TelePlus Acquires a Second Wireless Provider, Maximo Impact

TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: TLPE) (FRANKFURT: YT3) (www.teleplus.ca) ("TelePlus" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired Maximo Impact Inc., a company specialized in marketing and distribution as an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in the United States. As part of the transaction, Maximo Impact will launch its own wireless brand called "MX Mobile" which caters to mass merchandisers, general retailers and c-channel retailers calling on convenience stores and gas stations. Maximo Impact will also distribute Liberty Wireless products, which cater to the unbanked users in the United States and are primarily available via online distribution. Maximo Impact's main centre of operations shall remain Cleveland, OH.

Vielleicht kann Marius die Übernahme vom Gewinn des laufenden Quartals bezahlen. Jetzt wo wir fast Weltmeister sind, scheint mir nichts mehr unmöglich.

Ich hoffe die Investierten und Interessierten schauen und hören sich CEO Marius Silvasan an. Er ist vielleicht nicht der beste Präsentator (sonst hätte er auch neuere Folien), aber bis Dato hat er ganz gute Zahlen geliefert. Ich denke der Turnaround bringt viel Kurspotential mit sich. Speziell bei diesen Kursen...

MVNO steht für Mobil Virtual Network Operator, d.h. ähnlich wie TELE2 hat T+ kein eigenes Netz, sondern nutzt andere; Wie gehört habe Prince in in den USA.

T+ spricht nach wie vor den Pre-Paid Bereich an und ist auch dabei mit Universitäten über Kooperation bezüglich "UNI-branded" Mobiltelefonie für die Studenten zu bieten, wo die Studenten auch Daten per Handy über Unirelevantes erfahren... Mit dem jetzt erworbenen zweiten Anbieter im Pre-Paid Bereich können Sie 2 untersch. Segmente ansprechen...

für 2006 sind 39 Mill Umsatz geplant! ...und für 2007 fast das doppelte!
Da bin ich aber auf die Zahlen vom Q2 echt gespannt. Marius weiß sicher mehr als alle anderen sonst hätte er sie wohl nicht unverändert gezeigt!

2008-50Mio ereichen wäre aus meiner Sicht auch noch OK. Ich werde meinen Einsatz verdoppeln, wenn die Zahlen die Prognosen bestätigen.

Ich denke 2006 ist die letztgültige Aussage Umsatz 30Mill. USD (siehe auch unten). Wenn man den Einschätzungen der Analysten nur halbwegs vertrauen darf, dann sieht es sehr gut aus (für den Betreff dieses Postings garantiere ich aber nicht ;-) ist nur die Konsequenz deren Einschätzung...

Die Zusammenfassung des Berichts lautet wie folgt: "TLPE's Akquisition von Liberty Wireless im Dezember 2005 verschafft der Gesellschaft eine starke Plattform zur Expansion ihres Dienstleistungsangebotes im US Markt. Die geringen Umsätze kann man negativ sehen, dass wenig kaufen; aber auch positiv, dass zu diesen geringen Kursen fast keiner mehr verkaufen will ;-)

auch, daß die Entwicklung uns optimistisch stimmen kann. Besonders die niedrigen Umsätze sehe ich klar positiv; heißt es sind keine Verkäufer da! Mit guten News und anziehenden Umsätzen sollte der Kurs mal wieder durch die Decke schießen.
