Travelbyus.com Announces Live Video Streaming Enhancement to Its Website
WHITE ROCK, British Columbia, March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- travelbyus.com ltd. (Toronto Stock Exchange: TBU - news; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: TVB), announced today that it has signed a contract with Basic Telepresence Inc. (BTI) for the initial placement of 20 digital video cameras at key destinations and locations around the world.
Basic Telepresence Inc. will provide a full service solution including deploying and maintaining live video streams over its web cams direct to the travelbyus.com website. Users of the travelbyus.com website will be able to virtually ``go'' to these key destinations and be able to control the movement of the camera, allowing them to add to their knowledge of the destination.
Installation of the cameras is scheduled to begin by the end of the month with multiple destinations available by the middle of May.
