@baumodder: Bin in 2021 raus bei 180 EUR/Share, nachdem ich innerhalb weniger Monate meinen hohen Einsatz verdreifacht habe, siehe Initialpost im Forum. Der Kursverlauf in 2021 war direkt  proportional mit dem Bitcoin so dass ich künftig besser mein Geld direkt in den Bitcoin investiere, falls sich da wieder gute Einstiegschancen auftun. Eine Verdreifachung meines hier bei Silvergate eingesetzten Kapitals innerhalb weniger Monate in 2021, war viel mehr als ich zunächst gehofft hatte und nur deshalb habe ich hier meine Gewinne mitgenommen. Die Erfolgsstory von Silvergate Capital ist weiterhin voll intakt aber man muss auch den Rachen voll bekommen. Der Kurs von Silvergate Capital steht und fällt halt direkt proportional mit dem Bitcoin, das muss man beachten, ansonsten ist hier alles soweit gut und intakt.
Nur meine eigene persönliche Meinung und Einschätzung als Privatanleger und keine Handelsempfehlung!

Ja, die direkte Abhängigkeit zum BTC-Kur ist mir auch aufgefallen. Man munkelt ja davon, dass BTC kurz vor dem nächsten Ausbruch steht. Und SI profitiert zusätzlich von der Zinsanhebung. In den letzten Monaten wurden viele neue Kunden gewonnen.
Deswegen mein Gedanke, dass nun der richtige Einstiegszeitpunkt sein könnte, zudem der Chart so schlecht ncht ausschaut.

Nur zur Info @all: Hier bei Silvergate Capital ist der Drops längst gelutscht! Meta (Facebook) hat sein Krypto Projekt DIEM komplett eingestellt! Damit ist hier der Schwung komplett raus aus der Silvergate Capital Aktie. Natürlich liegen die Kryptos zur Stunde insgesamt stark am Boden. Die Silvergate Bank insgesamt wird ihren Weg schon gehen und vlt. durchaus erfolgreich sein. Aber das Multi-Bagger Potential ist auf jeden Fall mal raus aus der Aktie. Da wird sich langfristig irgendein moderater Durchschnittskurs einstellen. Ich bin endgültig weg hier.

NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- The Stilwell Group ("Stilwell"), a beneficial owner of 12.4% of Silvergate Capital Corporation (SICPQ.NaE) ("Silvergate" or the "Company") (OTC: SICP, SICPQ, SICPL), today commented on the outcome of the Company's September 27, 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting").

On Friday, September 27, 2024, Joseph Stilwell was elected to the Silvergate board with more than 10.5 million votes, over 95% of the shares voted. The legacy directors received just over 1 million votes. Despite having set the date, time, and place of the Annual Meeting, none of these directors were able to attend the meeting, according to the Company's lawyer from Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Four of the legacy directors, Paul D. Colucci, Thomas C. Dircks, Michael T. Lempres (Chairman), and Scott A. Reed, oversaw the demise of Silvergate Bank. They also oversaw previous management whom the Securities and Exchange Commission charged with committing "negligence-based fraud."[1]

Joseph Stilwell says, "I will work to maximize value for the common holders."

Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP has served as lead counsel for the Company during many months of litigation and the Company's five failed attempts to stop the Annual Meeting.
