Zur Erinnerung und als Nachtrag zu #26 von buran:

Wessanen ist ein kleiner Spezialitäten-Lebensmittelkonzern mit einem Jahresumsatz von etwas über 700 Mio. Die Ertragslage der letzten Jahre war "mau". Offenbar restrukturiert sich W; baut Aktivitäten ab. Eine ausserordentliche HV hat am 24.01.14 einen neuen Unternehmensleiter bestätigt. Die nächsten Geschäftszahlen werden am 21.02.14 veröffentlicht.

Bemerkenswert war der prozentual kräftige Kursanstieg der letzten Zeit. Dieser könnte durch Spekulation auf "turn around" und durch vermutete Änderungen im Groß-Aktionärskreis bewirkt worden sein: tatsächlich hat Wessanen als neuen Großaktionär mit einem Aktienbesitz von 3,1 % Highclere International Investor benannt. Damit dürfte der Einfluss von "institutionellen" Investoren bei 50 % am Aktienkapital liegen.

Wessanen withdrawing all items related to its governance structure from EGM agenda; Frans Koffrie to step down as Supervisory Board member


Wessanen announces that the Supervisory and Executive Board jointly have decided to withdraw all items regarding the proposed changes to Wessanen's governance structure from the agenda of the EGM, scheduled for today at 14h00 CET.

Because Wessanen's largest shareholder Delta Partners has been unwilling to reconfirm its support for the appointment of Mr Koffrie as Non-Executive Director, Mr Koffrie has decided to withdraw his candidacy for the position of Non-Executive Director and Chairman. The Supervisory and Executive Board are of the opinion that given these developments the adoption of the proposed one-tier board structure would lead to continuity issues at the Board.

The Supervisory and Executive Board therefore decided to withdraw all agenda items of the EGM at 24 January related to the proposed changes in governance (2, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 4 and 5). Agenda item 3a, the appointment of Mr Barnouin as Executive Director, will remain on the agenda.

As a result, the two-tier board structure will remain in place until at least the next AGM. Mr Koffrie will step down as a member of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect after the EGM.

To ensure continuity at the Supervisory Board, Mr van Oers will remain a member of the Supervisory Board and he will become Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

€100 million revolving credit facility by three years

Wessanen has successfully amended and extended its €100 million revolving credit facility with ABN Amro and ING.

This facility was scheduled to mature in July 2017. The facility has been extended until July 2020, with an extension option of two additional years.

Key amendments are a release of security rights, improved commercial terms and an increase of the 'accordion facility' by €25 million.

Wessanen to acquire Piramide tea, a leading Organic Tea brand in The Netherlands

Wessanen and the Organic Flavour Company bv have signed an agreement for the purchase of the Piramide tea brand. Closing is expected to be in March 2016.

Piramide is a long established tea brand in the Netherlands and leader in the Health Food Stores channel. leider erst seit Anfang November, hätte es viel früher wagen sollen, aber bin zuversichtlich - sehr gute Produkte und relevant Trend nach gesunder und natürlicher Nahrung.

wie der heutige Amazon Kauf von Whole Food Markerts zeigt , ist die Bio-Branche ein durchaus lohnendes Übernahmeziel der großen Player...
Gut möglich das hier z. B. eine Nestle´oder eine Danone zuschlägt....
Der Trend geht weg vom Fertigprodukt . Nestle´will zum Beispiel auch das Süssigwaren- Geschäft in den USA abstoßen...Da wird bestimmt bald ein neues Süppchen gekocht. Wessanen scheint da für mich ziemlich attraktiv zu sein...um schnell in den neuen Trend hineinzuwachsen...Geld ist ja auch zur Zeit im Überfluss ( FED und EZB sei Dank ) vorhanden.

liegt meiner Meinung genau auf dem Aufwärtstrend.. Mal schauen ob die hält...  

