Wenn du schon in risiko behafteten firmen investiert dann solltest du schon größtenteils des englischen mächtig sein.
Zeigt mir nur wieder das einige ohne sinn und verstand hier rein sind.

These analyst reviews are in English, so that's why. And German is a language people do not speak everywhere..like Dutch. So you have to translate the main information about Steinhoff in German, sorry.

Besides of this: there are at the moment Journalists from South Africa and different country's in Europe who started a huge inspection to this company and the Board Steinhoff, maybe because my work...
(AHUM). I have got some emails from interesting journalists and analysts, keen on this 2nd scandal unfolding before our eyes.....because here we are dealing with well-organized c....
Journalists from SA have asked me lots of questions about the absurd shareprice manipulation and the disfunctioning Board(s). And they do not speak German....
As we want as much media exposure as we can, English is better.

Es genügt, einen Verkaufsauftrag für Ihre Aktien mit einem recht hohen Preis zu erteilen (z. B. 1 Euro oder wie hoch Sie denken, dass Sie bereit sind, Ihre Aktien zu verkaufen).

Dadurch kann Ihr Finanzinstitut, das die Aktien hält, sie nicht verleihen, da es sie für den Fall eines Verkaufs verfügbar haben muss.

Ich persönlich, ein Mitglied der SDK, bin bereit, alles zu verlieren, weil 1 Cent oder nichts ändert mein Leben nicht.

Why not shouldn't he?
He makes 3.5 million a year with this game. He has to spend very little time on it. He has many other jobs and this one he does on the side, just like all the other friends on the Boards.
We, poor shareholders, obviously thought that Louis would spend 100 hours a week on the turnaround of the century....
The puffs during the AGMs and Analyst day could be heard as far away as Asia...Everything, according to Louis and friends, was "difficult, tricky, intense, puff puff....' hard times for Louis and friends.
Some boys of the Boards almost fell to sleep during the AGM (Wakkie).

Did we know at that time, that only some drinks (wines) were consumed at the table in Loui's resort by the big hedge funds and that's it? Because let's face it, for a loan extension you really don't need 2 years, right?
Fortunately, the real work is done by the consultants and advisors, you know, the EY, LinkLaters and other boys and girls a la raison of many millions a year. A luxury living is the result.

So, at the end of the day, everybody is happy, expect these silly shareholders. Note: the real work by advisers and consultants is paid for by you and me (the shareholders). Santé!

Kann es sein, dass unser tolles Management überhaupt niemanden gesucht hat.

Sollte die SdK dies schaffen, dann liegt hier ein Komplettversagen im Management und Board vor.

Deshalb war der Wakkie auch so angepisst, als von Fraud gesprochen würde.

Hätte er ein reines Gewissen, wäre er ganz ruhig geblieben.

Exakt richtig , diesen ehrenwerten Menschen meinte ich .

Ich verstehe diese Frage nicht. Die Aktionären brauchen nichts mehr zu tun, dieser Skandal breitet sich zurzeit aus wie ein Ölleck. Die Presse fängt endlich (!!!) an zu erkennen, mit was für einem Unternehmen sie es hier zu tun hat. Und außerdem: Die Vorstände sind noch auf ihren Sitzen, aber schon völlig angeschlagen, weil von den Aktionären bereits abgewählt, das Vertrauen entzogen und jetzt ein Skandal nach dem anderen zum Vorschein kommt.

Ich wollte sie nicht beleidigen, sollte es so rübergekommen sein, dann tut es mir leid .
Letztendlich sind wir alle in unserem Investment betrogen worden und ja , es ist ein Risiko Investment und erst recht ab dem 15.12.2022.
