Anaconda gets first Penoles payment for Carmen

ANACONDA MINING RECEIVES INITIAL PAYMENT FROM PENOLES

Anaconda Mining Inc. has received the initial payment of $2.05-million (U.S.) as per the definitive exploration earn-in agreement recently signed with Industrias Penoles SA de CV. The payment is in respect of Anaconda Mining's Carmen copper-gold project in the Inca de Oro district, Chile. (As reported in Stockwatch on Sept. 12, 2007.)

Under the terms of the agreement, Industrias Penoles has the right to earn a 65-per-cent interest in the project over a 48-month period by spending a total of $22-million (U.S.). Of this amount, $12-million (U.S.) will comprise cash payments to Anaconda Mining and Inversiones EM DOS Limitada, a private Chilean company, and $10-million (U.S.) will comprise direct exploration expenditures on the project.

As per the agreement, Industrias Penoles has made the initial $3-million (U.S.) cash payment, of which $2.05-million (U.S.) has been paid to Anaconda Mining and $950,000 (U.S.) has been paid to EM DOS. As well, per the agreement, Anaconda Mining has issued 400,000 treasury shares to EM DOS.

Industrias Penoles has started its year one exploration expenditure commitment of $3-million (U.S.) which includes but is not limited to 12,000 metres of drilling.

In the event that Industrias Penoles earns its 65-per-cent interest in the Carmen project, Anaconda Mining will hold a 24.5-per-cent interest and EM DOS will retain a 10.5-per-cent interest.

If Industrias Penoles elects to finance the preparation of a bankable feasibility study, then Industrias Penoles will increase its project interest to 70 per cent with Anaconda Mining and EM DOS reducing their interests to 21 per cent and 9 per cent, respectively.

The Carmen project, located 100 kilometres north of Copiapo, is an advanced-stage copper-gold project in Chile's historic Inca de Oro district. (A National Instrument 43-101 technical report is available on SEDAR and the company's website.)

"We are delighted to partner with Penoles on the Carmen project and this initial cash payment further solidifies our working capital position and contributes significantly to funding the annual exploration and operating budgets for the balance of our diversified Chilean project portfolio," said Lew Lawrick, chairman and chief executive officer of Anaconda Mining.

Neue Anaconda Mining könnte bald in den Fokus der Investoren rücken!

Turnaround-Tipp 2007 nach Reverse-Split vor Wechsel an TSX ! Anaconda Gold (ANX; WKN A0B9BQ) wird heute nach Börsenschluss den Zusammenschluss mit Colorado Minerals in die neue Anaconda Minerals vollziehen. Auch der durch die Fusion geplante 1:2-Reverse-Split wird heute in Kanada vollzogen. Das heißt, dass die Aktie, die gestern bei 0,42 CAD aus dem Handel ging, heute mit dem doppelten Preis bei 0,84 CAD eröffnen dürfte. Erfahrungsgemäß kommt es nach einem solchen Split zunächst zu Verkäufen, da viele Anleger gar nicht merken, dass Sie nur noch die Hälfte der Aktien zum doppelten Preis im Depot haben und die vermeintlichen optischen „Gewinne“ mitnehmen. Sollte dies bei Anaconda Mining in den nächsten Tagen der Fall sein, dann greifen Sie zu!

The prospect is a typical iron-magnetite skarn associated with dioritic intrusives of Jurassic to lower Cretaceous age and which intruded andesitic volcanic sequences. These skarn related deposits are typical of the Chile-Peru coastal region and form deposits ranging from a few million tons to billion ton ore bodies such as Marcona in Peru.

As a result of their proximity to coastal shipping access to the Asia Pacific region, a number of iron ore mines in Chile and Peru are being evaluated for start up or have resumed production.

Option Terms:

Anaconda has the right to earn a 100% interest in the San Gabriel prospect by making payments totaling US$2.4million over four years. The Company has made a US$20,000 payment on signing. While drilling by Rio Tinto showed massive magnetite over 20 meter widths and stockwork zones ranging between 30 and 250 meters carrying grades up to 36% iron; Anaconda believes the available grades and thicknesses are favourable to define potentially mineable ore bodies.

Anaconda estimates that the iron ore potential at San Gabriel is attractive and plans to explore untested portions of the four magnetic anomalies on the property.

Assays were completed by Asesoria Minera Geoanalitica Ltda.'s lab located in La Serena, Chile. Samples were sampled and processed for Fe determination using standard wet chemical methodology followed by atomic absorption finish. Currently laboratory work is in progress to test samples for trace element impurities and to determine magnetic iron content.

On completion of the laboratory test work, Anaconda plans to begin a second phase program including a detailed ground magnetic survey to better define known magnetic anomalies which were previously located by airborne magnetic surveys. Additional drilling, including reverse circulation and core holes, will be designed to test all of the magnetic anomalies including the main zone which is known to strike for 1,000 m and remains open at depth below 300 m.

wundert mich der kursverlauf nicht, ich muss mich wiederholen:

anaconda hat enormes potential

wohin geht der Weg der Aktie. Bin erst vor 3 Tagen eingestiegen. Würdet ihr halten oder wieder verkaufen?

vielleicht kann ja noch jemand einen Tipp geben. Habe leider noch keine Antwort erhalten.

