Von NC kam doch nichts....

Hat eventuell Insiderinfos gestreut? NC doch nicht. Das war doch Aliant, die sind nicht börsennotiert. Warum stoppt man dann NC?

finde es nicht gut, aber noch nicht so dramatisch. betonung auf "Noch".

quotation and trade reporting system or an exchange or quotation and trade reporting system
that has been recognized for the purposes of this Instrument and NI 21-101 makes a decision
to prohibit trading in a particular security, no person or company shall execute a trade for the
purchase or sale of that security during the period in which the prohibition is in place.

Es ist kein Handelsstopp (positive/negative Nachrichten etc.,) über ein paar Stunden, sondern eine Handelsaussetzung (trading suspension, dauert bis 10 Tage).

Es liegen gegen die Firma und/oder deren Besitzer ernsthafte Beschuldigungen vor (reicht von fehlenden Unterlagen bis zu Betrug). Unterer Text ist zwar von der SEC, gilt aber (mehr oder weniger) auch für CSE.

Trading suspensions are executed by the exchanges at the behest of the United States Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). The reasons can stem from concerns or investigations into a publicly traded company’s operations, financials, corporate structure, trading activity, filings or failure to meet certain regulatory requirements. Trading suspensions are meant to protect investors by pausing trading activity until serious questions about the company are addressed.
What Causes a Trading Suspension?

The SEC to protect investors in the underlying stock invokes trading suspensions while it investigates matters of serious concern, which may include stock manipulation, lack of current and accurate information and or instances of fraud. The company needs to formally answer and address said concerns to the satisfaction of the regulators before shares resume trading. The SEC publicly lists the companies under trading suspension on their website www.sec.gov.
What is the Effect on the Stock?

Trading suspensions can last up to 10 days, during which time the company needs to address concerns. The SEC cannot announce ahead of time what companies will face trading suspensions and perform investigations confidentially. The SEC will not publicly comment on the status of the investigation after the 10-day suspension period ends.

Listed exchange traded stocks resume trading immediate after the SEC 10-day trading suspension period ends."

Anyone can confirm by checking the following 2 pages: www.bcsc.bc.ca/About_Issuers/...tyid=U7EBU6F5Y7C2C7U9J6M5D7P0 shows NC were in default from 19th Apr 2018 (yesterday) and the reason is "Default code 2c". When you look up the codes, the meaning of 2c is as follows www.bcsc.bc.ca/uploadedFiles/...20Issuers.pdf?t=1524237707053 "The reporting issuer’s AIF, MD&A, MRFP, information circular, or business acquisition reports do not contain information for each of the content items required by NI 51-102 or NI 81-106." So, this is a filing oversight, nothing more, nothing less. I imagine they'll be on it right now and probably the halt will be lifted early next week. Then we can get back to business.

alles halb so wild. So etwas gab es schonmal im Oktober letzten Jahres. Einfach mal in die Historie schauen. Also entspannt euch....genießt das Wetter
