Heute 5% im Plus, schöner Penny-Stock meine ich. Gibt´s jmd der was dazu sagen kann?

Die scheinen auch eine Beteiligung an "Gold Hawk" zu haben.
Nuinsco ist ein breit aufgestelltes kleines Unternehmen, welches neben Gold auch Seltene Erden fördern will..

hab gehofft, dass ich in irgendwelchen deutschen foren etwas über nuinsco finde...aber es sieht nicht so gut aus...find ich gut, dass hier mal ein thread entsteht...ich bin durch godmode-trader auf nuinsco aufmerksam geworden, hier ein recht aktueller artikel:

ich bin leider ein tag zu spät eingestiegen, sonst hätte ich den erwähnten anstieg noch mitgenommen...eig. hab ich rechtzeitig gekauft, aber in D sieht die handelbarkeit im gegensatz zur heimatbörse in toronto nicht so prickelnd aus, daher hab ich erst NACH dem kursanstieg kaufen können. trotzdem denke ich, dass ich noch ganz gut reingekommen bin ;)
charttechnisch sieht ganz gut aus. wir sollten uns aber mittel- bis kurzfristig über 0,28 etablieren. vor dem starken kursverfall bis auf 0,02 cad schob sich der kurs zwischen 0,16 cad und 0,48, im weiteren bis 0,55 hin und her. in diese schiebezone sind wir jetzt reingelaufen...mit unglaublicher performance...pennystock halt...aber einer mit seit dem jüngsten anstieg richtig hohem volumen...im ggnsatz zu z.b. CCE oder WPX, in denen ich auch investiert bin. in kanade scheint nuinsco gut zu laufen, hier fehlt es anscheinend noch etwas an popularität. indikatoren und trend auf wochenbasis sind gut. 200 lienie (wochen) wurde nach oben durchbrochen und fungiert grad zsb. mit 20 wochen lienie (mittleres bollinger band) als unterstützung. gap bei 0,18 kommt auch noch dazu. wenn die 50er linie die 200er nach oben schneiden wird (und das nach oben), gibts weekly ein deutliches langfristiges kaufssignal. es könnte evtl ende märz zu weit sein, bei jetziger performance. evtl auch gapclose.
tages- und stundenchart müssen einen eher vorsichtig werden. es könnte danach noch richtung 0,18/0,19 gehen, muss aber nicht sein. der sekundäre trend hat laufende woche mit EMA50 gehalten. d.h. von hier aus muss jetzt bereich ~0,24-~0,28 angegriffen werden. meine meinung nach eine kurz-bis mittelfristige, nicht zu unterschätzende hürde. bei abprall ist die oben genannte seitwärtsrange letzte haltezone (0,16 cad), darunter vllt auch noch 0,13. bei unterschreiten per wochenschluss wirds blöd und < 0,1
also: falls es nun mehrere tage runtergeht, sollte bei 0,16 schluss sein...hier liegen viele starke unterstützungen, so dass man von einer starken kreuzunterstützung sprechen kann (weekly mit MAs).
volumenindikatoren zeigen seit september letzten jahres deutliches interesse mit hineinfließendem kapital an. es könnte also bald richtig losgehen...oder wir sind grad schon dabei, zu starten ;)
wär schön, wenn sich hier jemand funamentaltechnisch auskennt...v.a. bei solchen explorer-pennystocks ist das ganz gut :) aber immerhin gibts hier jetzt ein thread :)

Nuinsco Resources Ltd. has received notices of reassessment in the aggregate amount of approximately $4.4-million from the Canada Revenue Agency related to transactions completed in 2006. The company is in the process of carefully reviewing these reassessments and has consulted legal counsel in this regard. The company intends to defend vigorously what it and its counsel believe to have been a correct filing position related to these transactions. The appeal process could be lengthy, and, while the company believes that its position is correct, the ultimate outcome is unknown.

