Hallo Zusammen,
ich habe letzten Samstag an Mr. Kennwood eine Mail geschrieben und heute eine Antwort bekommen.
Diese Mail hatte ich in ähnlicher Form an Mr. Kong geschrieben, jedoch ohne Antwort.
Dear Mr. Kennwood,
I am a shareholder of Majestic Gold Corp. since 2006 , with approximately 500,000 shares .
I am active in an internet forum about Majestic Gold in Germany. We together have over 20,000,000 shares of Majestic Gold.
Very carefully, I have read the report MD & A.
Over the following topics I would have liked more detailed information:
License
What is the status of the outstanding full license for the mine?
Laboratory
Why do Majestic not use the laboratory?
Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing
Majestic Gold is there still out as a listing candidate. What is the status of the planned Listings?
Further analysis?
On what topics announced analyzes focus?
What are your proposals to bring forward Majestic gold and thus to increase the stock price?
Investor Relations
Unfortunately, the IR work has not improved after replacement of the BOD That would certainly be a good step to support the share price.
Many greetings from Germany

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for your enquiry regarding certain aspects of the company's operation in China. As you know, I am re-familiarizing myself with the company and its operation and have recently returned from a trip to China.
The company is currently completing a Chinese geological report similar to the PEA produced for the company by SRK in August 2013. The Chinese report will be submitted to the government and is used as part of an application to expand the current size of the mining license.
The lab is currently not being used. The company does send samples out very regularly to an outside lab to test material that is running through the mill. We hope to start using our lab this year, primarily to test blast hole samples along with the usual mill sampling as well.
We have undertaken a review of the operation and hope to have a report back from the engineer that was onsite for 2 weeks. We hope to implement some of the recommendations from his report to help make the operation more efficient and productive. We are already aware that we will need to implement a grade control program that should help to increase the grade of material going to the mill complex and will commit to this program as soon as is practical.
Previous management had started toward a Hong Kong listing. I am currently not aware what is required to complete that listing but we will look into that, but it is not currently a priority.
As for Investor Relations, I don't think that previous management did much in this regard but we will get more involved in this aspect when we start to make some significant changes to the operation at Song Jiagou.
I hope this answers some of your questions.
Thanks for your support,
Steve Kenwood