Warum möchtest du gleich wieder verkaufen? Das ist ein Goldexplorer, der bald produzieren wird. Das haben viele andere der so hochgepushten Explorer erst mal vor sich. Viele von uns halten diesen Wert seit mehr als einem Jahr und haben dabei Höhen und Tiefen mitgemacht. Aber die Aktie steigt, auch ohne daß ständig hier gepusht wird.
Du mußt selbst entscheiden.... mit kleinem Gewinn gleich wieder raus... oder vielleicht Geduld haben und wirklichen Gewinn ernten. Jeder muß das für sich selbst entscheiden.
Ich habe jedenfalls Geduld....

Anaconda Mining meldete heute einige finanzielle und operative Ergebnisse des ersten Quartals des Fiskaljahres 2013.

Während der drei Monate bis 31. August 2012 verkaufte das Unternehmen 4.217 Unzen Gold zu einem durchschnittlichen Preis von 1.627 $ je Unze und erzielte dadurch einen Umsatz von 6.860.300 $. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum erhöhten sich die Verkäufe damit um circa 48% und der Umsatz um circa 52%.

Ehrlich gesagt, nach dem was ich von dem Unternehmen weiß und wie sich das Unternehmen (siehe Unternehmens-HP, Ressourcen, Minenlaufplan, Abbau etc.) darstellt, sind nicht einmal 1/10 von Deiner Annahme gerechtfertigt.
Ausgenommen davon, ist hier eine -kurzfristige- Übertreibung die wir immer mal erleben.

jetzt fast schuldenfrei: nur noch 220k zu 0% daher keine eile mit der rückzahlung

Fazit: kleiner aber solider produzent mit aufwärtspotential und ohne cash sorgen.
ach ja und am 9 sep hat anx.to 1mio$ erhalten da ein verkauftes asset in produktion gegangen ist. weitere zahlungen werden erwartet.

meiner meinung nach lohnt es sich hier die nachrichtenlage mal mit dem kurs zu vergleichen!

Schön wenn man hier liest was hier vor Jahren noch für Kursziele herumgingen. Bis zu 4 Euro, und heute steht die Aktie bei 6 cent.... was soll man dazu sagen. Keiner interessiert sich für die Aktie. Kursverlauf wie bei allen Klitschen, von über 1 Euro!!! auf fast null.

vll hat man früher die zukünftigen fundamentaldaten eingepreist und heute die früheren.
sollte sich gold stabilisieren, kehrt auch das interesse an anx.to zurück. ich sammel mir hier noch n paar ein.
0,35-0,45$ sollten ohne etwaige übertreibungen irgendwann möglich sein.

ich glaube hier haben einige wenige sehr große Positionen aufgebaut, die den Kurswechsel bei Gold wahrgenommen haben. nun haben wir ein neues level erreicht und warten auf den Rest des Marktes der bestimmt kommt, wenn auch die Stimmung bei Gold dreht.
Das EPS/PE ist definitiv unschlagbar, ich lasse mich aber gern auf "bessere" Werte hinweisen. ;) Viel Glück!

The revamping of our maintenance program, an enclosed crusher and other operating improvements have resulted in better performance during a quarter that typically creates the most challenges, primarily because of the winter weather. We were able to maintain an availability rate of 92% while processing a record 87,386 tonnes at a best-ever rate of 1,053 tonnes per operating day. As a result, we produced and sold over 4,500 ounces for the third quarter of fiscal 2015. As we move into the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015, we will maintain our focus on continuous improvement while working to extend the life of the Point Rousse Project beyond 10 years."  

Q3 FY2015 Operations Overview:

The mill operated for 83 days during the third quarter of fiscal 2015 and processed 87,386 dry tonnes of ore, resulting in a record average run rate of 1,053 tonnes per operating day. Tonnes processed in the third quarter of fiscal 2015 were a 38% increase from the similar period in fiscal 2014. Mill availability was 92%, eight percentage points higher than the third quarter of fiscal 2014. Recovery remained consistent at 83%. The Company modified its schedule and approach to crushing ore, introduced new reagents to control dust and prevent freezing, and managed to reduce the overall impact of winter weather at the crusher and on stockpiles. Also, an improved preventative maintenance program contributed to lower maintenance costs and significantly higher availability.

The mine operated for 59 days in the third quarter of fiscal 2015 and produced 81,459 tonnes of ore and 370,209 tonnes of waste. Mining production decreased in the third quarter of fiscal 2015 as planned since stacking of waste material for the tailings dam expansion project was completed in the second quarter. The final liner of the tailings expansion will be installed in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015. Grade increased in the third quarter of fiscal 2015, per the mine plan, compared to the first half of fiscal 2015. Blast movement monitoring technology and a GPS system installed on the excavator have maximized head grade and reduced dilution from 20% to less than 10%.

Operations overview

During the three months ended November 30, 2015, the gold sales volume of 4,605 ounces represented a 34% increase over the same period in fiscal 2015, due to increased mill throughput, grade and recovery. Ore tonnes processed increased from 85,515 ore tonnes to 95,629, a 12% increase compared to the three months ended November 30, 2014. Grade for the three months ended November 30, 2015 was 1.66 g/t, a 4% increase from the same period in fiscal 2015. Recovery also increased from 85% to 87% period over period. Average sales price for the three months ended November 30, 2015 was $1,476 per ounce compared to $1,398 per ounce the same period in fiscal 2015. As a result of the higher sales volume, gross revenue for the three months ended November 30, 2015 of $6,798,075 was higher period over period by $1,999,896 or 42%.