USD 4,4-Millionen aus der Canada Revenue Agency im Zusammenhang mit Transaktionen im Jahr 2006 abgeschlossen empfangen. Das Unternehmen ist in den Prozess der sorgfältigen Überprüfung dieser Neubewertungen und konsultiert hat Rechtsbeistand in dieser Hinsicht. hab leider keine ahnung, was das bedeutet :o vllt weiss einer von euch darüber bescheid, wie man das sehen kann.

hatte lange keine zeit...aber charttechnisch mal ein grober überblick:
die früher angesprochene horizontale trendlinie bei 0,16 wurde ja schon im märz letzten jahres nach oben durchbrochen, der kurs kam aber nochmal zurück auf 0,13. im januar dieses jahres nochmaliger durchbruch nach oben und nun grad pullback bis auf eben 0,16 (plus eine innere trendlinie). dabei wurde der sekundäre aufwärtstrend verlassen. seit dem hat sich der kurs schon erholt. um die 0,30 cad liegen einige widerstände, dann teilweise bis ca. 0,5 cad (obere horizontale begrenzungslinie). es wäre zu wünschen, dass sich der kurs zunächst über 0,16 stabilisiert innerhalb des primären trends. die oberen trendlinie dieses trends deckelt den kurs. zunächst gibt noch die innere trendlinie halt. diese und die obere trendlinie des kanals spitzen sich zu. nun wird sich zeigen, was passiert. entweder "hangelt" sich der kurs zwischen diesen beiden langsam weiter nach oben oder er fällt durch die innere trendlinie, wird dann aber von 0,16 gehalten und pendelt dann zwischen 0,16 und der langsam steigenden oberen trendkanalbegrenzung oder die deckelnde obere trendlinie  wird nach oben verlassen. schlechtestenfalls sollte der kurs bis ca. 0,08 (oder gar 0,06 wenn der abwärtstrend steil ist) zurücklaufen. kurzfristig gilt es, den aktuellen abwärtstrend zu stoppen (mit hilfe oben erwähnter unterstützungen). dafür muss nachhaltig die 0,2 und im weiteren verlauf die 0,22 überschritten werden.  danach kanns weitergehen :)

sehe ich zur Zeit nicht das sich ein Investment in Nuinsco aufdrängt.

Meine Meinung:
Ggf. unten anfagen einsammeln, mit dem Bewußtsein dass es eine längere Geschichte werden könnte, da man ja wegen den Steuerangelegenheiten wenig Infos hat.

Ansonsten sehe ich aus deinem Beitrag nicht so richtig in welcher Währung du analysiert hast. Bei €0,06 oder bei CAN$0,06

...für dein kommentar. also ein sicherer invest ist es für mich eigentlich auch nicht...ich werd sehen ob ich rein spekulativ eine kleine position aufbaue.
richtig bullish ist das chartbild nicht, da geb ich dir auch recht (hat sich vllt so angehört im beitrag).
ich hab den chart in CAD (oberflächlich) analysiert.

Nuinsco Resources Limited (NWI) hat seinen Direktoren zum Preis von CAN$0,17 in Summe 3.200.000 Stk Aktien-Optionen zugeteilt.

Möglicherweise sind die vom 04.03.2011 erhaltenen Informationen zu Steuerschwierigkeiten (welche aus dem Jahr2006 stammen sollen) nicht so schwerwiegend wie zu befürchten ist/war.

Möglicherweise sollten die Papiere von Nuinsco im Hinblick auf eine zeitnah erfolgende, diesbezügliche Pressemitteilung und den heute an der TSX anziehenden Volumen und Kursen genauer beobachtet werden.

Spekulativ könnte ich mir vorstellen, kann auch bereits mit einsammeln begonnen werden.

ich hab mir aufgrund der meldung mal die volumenindikatoren angeschaut...
seit dem letzten aufwärtstrend ist z.b. das OBV kontinuierlich am steigen, sowohl daily als auch weekly (seit september 2010).
die anderen, die ich gewählt habe (money flow index, chaikin money flow), sind z.z. eher am fallen (weekly und daily), daily könnte sich aber bald auch eine umkehr andeuten...alles in allem aber doch sehr durchwachsen.
zumindest legt der kurs gerade leicht zu in der tendenz. wollte nur mal einen indikatorenteil zu dem o.g. volumen beitragen ;)

habe zur zeit weder pulver noch eine definitive meinung. schwanke ständig.

