As you know I need to limit what I tell you for legal reasons and I want to avoid offending or insulting anyone with any of my comments. I get asked a number of questions everyday (non-stop) and I try my best to respect everyone’s opinions and questions but everyone reads things how they want to and will make their own opinions. I personally would like the results to do the talking.
As for your specific email, thank you for your kind words. The reason I didn’t put more details in the PR about paying down the debenture with cash or stock is because like all business decisions we have general plans but we will evaluate all opportunities as they present themselves and inform the public of any decisions we make. We’ll structure future deals and handle past debt based on which way will benefit the company more at that time. Sometimes it is better to use cash and sometimes it is better to use stock it really depends on the exact situation and exact timing.
As for the
Current status we have been evaluating if we want to spend the time and money on doing an audit, going to current status,
possibly up-listing to the BB, or any other options to benefit the company and the stock. We have not made a decision on this yet but are considering all options.
As for future debenture, we will not do a 504 or entered into any convertible situation where we would have to issue any free trading shares for the investment. Any new fundraising situations would involve restricted shares or notes.
As for growing existing business vs. acquiring new entities we evaluate all types of opportunities all the time and we will put more time, effort, and money into things or opportunities that make the company money and will stop or adjust things that don’t.
We all have the same common goal and I hope to continue building this company so everyone can make some money. We need to get every shareholder involved in getting the word out to new potential shareholders and build as much awareness about what we are doing as a company to help benefit all of us. We want people to know we are looking for opportunities and we want other investors to see what we have accomplished.

Mr. Sorkin,
From business man to business man I want to say kudos to you on IVIT's Q1 2010. Revenue is high, and surely you will continue to try and increase your bottom line.
I read in tonights PR that debentures can be paid in cash or stock, no matter to me because your debentures seem to be relatively small compared to how you could afford to pay them either with earnings or stock that is valued much higher than the current PPS.
Speaking of the current PPS, it is low, and will now go up. Two questions. 1) When do you plan on becoming Pinksheet "current" opposed to "limited" which you are now? 2) Do you forsee more debentures to be issued this year, or are you in a phase where you are growing your existing business opposed to aquiring new entities?
IVIT's debt is low, and in my opinion, you could now begin making a serious dent to it, as long as the bottom line grows the PPS will follow.
I saw where only 150K worth of convertible notes are out there on your balance sheet. Do you or don't you forsee this going up in 2010?
I will be adding bigly to my IVIT holdings as will many others who follow the pinksheet exchange.
