Warum auch abverkauf? Sie ist ja nicht endgültig, wird permanent aktualisiert. Zudem gibt es immer noch die Möglichkeit nach Stuttgart abzuwandern. Hat jemand inzwischen eine Info, wann Robert nach BRD kommt? Ich möchte ihn, gleich zu welchem Termin, treffen.

Mit etwas Glück wird das hier eine schöne Sache an der man den einen oder anderen Euro verdienen kann, wenn nicht, werden sie, nach jetzigem Stand, versucht vor Dezember noch abzustoßen um einen etwaigen Verlust zu minimieren,..., how knows! Ersteres wäre mir natürlich lieber.

Gut zu wissen, dass wir uns hier, laut WO, in einem Fred sind, in dem kritische stimmen nicht erwünscht sind,...., es lebe die Ironie....

Was da wieder im nachbarfred abgeht..., das ist ja nicht zum aushalten. 😞Ich stimme denen zu, die sagen, das etwas mehr tranparenz und infos zum es notwendig sind, da bin ich voll dabei! Posten ueber fb, da kann man davon halten was man will. Aber infantile anfeindungen, gerade von leuten die dem anschein nach nicht mal investiert sind,..., wohl alles edle samarita, naja, schon komisch,..., ich persoenlich "glaube" an lambda und halte meine aktien daher, aber nur meine meinung. Habe selbst lang genug mit amis zusammengearbeitet um zu wissen, dass sie nicht wie "die deutschen" an noetige veraenderungen herangehen, sondern alles in letzter sekunde machen,..., siehe damals die anhebung der schuldengrenze. Bis dezember ist noch etwas hin,..., wenn es schief geht kann ich es auch nicht aendern.

Genau so ist das. Du bleibst deshalb trotzdem Miteigentümer.
Es wird aber nicht soweit kommen, denn der CEO kommt ja genau deswegen nach Deutschland. Ich werde jedenfalls versuchen, mich mit ihm zu treffen.

In regards to all questions about our application to the Deutsche Boerse Entry Standard, we have been working with a partner and our documentation should be suitable for submission soon. The corporate prospectus and audited financial results are being worked on and because they are required to be approved by BaFin, and this process is not automatic (sometimes it takes several submissions before final approval) and it is also expensive. So, please understand that we are spending a considerable amount of energy in order to go through the DB Entry Standard upgrade; and please appreciate our time, professional fees and other monetary commitments to this process so that there is no need for you to panic. There is still plenty of time for submission into the DB Entry Standard. We are confident that our company has a strong case for being accepted for this upgrade though there is no guarantee. We will be meeting in Frankfurt, Germany with an interviewing team within the next months (times and schedules should be posted when they are available), and we will have a much better idea in regards to our acceptance at that time. In the meantime, we are planning also to apply simultaneously with the Stuttgart Boerse while maintaining a continued standing with both the Boerse Stuttgart and the Deutsche Boerse Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse, FWB.   We appreciate your interest and feedback but please respect that there are also matters of confidentiality that we are legally bound to observe. Please note that being listed on Deutsche Boerse, under full compliance with rules and regulations of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, is an essential part of our international growth strategy. Regarding any more detail of your DB Entry Standard questions, please understand that we are a publicly traded company and do not release such information on an individual basis. In regards to whether we will be doing a stock split, etc. in order to increase our share price:   This is a complicated issue and believe it or not, there are still no hard line, clear-cut requirements prescribed by the Deutsche Boerse application committee. So we are forced to work on the assumption that the DB Entry Standard is something like trying to get our company accepted into an elite golf country club (where membership is extremely privileged). So no one has told us yet with 100% certainty that the € 1 Euro per share Market CAP would be the deciding factor for acceptance or not. There are still both the DB Entry Standard committee and the participating banks to satisfy and hopefully, the decision-makers will take more than just our current market share price; but will also take our audited financials. our company IP, our disruptive market technology, our change of paradigm business model and our contracts as well as our projects pipeline into consideration.   Another factor we have on our side is that we are already actively traded and have decent established volumes on the DB First Quotation Board so we have at least a proven track record. We have submitted professionally audited financials for the past two years which meets and exceeds full compliance for the DB First Quotation Board, and our financial performance thus far has been consistently positive. We are hoping that this fact will have a positive influence on the Deutsche Boerse & FWB examiners.   Of course, we are not certain of any part of this strategy although we are confident that we will eventually meet the DB Entry Standard requirements. Bottom line, is that I do believe that we have a strong chance for acceptance. Please remember that we went through our initial DPO and then went through almost a similar application process again in September of last year when they Upgraded the First Quotation Board Standards (and we qualified through all of those processes). So we have been through almost this same kind of DB listing process twice before. We are confident that in the end, we will qualify for this upgrade as well. We plan to be a part of the Deutsche Boerse FWB for many years to come (God willing).   Our Corporate Prospectus drafts are completed and we are working closely with a partner in order to make it BaFin-ready. Our partners are still preparing our documentation and awaiting the results of our financial Q3 2012 audits so that we are able to present them for submission.