NUINSCO DRILLING CONTINUES TO INTERSECT URANIUM AT DIABASE PENINSULA PROJECT

Nuinsco Resources Ltd.'s recent drill results grading up to 71 parts per million uranium are continuing to indicate the potential for high-grade uranium mineralization at its Diabase Peninsula project in Saskatchewan's Athabasca basin.

"Uranium values exceeding one ppm are accepted as being significant, with values exceeding 10 ppm suggesting the presence of an alteration zone and the distinct possibility of a lens of high-grade mineralization in the immediate vicinity," said Nuinsco president Paul Jones. "Drilling has encountered such significant uranium grades at numerous sites on the property, including our November-December, 2010, program where uranium values peaked at 71 ppm."

The November-December drilling tested coincident TEM and gravity geophysical targets near to holes from a 2007-2008 drilling program which encountered highly anomalous uranium values of up to 707 ppm U (0.083 per cent triuranium octoxide) located at or near the contact between the sandstone layer and graphite-bearing basement rocks (the unconformity) -- the prime site for the occurrence of uranium deposits in the Athabasca basin.

Es ist immernoch keine neue (klärenden) Information zu den hängigen Steueruntersuchungen aus 2006  kommuniziert worden. Aus dieser Sicht drängt sich ein Investment -aus meiner Sicht- nach wie vor nicht auf. Die Instits wissen da aber womöglich bereits wieder mehr.

aber die letzten 3 handelsstunden war der umsatz tatsächlich deutlich höher als die letzten tage...wobei er grad prinzipiell recht gering ist...werden wir mal abwarten, ob noch was kommt :o charttechnisch siehts ultrakurzfristig garnicht schlecht aus. oben wartet "nur" die 50er durchschnittslinie. sonst gibts zaghafte anfänge von einem kaussignal ;O

Nuinsco Announces Highest Gold Grades to Date from Surface Sampling at Bukari Concession, Egypt

Large scale Talat Gadalla target mapped for 4 km along strike and up to 500 m width

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 19, 2011) - Nuinsco Resources Limited ("Nuinsco" or "the Company") (TSX:NWI) (www.nuinsco.ca) today announced assays that peak at 4.34 oz/tonne gold (135 g/t) from surface sampling at its Bukari gold concession in the Eastern Desert of Egypt.

These most recent results, reported here, are from the Talat Gadalla gold occurrence, located on the Bukari Concession, which was identified earlier this year by Nuinsco as having a four kilometre strike length (see news release dated February 23, 2011). A total of 328 surface samples were collected from the occurrence; over 52% returned values greater than 0.3 g/t gold, while 12% returned values of greater than 5.00 g/t gold.

"Talat Gadalla is the third of the named, historic gold occurrences on the Bukari Concession from which we have reported surface samples so far, and the results to date are extremely encouraging," said Paul Jones, President. "All three of these gold occurrences, Bukari One, Bukari North and Talat Gadalla, display good grades and extensive gold mineralization at surface, with Talat Gadalla returning the highest-grade assays so far. The combination of grade, a four kilometre known strike length and a 500 metre width of the surface expression illustrates the significant scale and potential of the Talat Gadalla gold occurrence."

The Talat Gadalla gold target comprises a system of narrow brittle-ductile shear zones and quartz veins cutting fine to medium-grained volcanic rocks. The analytical results are tabulated below.

Talat Gadalla is located about 15 kilometres north of the Bukari One (strike length of 2.5 km) and Bukari North (strike length of 4.5 km) gold occurrences (see news releases dated January 19, 2011 and March 7, 2011). It is one of the principal, named, exploration targets on the Bukari concession, and was worked extensively during the Pharaonic, Roman and possibly Byzantine periods as evidenced by extensive trenches, pits, adits and shafts. More than 30 sites of historical gold production have been identified at Talat Gadalla; no modern work appears to have been conducted at the site.

