Wo sind all die Investierten, dieser Thread hier ist ungerechtfertigt ein bißchen in Vergessenheit geraten. Uran wird der Rohstoff der Zukunft sein!!!

Neal Froneman, Chief Executive Officer of Uranium One, said, "The acquisition of U.S. Energy's Shootaring Canyon Mill and uranium property interests is another significant step in our company's rapidly developing U.S. growth strategy. These assets, while attractive on their own, have the added benefit of fitting extremely well with the Sweetwater Mill and its land package. Together, the two acquisitions add up to more than the sum of their parts and give us a strong foundation for the growth and expansion of our U.S. uranium business."

Neal Froneman also adds, "Uranium One looks forward to working with Uranium Power Corp. on development of the joint venture assets going forward."

The U.S. Energy uranium properties consist of a land package of some 40,589 acres comprising eight separate claim groupings in the states of Utah, Wyoming, Arizona and Colorado. Four of these claim groups (White Canyon, Henry Mountain, Lisbon Valley and Sage Plains) are wholly-owned by U.S. Energy; the other four (Sheep Mountain, Green River North and South, Burro Canyon and Breccia Pipe) are held by U.S. Energy in joint venture with Uranium Power Corp. (UPC). The assets to be acquired also include an extensive database containing historical data from past producing uranium mines, as well as exploration data, relating to the assets which may be acquired.

The most advanced of the U.S. Energy properties are the Sheep Mountain claims in Wyoming. This claim group, which is held in a 50/50 joint venture with UPC, consists of a land package of 73 federal lode mining claims covering some 1,508 acres and one 644 acre state lease in the Crooks Gap mining district, strategically located 30 miles to the north of the Sweetwater Mill, immediately adjacent to Green Mountain. Uranium mineralization is similar to Rio Tinto's Jackpot Deposit, hosted within the Battle Spring geological formation, a Tertiary age formation consisting of fluvial deposits of thick, medium to very coarse-grained, poorly sorted arkosic sandstones and conglomerates. In 1999, Watts, Griffis and McOuat estimated an historical resource at Sheep Mountain of 1.66 million tons grading 0.258% U3O8 containing 8.6 million lbs of U3O8. This resource was based on a 0.15% U3O8 cut-off grade and a minimum 3 feet thickness.

All resource estimates quoted herein are based on prior data and reports obtained and prepared by previous operators and pre-date NI 43-101. UPC has not completed the work necessary to verify the classification of the mineral resource estimates. UPC is not treating the mineral resource estimates as NI 43-101 defined resources verified by a qualified person. The historical estimates should not be relied upon. The U.S. Energy Uranium properties will require considerable further evaluation, which will be carried out in due course.

UPC is in the process of completing an NI 43-101 compliant resource study of the Sheep Mountain deposit that is anticipated to be completed by the end of July 2006.

The other three projects in joint venture with USECC and included in the proposed transaction with Uranium One are:

The Green River North project (UPC 50% interest) and Green River South project (35% interest, with an option to increase to 42.5% interest), comprises, in the case of Green River North, 10 lode mining claims covering 207 acres, and, in the case of Green River South, 428 mining claims, covering 8,842 acres, plus 5 state mining leases covering some 3,257 acres, in Utah's San Raphael mining district, some 100 miles from the Shootaring Canyon Mill.

The Burro Canyon project (UPC 50% interest) comprises 76 leased lode-mining claims and 65 owned claims covering some 2,913 acres in total, in the past-producing Uravan Mineral Belt in Colorado, 200 miles from Shootaring Canyon Mill.

The Breccia Pipe project (UPC 50% interest) consists of 54 lode mining claims covering 1,322 acres in the past-producing Arizona Strip in Arizona, 485 miles from the Shootaring Canyon Mill.


UPC and USECC will continue with all planned exploration and development work on all of their projects while sxr Uranium One carries out its due diligence.

Rahoul Sharan, President of Uranium Power Corp., stated, "We are very pleased with Uranium One's potential acquisition of the Sweetwater Uranium Mill and the USECC uranium property portfolio. We believe Uranium One is aggressively pursuing an international exploration, development and production strategy. We feel that we will have aligned ourselves with one of the few companies that will emerge as one of the world's premier uranium producers in the coming years."

UPC is pleased that the uncertainty surrounding the Sweetwater Uranium Mill is potentially over. The Sweetwater Mill is located only 30 miles south of the Sheep Mountain claims in south central Wyoming's Great Divide Basin. The Mill is an acid leach facility, with a 3,000-ton per day throughput capacity. During a conference call to discuss the company's recent acquisitions, Uranium One stated that it is targeting 2009 as a start-up date for the Mill. This now gives UPC a better idea of the timeline for putting the Sheep Mountain project into full production. The Sheep Mountain project remains fully permitted and bonded.

The Sweetwater Mill has been professionally mothballed and is in excellent condition; the Mill also holds a performance-based operating license from the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, which was renewed in 2004 for a 10-year term.

The Qualified person responsible for the preparation of information of a scientific and technical nature contained herein is Mr. Chris Healey P. Geo., a Director of UPC.

Das sind nur die Vorboten der News die anstehen. Sollten die Studien des Sheep Mountain deposit positiv ausgehen, was nach dem Kursausschlag zu erwarten ist weil wieder etwas durchgesickert ist, sollten endlich wieder die 0,50 durchbrochen werden.

Uranium Power gilt als DER Tipp im boomenden Uran-Markt. Den viele sogenannte Urangesellschaften verfügen nicht über:

Abbaulizenzen (z.B. Australien)
Erfahren Uran Geologen (Nachwuchsproblem, da die Besten bereits bei den großen Uranfirmen unter Vertrag stehen und vergoldet werden)
Haben keine eigene Uran-Mühle oder keinen Zugang zu einer solchen
Können frühestens in 5-6 Jahren in Produktion gehen
Verfügen über Resourcen, die selbst bei heutigen Preisen nicht wirtschaftlich abgebaut werden können
Die Urangehalte für den Untertageabbau zu tief sind
Fehlende Infrastruktur (Wasser - Elektrizität - Transportwege)
Uranabbau schwer möglich, gebietsbezogen (Tansania - Touristen etc.)
Hohe Altlasten (Aufräumkosten) von früheren Tätigkeiten z. . Madagaskar

Deshalb ist es eminent wichtig, die richtigen Werte auszuwählen. URANIUM POWER ist die einzige Aktie, die alle oben angeführten Punkte positiv beantworten kann.

Der nun rapide steigende Uranpreis wird weiter dazu beitragen, dass der Kurs von URANIUM POWER weiter steigen wird.

Es ist noch nicht zu spät, daher mein Tipp: zum derzeitigen Kurs - kaufen

dieser kurs sagt doch alles

und auch heute wieder ein dickes plus 28 %

was für ein dickes Plus gestern 28% - von welcher Aktie redest Du???

Uranium Power kann es nicht sein, die ruht sich derzeit aus.
