mal bei meiner Theorie, dass die Amis sich hier eindecken.

Ist ja schlimmer als HTOG,dieser Müll-und-schrottladen,wieviel aktien gibt es denn ?

Kennt noch einer "Hurricane Hydrocarbons" ?? Das waren noch Zeiten ... !!

Seit letzter Woche steigt das Interesse an diesem Wert enorm. Von wochenlangen NULL-Umsätzen, ist Berlin von Tag zu Tag (außer Independence Day) mehr gewoden (heute > 3Mio. Shares) und der Kurs springt zwischen 0,013 und 0,022 hin und her.
Wo bleibt die Tendenz?

Bei einer schrottaktie wie dieser ist die tendenz prädestiniert: ZEROISASZERODOES !!

Hat noch jmd. so einen qualifizierten Beitrag für mich?

lies doch mal den paralell thread bei wo. sind zwar auch alle etwas down aber nicht so wie chalifmann. es gibt eben immer höhen und tiefen und wer bei solchen aktien mitzockt muß mit so einem kurssturz rechnen. ich bin auch mehr als nur etwas in den miesen aber abwarten und es gleich dem buran tun. Ratskeller oder Wodka. Morgen sieht´s wieder besser aus, hoffe ich zumindest.h

Universal Energy Corp. Provides Drilling Update #5 for Lone Oak Prospect

HOUSTON, July 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Energy Corp. (News) (OTC Bulletin Board: UVSE), announced today an update on drilling operations at its Lone Oak prospect in Galveston Bay, Texas. Installation of 7 5/8" intermediate casing is now complete to a total measured depth of 11,470 feet. Drilling will commence later in the week to the target measured depth of 12,615 feet.

für den heute getätigten 4.300.000 stück getätigten einzelkauf zu 0,0215 us$.
ich halte diesen sell-off heute für normale MM spielchen, panikmache und SL-Verkäufe, diese woche werden noch gewaltige neuigkeiten kommen zu den ergebnissen der bohrungen, offensichtlich wissen da auch schon einige mehr, wenn man sich die großen mengenkaufpakete anschaut.

und zwar 250mill.Stücke auf den Markt zu werfen war sicher zu diesem Zeitpunkt zumindest sehr negativ und hat dazu geführt das der Kurs zusammenbrach...

Ob das morgen schon wieder vergessen wird denke ich nicht.....

Der Endspurt am Freitag sah auch nicht schlecht aus. 100% könnten die nächsten 2 Börsentage durchaus realistisch sein. Drüben wird ja schon wieder heiß diskutiert und irgendwelche Charts aufgestellt. Das reicht wahrscheinlich schon für die ersten 50%. Ich bin gespannt hoffen wir das Beste.

Universal Energy Group Releases Third Quarter Financial Results and Operational Updates

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Aug 12, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Universal Energy Group Ltd. ("Universal Energy Group") (TSX:UEG) is pleased to announce the release of its financial results for the three and nine month period ended June 30, 2008 of its gas and electricity marketing division, Universal Energy Corporation ("Universal"), its ethanol division, Terra Grain Fuels Inc. ("TGF") and its home services division, National Home Services ("NHS").
Highlights for the third quarter ended June 30, 2008:

- Universal's operational revenue up 75% to $104.0 million; YTD up 73% to $294.6 million.

- Universal's operational margin up 74% to $18.2 million; YTD up 68% to $51.0 million.

- Universal's operational income after customer acquisition costs up 1,393% to $8.9 million; YTD up 112% to $16.9 million.

- Universal's gross customer adds of 20,149 RCEs; Attrition of 22,243 RCEs annualized to 15.2% .

- Universal's YTD net customer additions of 63,811 RCEs; Ending customer base of 427,131 RCEs.

- TGF's Belle Plaine facility commenced production on May 31, 2008.

- NHS introduced a water heater rental program. Its operations are still in the start-up phase.

- Initiation of $0.75 per common share annual dividend, payable quarterly. The first dividend payment will occur on September 30, 2008.

Universal earned revenue for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2008 of $91.5 million and $320.2 million compared to $52.4 million and $178.0 million for the 2007 period. Gross margin for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2008 was $28.2 million and $89.5 million compared to $20.8 million and $61.4 million for the 2007 period. Net income for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2008 was $27.7 million and $60.1 million compared to a loss of $22.0 million and $2.0 million for the 2007 period.

Universal uses the concepts of "operational revenue", "operational margin", "operational income before marketing costs" and "operational income after marketing costs" to adjust for the differences between revenue recognition and delivery/payment that exist in its natural gas business and for the effect of the financial swaps used in its electricity business. Please refer to our management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") for an explanation of how these non-GAAP measures are calculated and for a reconciliation to the most comparable GAAP measures reported in Universal's financial statements for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2008.

Universal earned operational revenue for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2008 of $104.0 million and $294.6 million compared to $59.6 million and $170.5 million for the 2007 period. Operational margin for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2008 was $18.2 million and $51.0 million compared to $10.4 million and $30.4 million for the 2007 period. Operational income before customer acquisition costs for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2008 was $11.9 million and $32.4 million compared to $6.5 million and $20.4 million for the 2007 period. Operational income after customer acquisition costs for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2008 was $8.9 million and $16.9 million compared to $0.593 million and $7.9 million for the 2007 period. Universal's gross customer additions for the quarter were 20,149 RCEs. Attrition during the quarter was 22,243 RCEs (representing an annualized attrition rate of 15.2% across all markets) for a total customer base at June 30, 2008 of 427,131 RCEs.

TGF's Belle Plaine Facility commenced production on May 31, 2008. Initial production runs of Ethanol and Dried Distillers Grains revealed that a component of the plant's evaporation system was under-designed and requires an upgrade. The expense related to the upgrade is to be covered by the general contractor. Until such time as the component is installed the plant is expected to operate at 80% of design capacity.

NHS is in the start-up phase of its operations. As at June 30, 2008 NHS has installed 2,427 water heaters in residential homes and anticipates earning revenue from its installed base in Q4-2008.

With the Company's ongoing maturation and strong cash flow generation profile a quarterly cash dividend policy was approved on June 11, 2008. On an annual basis, the cash dividend is expected to be $0.75 per common share. The Company's first dividend payment of $0.1875 per common share will be paid on September 30, 2008 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2008.
