MIV Therapeutics unterzeichnet einen formellen Vorvertrag zum Erwerb der Biosync Scientific. Biosync Scientific ist ein in Indien ansässiges Unternehmen, das innovative kardiologische Produkte entwickelt und herstellt. Zu diesen neuartigen Produkten gehören auch die Stents, die bei Herzerkrankungen dem Patienten eingesetzt werden.

Biosync Scientific beliefert MIV mit äußerst hochwertigem Stentsmaterial. Hierbei handelt es sich um die bestentwickelten Metall-Röhrchen, die momentan erhältlich sind. Sowohl das rostfreie Edelstahl, als auch die dünnen Röhrchen aus Cobalt Chrominium, haben das CE-Gütezeichen und dürfen somit in Europe und auch in Ländern der ganzen Welt eingesetzt werden, in denen dieses CE-Gütezeichen anerkannt ist.

Die Übernahme der Biosync Scientific ist der letzte Schritt in dem strategischen Plan von MIV, der Weltführer in dem 8 Billionen USD schweren Kardiologiemarkt zu werden. Acquisition Provides MIVT with Highly Competitive CE Marked Bare Metal Stent Platform

ATLANTA, MIV Therapeutics Inc., a leading developer of next-generation biocompatible polymer-free drug-eluting stents and advanced drug delivery systems, announced that it has entered into a formal agreement to acquire Biosync Scientific, an India-based designer and developer of innovative interventional cardiology products, including cardiovascular stents.

Biosync Scientific provides MIVT with a highly competitive bare metal stent platform that compares favorably with the best bare metal stents available today. Both Biosync’s stainless steel and thin-strut cobalt chromium stent platforms are CE Mark-certified for use in Europe and other countries around the world where the CE Mark is recognized such as India. MIVT will use the Biosync stent platform as the underlying bare-metal stent platform for its proprietary biocompatible polymer-free next generation drug-eluting stents.

The Biosync Scientific acquisition which is subject to the prior satisfaction of certain conditions, is the latest step in MIVT’s strategic plan to become a world leader in the $8 billion plus interventional cardiology market. In September, MIVT entered into a formal agreement to acquire Vascore Medical, a China-based manufacturer and distributor of advanced interventional cardiology devices.

Fazit

Seit unserer Erstempfehlung hat sich
die MIV Therapeutics Inc. (WKN: 798618 / ISIN: US55306V1061 ) nahezu verdoppelt. Anleger die uns bisher gefolgt sind haben fast 100% und nach unseren Updates immerhin noch über 60% Performance gemacht. Allein die Empfehlung heute hat für satte 30% gesorgt. Charttechnisch ist vor allem der Ausbruch unter hohem Umsatz über die 0,50 EUR heute sehr wichtig gewesen. Neben den Fundamentals passt jetzt auch das Chartbild.
Wir bleiben weiterhin bei unserem konservativen Kursziel von 1,28 EUR und sehen die Aktie weiterhin als Kauf.