The grab samples were analyzed by ALS Chemex, at their laboratory in Rosia Montana, Romania, using their ME-MS61 method (four-acid dissolution, 48 element ICP-MS). Gold was assayed by the Au-AA25 method (fire assay-atomic absorption finish). All exploration work is supervised by Paul Jones, President, who acts as QP under National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed and approved the contents of this news release.

Nuinsco operates in Egypt through its subsidiary Z-Gold Resources Limited. die 0,14 CAD sind äußerst wichtig. nicht nur die letzten tiefs vom dezember letzten jahres, sondern auch das typische 61,8 % "korrektur"-retracement. die andere wichtige marke 0,16 CAD haben wir leider nach unten verlassen. eine schnelle rückeroberung wäre positiv zu werten. nach 0,14 CAD oder max. 0,13 CAD gehts zunächst bist 0,11 CAD (gap) und dann weiter runter, falls dieses nicht als unterstützung ausreicht. schlimmstenfalls sehe ich 0,07 CAD als untere linie des primären trendkanals. solange die 0,14 gehalten wird kann man sich kurse um 0,17 CAD herwünschen...dann wäre die erste gefahr zunächst erstmal gebannt :)

ich hab mir grad nochmal das volumen angeschaut, weil ja heute viel gehandelt wurde. im tageschart nimmt das volumen exponentiell zu...leider mit fallenden volumen-indikatoren sprich das kapital fließt aus dem wert heraus. die o.g. marken sind natürlich immernoch aktuell. jedoch trübt sich für mich das kurz- bis mittelfristige chartbild z.z. ein. nicht nur wg. volumen (s.o.). da ich investiert habe werde ich mich fragen, ob ich evtl noch einmal nachkaufen werde. man wird sehen. :)

At a court hearing held on June 21, 2011, Societe de developpement de la Baie-James (SDBJ) did not present a bid to acquire the assets as it had previously indicated was possible (see news release dated May 25, 2011). SDBJ did not oppose the motion to approve the companies' bid to acquire the assets; a final decision is expected to be rendered by the registrar at a hearing scheduled for Monday, June 27, 2011.

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- Nuinsco Resources Limited ("Nuinsco" or "the Company") (TSX:NWI)(www.nuinsco.ca) today announced that it has expanded its already strong presence in the Middle East North Africa ("MENA") region by entering into an option agreement with Makaseb Holding LLC, to acquire an 85% interest in that company's Sudanese subsidiary UAE for Gold Minerals and Investment Company Ltd. ("UAE Gold"). UAE Gold owns 100% of the J. Tobar (Block 64) concession, located in northeastern Sudan that hosts the Hamil Gold Vein System, a high-grade, gold vein network that is at least 800m by 300m at surface, as well as other gold occurrences scattered around the concession.

Full tenure has been granted by the Sudanese government that allows for Nuinsco to begin full-scale exploration on the J. Tobar concession as soon as practicable. The J. Tobar concession is 3,440 square kilometres in area and is located in the Sudanese Red Sea State approximately 420 kilometres northeast of Khartoum. It is also approximately 100 kilometres south of the multi-million ounce Hassaï gold mine that has been in production since 1992 and is 40% owned by TSX-listed La Mancha Resources Inc. The rocks underlying northeastern Sudan are part of the Arabian-Nubian shield, a Precambrian mineralized domain that underlies parts of Egypt, Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Yemen and hosts hundreds of known gold occurrences.

The terms of the option provide for an initial payment of $200,000 and a commitment to spend approximately €400,000 on due diligence and property evaluation over the next six months. Prior to the end of the option period, Nuinsco must deliver $4,000,000 in cash or Nuinsco shares or, under certain circumstances, shares of NuMENA Minerals Corporation ("NuMENA"). Nuinsco Resources Ltd. is releasing positive results from surface sampling at the J. Tobar (Block 64) gold concession area in northeastern Sudan. Anomalous gold results were returned from all 12 veins sampled, including a 324-metre interval with an average gold grade of 16.07 grams per tonne and a width of 1.34 m.

