Huadian Energy has won shareholder approval for a private placement of up to Rmb2bn (US$303m) in the interbank bond market. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, refinancing of bank loans, investment in fixed assets and project acquisitions. China Minsheng Bank and Guangdong Development Bank are joint bookrunners.

Status
Seneca Mountain Wind began its evaluation of this site in the summer of 2011. Since that time, studies have been underway to evaluate the natural resources and infrastructure in and around the project area. These in depth natural resource inventories and other site studies will continue though 2012 as we refine our understanding of the project and develop more detailed plans for a proposed wind energy facility in this location. One of the next steps will be to permit and install up to four new meteorological (MET) towers in the area to gain additional information on the wind resource and to assist in properly locating turbines. We expect to have the new MET towers installed by the summer of 2012.
Seneca Mountain Wind currently believes turbines capable of producing approximately 100 MW of power could be located in this area

Erster Auftrag für Nordex N90/2500 in China ... Auftraggeber ist der Kraftwerksbetreiber Zhongmin Wind Power, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Fujian Investment Group. Das staatseigene Unternehmen entwickelt und betreibt diverse Infrastrukturprojekte und will in den nächsten fünf Jahren rund 1.000 MW neuer Windpark-Leistung ans Netz bringen.
Der 30-MW-Windpark wird mit Turbinen vom Typ N90/2500 ausgestattet und nahe der Küste bei Zhongcuo entstehen.

XEMC, the Chinese wind turbine manufacturer who recently agreed to provide ten 5MW offshore wind turbines to a German buyer Windkraft FIT, has successfully installed its first 5MW sample in Chinese waters
The single-turbine project is co-invested by XEMC and its Fujian-based partner Zhongmin Winpower and the research work of the programme has last for two years and a half.
