Bei mir wars zufriedenstellend. Die AT-Calls und zu Jahresende Verbund-Calls haben andere Verluste wettgemacht.
Mein KK bei BYCI war 0,01. Heutiger Schlußkurs 0,04. Habe aber insgesamt nur 1000$ riskiert.
Die Ursache bei BYCI dürfte die Meldung sein, die Herr Brömme freundlicherweise gepostet hat. Aber wenn Du demnächst dort bist, würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn Du mal wieder bei dem Anwalt nachfragen kannst. DANKE! Ist ein echt tolles Service!

BYCI ist sehr mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Um was gehts da:
Bekanntlich sind in den USA gewisse käuflich erwerbbare Serviceleistungen verboten. Da hat sich ein findiger Unternehmer gefunden, der sich einfach ein Schiff genommen hat und dieses vor der Küste herumfahren ließ und somit nicht in den USA dieses Service (Gentlemen´s Club) anbot. Das Geschäft dürfte sich bestens entwickelt haben, denn der Kurs des Buoy-Clubs stieg kontinuierlich. Doch dann haben die Behörden doch noch etwas gefunden, mit dem sie BYCI in die Knie zwingen wollten. Sie hatten keine Ausschanklizenz! Ein blöder Fehler, aber nun ist seit langem ein Gerichtsverfahren im Laufen, der Betrieb ist eingestellt, das Personal hat sich andere Jobs gesucht und die Aktien sind ins Bodenlose gefallen.
Die Frage ist einfach, ob sie den Betrieb wieder irgendwann aufnehmen können oder nicht. Wenn nicht, kann man mit diesen Papieren wohl tapezieren.
Nun gut, ich habe sehr wenig in die am Boden liegenden Papiere hineingesteckt, weil ich solche Spielchen ansonsten überhaupt nicht mag und auf Qualität setze (da aber auch mit Optis).
Fluffy gab mir damals (nach meinem Kauf) die Info, daß offensichtlich auch der BYCI-Anwalt zum Ausgang nicht sehr positiv gestimmt ist.

Meine erste Anlaufstation bei US-Werten ist immer finance.yahoo. Hier gibts nicht nur die obligatorischen offiziellen Unternehmensmeldungen, sondern auch Artikel diverser Nachrichtendienste(CBS-Marketwatch etc.)die sich mit dem Unternehmen beschäftigen.
Was bedeutet eigentlich die Meldung von BYSI? Das sie ein Unternehmen mit Schanklizenz aufkaufen? :-)
Oder mit dem Unternehmenskapital was ganz Neues aufziehen?
Mir persönlich sind solche Dinger auch zu heiß. Keine Lust auf Totalverlust sozusagen.

Wie ich diese Meldung gelesen habe, habe ich mich zwar zuerst gewundert. Wozu ein Unternehmen kaufen, wenn man nahe an der Nicht-Mehr-Existenz-Schwelle ist?

Klingt ja recht interessant bei dem potentiellen Markt,vielleicht sollte die Frage sein,ob nicht eher Identa davon profitiert,dass BYCI eingestiegen ist,vielleicht hat ja BYCI den Rest seines Vermögens dahin gerettet,denn warum haben die es nötig mit solchen Leuten sich einzulassen,die vorher ein besseres Bordell auf einem Schiff betrieben?