"With assays topping out at 1,010 g/t these first results are exceptionally encouraging and give us a very good sense of the potential that exists on the J. Tobar concession," said Paul Jones, president. "We will continue to aggressively evaluate the concession during the six-month due diligence period. This work will include mapping, mechanical trenching and substantial sampling, laying the groundwork for more robust and substantial programs in the future that will include diamond drilling."

Due diligence work by Nuinsco geologists was directed toward mapping and sampling the Hamil gold vein system (HGVS). The HGVS comprises a recently discovered system of gold-bearing quartz veins, the known footprint of which is approximately 800 m along strike and 300 m in width. A total of 160 samples were collected from 10 north-northeast-striking veins, two northwest-striking veins and several flat veins; most of these were obtained from exposures excavated by local artisanal miners.

NUINSCO RESOURCES LIMITED COMPLETES FLOW-THROUGH FINANCING

Nuinsco Resources Ltd., further to its news release dated Aug. 4, 2011, has completed the balance of its non-brokered private placement financing by issuing 2,608,635 flow-through units at a subscription price of 15 cents per unit. The company has issued a total of 10 million units, raising total gross proceeds of approximately $1.5-million.

The three tranches comprising the offering occurred on July 29, 2011, Aug. 3, 2011, and Aug. 30, 2011.

Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half of one warrant, each issued on a flow-through basis pursuant to the Income Tax Act (Canada). Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one (non-flow-through) common share of the company at an exercise price of 20 cents per share for a period of 24 months.

Insiders of the company purchased a total of 419,999 units in the earlier tranches, representing approximately 4.19 per cent of the total offering.

In addition to these past producers which have exploration upside, the 11,000-hectare C-Bay Minerals land package hosts two known significant exploration/development-stage properties -- Corner Bay and the Dore Lake Ramp.

Corner Bay

Campbell began development of the high-grade Corner Bay deposit in 2007 for extraction of a 50,000-tonne bulk sample. The upcoming drill program, designed after consultation with several experts familiar with uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin, will target the contact between the sandstone layer and underlying graphite-bearing basement rocks (the "Unconformity") - the prime site for the occurrence of uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin.

The 21,959 hectare Diabase Peninsula Project is located approximately five kilometres north of the southern boundary of the Athabasca Basin. It encompasses a 35 km strike length above the regional-scale Cable Bay Shear Zone deformation zone in the basement rock units below the basin sandstone.

Nuinsco is the operator, currently owns an approximate 89% interest in the property and is partnered with Trend Mining Company. C.A. Corner Bay

The Corner Bay copper deposit is located outside of the Lac Dore complex, approximately 20 kilometres from C-Bay's Copper Rand mill.

Development of the high-grade Corner Bay deposit began in 2007 for extraction of a 50,000-tonne bulk sample. Development ceased in 2008 due to the previous operator's deteriorating financial situation as a result of the worldwide financial crisis. A National Instrument 43-101-compliant estimate of resources at Corner Bay, dated July 12, 2006, is available under the Campbell Resources Inc. profile at SEDAR.

The Corner Bay deposit remains open to depth and is a priority near-term target. In addition to the exploration upside, Corner Bay represents a source of mill feed for any future Chibougamau camp mining plan and also has the potential to be a stand-alone mining operation.

NUINSCO ARRANGES FLOW-THROUGH FINANCING FOR EXPLORATION IN QUEBEC

Nuinsco Resources Ltd. has negotiated, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval, a non-brokered private placement of up 7,143,000 flow-through units at a subscription price of 14 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1-million.

Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half of one warrant, each issued on a flow-through basis pursuant to the Income Tax Act (Canada). Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one non-flow-through common share of the company at an exercise price of 20 cents per share for a period of 18 months from closing.

The company has agreed to pay finders' fees equal to 6 per cent of subscription amounts found, plus issue finders' warrants in an amount equal to 6 per cent of units purchased, with each such finders' warrant to be exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of 14 cents for a period of 18 months from closing.

