NEW DELHI, Dec 13 (Reuters) - A fresh explosion was heard from inside India's parliament complex just hours after a suicide attack that killed at least 11 people, witnesses said.
A police officer told Reuters outside the building the blast was a controlled detonation of a bomb hidden in a lunchbox which the attackers had brought inside earlier.
