Zusätzlich zu suchender Konkursgerichtzustimmung der BAD-Finanzierung, hat Foamex eine Vielzahl der typischen „erster Tages“ Bewegungen in der suchenden Berechtigung des Konkursgerichts eingeordnet, um bestimmte Vorpetition ausstehende Beträge zu seinen Angestellten, zu kritischen Lieferanten, zu Kunden und zu anderen zu zahlen.
