conversion company, has signed a Merger Agreenment with Liberty Cars - London to Produce the Electric Porsche, 911, 968, Cayman, Chrysler 300 C Stretch Limousines, 4x4 SUVs for the European and USA Market.

Electric Cars, USA to produce zero emission, pure electric vehicles using
patented technologies. The proposed joint venture is subject to the execution of
a definitive agreement.

The Merger with Liberty Cars - London will join and will focus initially on the conversion of large luxury 4X4, electric Porsche, and
vehicles like the Range Rover, using Liberty's proprietary electric power train
technology as well as the manufacture of unique new electric vehicles like the
Bug 'e' project. Initially based at the Electric Car Company conversion center
in Springfield, Missouri, the agreement will also include the establishment of

Jul 19, 2010 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Electric Car Company, a vehicle
conversion company, has finalized an exclusive agreement with Sunbeam
Motorsports to manufacture and distribute six new models of 100% pure electric
and solar hybrid low cost vehicles for the US territory.

Agreement will also give Electric Car Company the exclusive rights to market and
sell the new vehicles to the company's existing customer base and to authorize
new dealers in the US. The company will utilize the manufacturing knowledge of
its wholly owned subsidiary Imperial Coach Works, and its custom manufacturing
division, Imperial Coach Builders, to manufacture the cars to specifications.

The agreement requires Sunbeam to supply to Imperial the incomplete auto
vehicles bodies and chassis as well as electric drive trains and batteries to be
assembled and tested at the company's 60,000sqft manufacturing facility located
in Springfield, Missouri. The company expects to reach its goal to manufacture
up to 10 vehicles a day within the first 12 months of operation.