The proceeds of the financing will be used for exploration of properties in and near Chibougamau, Que. Nuinsco holds its Quebec properties in C-Bay Minerals Inc., which is jointly owned by Nuinsco and Ocean Partners Holdings Ltd. C-Bay's land position covers 96,000 acres, giving it a dominant position in Quebec's Chibougamau mining camp. PRAIRIE LAKE METALLURGICAL STUDY CONTINUES TO PROVIDE IMPRESSIVE RESULTS

Nuinsco Resources Ltd. has released continued positive results from a second round of metallurgical testing from its 100-per-cent-owned Prairie Lake phosphorus-rare-metals project in Northwestern Ontario. Results continue to indicate the potential to produce a saleable phosphorus concentrate from Prairie Lake rock.

Recently received partial results refer specifically to the size range and purity of the apatite grains contained within the phosphorus concentrate produced. The primary use of apatite is in the manufacturing of fertilizer, and the fact that this mineral can be liberated by conventional methods is a further indication that a viable saleable phosphorus concentrate can be produced. As previously reported, preliminary results of metallurgical testing confirmed that a concentrate can be produced to meet the principal requirements of the fertilizer industry, namely, phosphorus (P2O5) content of greater than 30 per cent, and magnesium oxide (MgO) content less than 1 per cent, with calcium oxide/P2O5 less than or equal to 1.6.

"With these positive results and more expected, we can now consider discussions with potential buyers of the product," said Paul Jones, president of Nuinsco. "All indications so far are that Prairie Lake is an extremely valuable asset within Nuinsco's portfolio and these new metallurgical results serve to reinforce that belief."

A study of apatite grains contained within the concentrate revealed that a high proportion (greater than 75 per cent) of these grains are between 20 and 300 micrometres in size, and are very clear with few, if any, inclusions (which are typically other apatite grains, carbonate and very rarely other silicates). Typically, they are free grains having been well liberated by the grinding process; when not completely liberated, they are, for the most part, associated with carbonates and would be amenable to liberation due to a contrast in hardness between the minerals. On average, the apatite grains contain 43.1 per cent P2O5, 53.8 per cent CO2 and 4.61 per cent fluorine (average of 30 grains analyzed by electron microprobe). All of these factors point to ease of liberation and production of a clean apatite concentrate, and the amenability of the Prairie Lake rock to produce viable phosphorus concentrate.

An apatite concentrate was produced during initial metallurgical testing at COREM in Quebec City on a 1,000-kilogram sample submitted in September, 2011. In this second round of testing, the material was subjected to a more comprehensive study than in previous testing (see press release from April, 2012).

Prairie Lake is one of the largest deposits of its type in the world. Not only does it have tremendous scale, but its location near existing infrastructure and transportation networks, the relative ease with which it could be exploited from surface using quarry methods, the continuing potential for expansion of the known mineralization and now favourable phosphorus metallurgy all point to Prairie Lake being a very valuable asset within Nuinsco's property portfolio.

The National Instrument 43-101-compliant exploration target mineralization is 515 million to 630 million tonnes grading between 0.09 per cent to 0.11 per cent niobium (Nb2O5) (0.9 kilogram per tonne to 1.1 kilograms per tonne) and 3 per cent to 4 per cent P2O5. If this were confirmed as a resource, it would make Prairie Lake one of the world's 10 largest carbonatite-hosted niobium deposits (and in North America second only to the Iron Hill project in Colorado, United States, in contained tonnes). The current metallurgical work establishes the project as a substantial, recoverable phosphorus inventory. The suite of minerals of potentially economic significance also includes tantalum (Ta), uranium (U) and rare earth elements (REE) (including lanthanum (La), cerium (Ce), samarium (Sm), neodymium (Nd) and yttrium (Y). A current economic analysis has not been completed and economic viability has not been established.

About Prairie Lake

Located about 45 kilometres northwest of Marathon, Ont., Nuinsco's Prairie Lake property covers the entire 2.8-square-kilometre (at surface) Prairie Lake carbonatite complex and is easily accessible from the TransCanada Highway. In January, 2012, Nuinsco bought back a 2-per-cent production royalty, making the property royalty free.

