Am 14. September 2010 gab Monument Mining Limited bekannt, dass das Unternehmen jetzt nach Erhalt der Zustimmung vom Board of Directors und der Genehmigung durch die TSX Venture Exchange die Akquisition der Explorationsflächen und dem dazugehörigen Datenpaket abgeschlossen hat.
Das dazugehörige Datenpaket enthält technische Informationen sowie eine umfangreiche Explorationsdatensammlung über Famehub. Somit wird sich hier schon eine signifikante Ressourcenerhöhung ergeben müssen.
Dazu wurde die Snowden Consulting Group (Australien) beauftragt über die Famehub-Liegenschaft einen unabhängigen technischen NI 43-101 konformen Bericht bis zum Ende des Kalenderjahres 2010 anzufertigen.
Weiterhin berät und überwacht Snowde die Explorationsprogramme auf Damar und führt für alle Abläufe und notwendigen Arbeiten die Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle durch. Die Bohrarbeiten werden hier in kürze beginnen und Ergebnisse werden auch hier zu erwarten sein die die Ressourcen von Monument Mining in die Höhe heben werden.
Am 23.09.2010 wird die 8th IRC Investor Relations Conference wieder in Zürich stattfinden. Herr Baldock wird auch dort anwesend sein und über die neuesten Fortschritte bei Monument Mining und Yukon Nevada berichten.
Der Kursverlauf von Monument Mining ist aus einem bullischen Dreieck ausgebrochen. Am Freitag schloss der Kurs auf TH mit 0,41 CAD. Auf dem Weg zum nächsten Kursziel von 0,49 - 0,55 CAD liegt jetzt nur noch ein minimaler Widerstand bei 0,43 CAD.
Bei den zu erwartenden positiven NEWS und den Q-Zahlen, sollte man diesen nicht mehr als Widerstand bezeichnen dürfen und der Kurs wird auf ein neues Jahreshoch steigen können.

The board of Monument, in consultation with its auditors, has approved criteria used to determine the point at which commercial production is achieved under Canadian General Accepted Accounting Principles. In reviewing its operational results, the board has resolved that those criteria have been met and the commercial production has therefore been declared.
The announcement of commercial production follows on from a successful commissioning of the newly built 400,000 tpa gold treatment plant comprised of the gravity circuit and the carbon in leach ("CIL") circuit, which has continuously processed open pit ores at an average monthly mill throughput of 30,000 tons with a 90% average total gold recoveries for consecutive 30 days.