...meiner Meinung nach auch , aber ich würde nicht darauf wetten das das so bleibt. Ich werde für meinen Teil jedoch Rücksetzer zum Aufstocken nutzen.
Gründe gibt es dafür viele. Vielleicht werden die nä. Quartalszahlen doch positiv überraschen. Ansonsten verweise ich nochmals auf den Amazon Deal bei Whole food

die Aktie scheint bei 13,50 -13,70 € gut unterstützt zu sein , im Januar ; Februar und April 2017 war diese Marke ein nennenswerter Widerstand in meinem Chart... , könnte jetzt die Unterstützung sein und es kommt der Rebound nach oben,  Wesssanen ist seit heute auch bei mir wieder leicht im Aufwärts-Trendkanal zurück. Ich hoffe das bleibt so ...

Die Unterstützung wurde heute morgen hart umkämpft (bis -4,5%). Am Ende des heutigen Tages steht es schön im vegetarischen grün bei aktuell über 2% :-)

Die Zahlen wurden heute vom nervösen Markt ziemlich hektisch interpretiert. Meiner Meinung nach waren sie einen Tick besser als erhofft , daher auch den Dreh vom tiefroten Minus ins Plus.
Wenn ich das richtig übersetzt habe ( Google Translater ist leider ziemlich verworren und ich kann kein Niederländisch ) geht das Unternehmen weiterhin von einem profitablen Wachstum aus und das die Integration der Übernahmen gut läuft und das man den Jahresausblick bestätigt
ich für meinen Teil setze aber große  Hoffnungen auf das 4 .Quartal , das dürfte dann doch deutlich besser werden. ( im Winter / Frühjahr ist der Trend zur gesunden Ernährung meistens ausgeprägter als in der Sommer / Reisezeit.

50 Tageslinie überschritten und Abwärtstrend gebrochen, meiner Meinung nach Kaufgründe und bleibe investiert.

Abschlag völlig überzogen, Reboundchance !

..war selber investiert, hatte immer mit einem Wiedereinstieg geliebäugelt.
Na ja zum Glück bin ich dem Kurs nicht hinterhergelaufen. Diesmal war ich zum Glück standhaft.
Langfristig kann man bestimmt mal wieder rein, ich denke jedoch es geht noch bis unter 10€.
Billig war die Aktie vor 2 Wochen halt nicht mehr und wenn die Wachstumsphantasie jetzt erst mal raus ist, sind solche Bewertungen einfach nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Die Wettberber/ großen Spieler wie Nestle sind jedenfalls niedriger bewertet.
Das vertrauen ist erst mal weg. Die Fonds werden bestimmt weiter abladen.

Langfristig weis ich nicht, aber kurzfristig ist das schon brutal hier. Mehr als 1/3 an zwei Tagen verloren. Kursziele mit mehr als 20% Potential, dazu so überverkauft, wie ich es mir nicht hätte vorstellen können. Normalerweise müsste sie kurzfristig bis an die 14€ zurückkehren.
Tja bin bei 13,3 rein und heute zu früh nachgekauft.  

kaum zu glauben bei dem Überverkaufren Zustand, aber es fällt und fällt und jeder Erholung wird für Verkäufe genutzt. Da hilft jetzt nur Geduld, erinneet mich an Osram. Gleiches Spiel...da kam dann eine Eeholung von 10Prozent. demke Kurse von 14 sind wohl auf lange Zeitt passe. Erholung bis ?

Erholung läuft sehr schön und selbst der überverkaufte Zustand ist noch nicht abgebaut, also wahrscheinlich doch Erholung bis über 13,5 ziemlich schnell.

Finde aktuelle keine Info, was den heute morgen stattgefundenen Abrutsch begründen würde?

Habe in dieser Hinsicht zwar nicht gerne Recht , aber ich habe es kommen sehen...
Typisch Börse...erst war alles toll und dann 2 schlechte Quartale und alles löst sich in Luft auf. Aber wenn sich die  Fonds jetzt verabschiedet haben kann man wieder zu den Kursen über ein Langfrist Investment nachdenken...
Vielleicht aber erst mal eine Kursberuhigung abwarten