Diamond drilling is scheduled to begin imminently at Nuinsco Resources Ltd.'s Devlin property in Chibougamau, central Quebec. The drill program is designed with the objective of establishing a National Instrument 43-101-compliant copper resource at Devlin.

The Devlin property, held by CBay Minerals Inc., which is 50 per cent owned by Nuinsco and 50 per cent by Ocean Partners Investments Ltd., is an easily accessible, partially developed high-grade copper deposit that is well situated to provide copper ore to CBay's wholly owned Copper Rand mill. Devlin is located about 10 kilometres west of CBay's 100-per-cent-owned, partially developed Corner Bay copper deposit and about 40 kilometres by road from the Copper Rand mill and tailings management facility located near the town of Chibougamau.

Durch die Produktionsaufnahme der Tochterfirma von NI (Victory Nickel) Victory Silica partizipiert Nuinsco an den zukünftigen Einnahmen, welches aus den Verkäufen des Frack Sandes generiert wird. Lange Zeit hatte Nuinsco nichts zu liefern, aber das - so denke ich - könnte sich bald ändern. Der Kurs sieht sehr einladend aus.

Wenn man sich die History anschaut, wird mir schlecht. Aber in Anbetracht des Investments in NI wird auch Nuinsco bald Cashflow haben, womit die Explorationen finanziert werden können. Man ist weniger vom Markt abhängig - soweit so gut!

Bis die Vollproduktion der 7PMine (Fracksand) im Gange ist, vergeht auch noch einiges an Zeit. Aber die Meilensteine sind Teils schon erreicht und der Weg zum Cashflow positivem Unternehmen (NI) ist frei. Somit sieht es zumindest mittelfristig nicht mehr so trüb aus für Nuinsco. Zudem haben sie auch noch eigene Projekte, welche bald in Produktion gebracht werden sollen. Es wird also spannend werden...

NUINSCO ist auch ein Uranexplorer, wie ihr dem Projekt Portfolio entnehmen könnt. 

Wie man auf dem Bild gut erkennen kann, liegt das Projektgebiet am Südrand des Athabasca-Beckens in Saskatchewan. Auf der Website von NWI gibt es nur wenig zu erfahren, was bisher auf dem Gebiet an Arbeiten getan bzw. entdeckt wurde.

Viel interessanter scheint mir die Tatsache, dass ein anderer nicht weniger bekannter Uranexplorer "just" nebenan und erst neuerlich (siehe Mitteilung: http://www.irw-press.com/de/news/...sca-becken.html?isin=CA51186W1086) ein Gebiet erschlossen hat. Es handelt sich um "Lakeland Resources". Dem ein oder anderen Uranexplorer-Kenner sicherlich ein Begriff!

Lazy Edward Bay nennt sich das neue Projekt von Lakeland Resources. 

Könnte unter anderem interessant werden in Bezug eines möglichen JV zwischen den beiden Unternehmen. Es gibt neuerlich News zu Lakeland's Lazy Edward Bay Projekt die sich gut liest. 

Jonathan Armes, CEO and President von Lakeland: Die viel versprechenden Ergebnisse in der Konzession "Lazy" (das Projekt) bestätigt, dass es sich um eines der von Lakelands vielversprechendsten Projekte im Frühexplorationsstadium handelt.

Was auch immer das bedeuten mag - ich lasse es so im Raum stehen...

Wie auch immer, ich denke, dass Nuinsco mit ihrem Diabase Projekt nun etwas besser da steht. Und wieder einmal bestätigt sich, dass die Leute eine feine Nase haben was die Projektakquise betrifft. Den in der Vergangenheit konnten sie mit diversen Spinn-off's und Projektverkäufen punkten.

und dass sie auch in kanada was am laufen haben oder zum laufen bringen (wollen). hoffe mal dass sich überhaupt irgendwas tut bei nwi :)  

wahres dran ist an der Story von NWI :-)

Zumindest gab es die letzten 9 Monate keine Verwässerungen mehr. Das Betriebskapital ist gleich null, aber Nuinsco hat noch die Anteile von Victory Nickel, welche sie am Markt peu à peu entladen. Das gleiche gilt für die Aktien von Shalice Gold oder wie auch immer die heissen.

