This statement is made at the request of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”).
The board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company have noted that the recent increase in share price and trading volume of the Company and wish to state that it was not aware of any reasons for such increases.
The Board also confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under Rule 13.23 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Listing Rules"), neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature.
Made by the order of the Board, the directors of which individually and jointly accept responsibility for the accuracy of this statement.
As at the date of this statement, the Board consists of three executive directors, Mr. Tong Shek Lun, Ms. Ko Lai King, Kinny and Ms. Chung Wai Yu, Regina, two non-executive directors, Mr. Lee Kwok Leung and Mr. Yang Yiu Chong, Ronald Jeffrey and three independent non-executive directors, Mr. Sun Yaoquan, Mr. Goh Gen Cheung and Mr. Chan Ho Man.

Im Klartext man kann nur mind.4000 oder ein Vielfaches von 4000 kaufen!!
Im Übrigen steht es im Thread, dass enorm hoher Handel ist.

Der Kurs und Abschlag in Deutschland mit 0.049 ist nicht gerechtfertigt.
Ein Glück, ich habe den Wert direkt in China gekauft.
einer der Großaktionäre hat seinen Anteil verringert in %, das hat die letzten Tage auf den kurs gedrückt.

nachdem einer der Großaktionäre sich von einem Teil getrannt hatte, habe ich kalte Füsse bekommen.
wie man sieht waqr meine Sorge unnötig. Der Wert steigt nach kurzer Seitwärtsbewegung trotzdem weiter!