Ich hoffe schwer, dass der Verkauf von FrackingSand schnell voran schreitet, denn dies wird die erste Einnahmequelle von NWI sein. Die Distribution läuft ja schon bereits, aber wie mitgeteilt worden war läuft gerade die 2. Phase an. Je höher der Kurs von Victory umso besser kann sich NWI durchfinanzieren.

Das interessante zum Schluss bei den Q&A ist, dass CBay einen Partner finden muss um die Produktion bei "Corner Bay" im Chibougamau Camp vorwärts zu bringen, bzw. die Entwicklungsarbeiten finanzieren zu können. Im Klartext wollen oder müssen Sie (Nuinsco & Ocean Partners) einen weiteren JV-Partner einbringen um die Kosten zu finanzieren. Sollte dies nicht gelingen - so interpretiere ich die Sache - könnte sich eine Verzögerung einschleichen.

Ob hier schon Verhandlungen am laufen sind hat niemand gefragt, bzw. wurde nichts erwähnt. Auch ist nicht ganz klar, wieviel Kapital noch benötigt wird. Bislang wurden nach CBay's Schätzungen ca. $20 mio. in das Projekt investiert. Ich denke mal, aufgrund der schon vorhandenen Infrastruktur und Mühle dürften die finalen Investitionen moderat ausfallen. Nach meiner Einschätzung dürften aber mind. nochmals $10 - $15 mio. benötigt werden für allfällige Upgrades usw.

Vielleicht ginge es auch über Kredit ??? Die Infra ist gegeben, eine Mühle existiert und die Copper Grades lassen sich auch sehn mit ca. 3.5%.

Aber ich bin nicht in NWI investiert wegen dem Projekt Cornerbay, die haben - ja richtig - noch andere Projekte in der Pipeline. Und das absolute Ass im Ärmel ist meiner Meinung nach die Beteiligung an Victory Nickel.

Nein, nicht weil die Nickel fördern, sondern FrackSand! Ist gross im Kommen. Sagt man zumindest. Die Produktion bzw. Distribution ist schon im Gange. Eine grössere Verarbeitungsanlage wird derzeit geplant oder schon gebaut und soll bis Q1 2015 in Betrieb gehen.

denn, Nuinsco gibt einen grossen Anteil von C-Bay an Ocean Partners ab. NWI kriegt in diesem Marktumfeld kein Geld zu verfügung und muss deshalb andersweitig Geld auftreiben.

Das gute ist, es gibt keine Verwässerung!

Hoffen wir, dass Victroy Nickel wieder etwas von sich meldet und von dort mal Cashflow rüber wächst.

NUINSCO COMMENTS ON REMEDIAL DELISTING REVIEW INITIATED BY THE TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE

Nuinsco Resources Ltd. has received a letter advising the company that the Toronto Stock Exchange is reviewing the eligibility for continued listing on the TSX of the securities of the company. The TSX initiated its delisting review because the price and market value of the publicly held common shares of Nuinsco fell below levels required under TSX rules. Under the TSX's remedial review process, the company has been granted 120 days to comply with all requirements for continued listing.

It is the intent of the company to maintain a public listing for the company's shares. In addition to working with the TSX during this period, management will evaluate alternative listing options. There can be no assurance that either the company will be able to achieve compliance with the TSX's listing requirements within the required time frame or will secure an alternative listing.

Das einzig, was Nuinsco in den vergangenen 40 Jahre gemacht hat war... ? Exploration und verkauf von Assets...

Bin mit einem sehr bescheidenen Betrag rein, mit der kleinen Hoffnung, dass demnächst etwas läuft mit Victory Nickel. Sonst haben die ja gar nix... Und von nix kommt auch kein höherer Kurs. Anders ausgedrückt sehe ich hier schwarz...

Ich hoffe aber auf eine andere vernünftige Lösung.
