This project will be similar to other successful efforts in the same township. And, it will include running new casing, well site refurbishment, logging, frac type stimulation and setting of a new Rotoflex Pumping Unit on the well known as the Ute 1-16 A1E.

Homeland Gas and Oil, Inc., or HGO has numerous opportunities for both recompletions and step out drilling in the Bluebell/Altamont area. Homeland's " Stock in Trade" is solid prospective properties that have been under utilized. As oil and gas prices have seemingly been on a continued rise lately, HGO feels these properties have become more and more attractive and desirable. This was solidified in a statement issued by Bob Ballou, Homeland Geologist, " This is an outstanding prospect with tremendous upside potential."
A mutually acceptable agreement for the venture will be entered into by all of the participants, including HGO and Landmark 4 LLC. An Area of Mutual Interest will be established and the venture will be managed and operated by HGO.

Once the agreement is signed by all of the participants, the project will be funded for the estimated total cost amount of $863,310.00 and the funds put in escrow. HGO will draw on AFE funds for actual costs associated with the project. HGO management duties will include; preparation of a detailed chronological prognosis and task list, as well as all sundry notices and notification to all State, Tribal and Federal entities. In addition HGO will be coordinating and preparing for the actual work being preformed. And, Setting up a COPAS approved accounting system for the project as determined by the operating agreement, and determining a mutually agreed to notification system to inform all partners of every facet of the daily work, subsequent production and day to day LOE costs.

Assuming the absence of any unforeseen weather problems, following the signing of the agreement preparations for the project should close within three weeks of Thursday. Then, the actual time from start of workover to establishing production is estimated to be 3-4 weeks in length.

Aside from this encouraging, recent news, we are especially interested in American and Canadian junior Oil and Gas prospects right now. Especially, after George Bush’s bold statements, which were outlined in our newsletter. After conducting phase one of our research, Streetinvesting.com has decided to look further into this company, and particularly the outlined works of its subsidiary, West Oil & Gas. Our research team feels that with the recent activity surrounding the Company, and the potential for future successes being created with the completion of this work, that Axia may be taking the appropriate measures for furthered success. In lieu of all this, we will continue to monitor this Company throughout the ensuing weeks and months in the hopes that investors can witness a reflection of this positive activity in its share price. Change in Assets, Sale of Equity



Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
Reference is herewith made to Item 3.02 below wherein the registrant indicates that on February 13, 2006, it received an investment of Eight Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($810,000.00) from Miramar Investments, Inc. pursuant to a previously executed investment agreement.





Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities
(I) On February 13, 2006, the registrant issued Eight Hundred and Ten (810) shares of its Class B Preferred Stock to Miramar Investments, Inc. pursuant to the terms of an investment agreement between the registrant and Miramar. The shares of Class B preferred stock issued to Miramar are restricted shares and cannot be resold unless they are subsequently registered pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, as amended or such sale is pursuant to a valid exemption from such registration.

(II) The transaction referred to above did not involve an underwriter or placement agent and there were no underwriter's discounts or commissions, or placement agent fees or commissions, paid in connection with the transaction. Miramar Investments, Inc. is an accredited investor, as defined by Rule 501 of Regulation D, and has the business and financial knowledge to analyze the risks associated with an investment in our Class B Preferred Stock.

(III) The securities issued to Miramar Investments, Inc., were in exchange for the sum of Eight Hundred and Ten Thousand Dollars ($810,000.00) in cash.

(IV) The transaction referred to above was an exempt transaction in accordance with the provisions of Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, as a transaction by an issuer not involving any public offering. The registrant did not engage in any public solicitations in connection with the above transaction.



Es geht langsamm wieder aufwärts!

denke ich noch nicht dass der Boden erreicht ist, geht bestimmt noch einmal unter die 0,20€

Schau mal was ein Hammer Volumen in USA.

Da gehen 50 und 100 K Pakete.

Und alles aus dem Ask herraus.

Ich bin wieder dabei und denke das der
Boden nun gefunden ist und wir bald
wieder kräftig nach oben durchziehen
werden.

Ich glaube auch, dass der Boden so langsam erreicht ist...! Am 17.02. kommen erst mal schlechte Zahlen..dann vielleicht nochmal 0,20 Euro dann bei der Nächsten guten Nachricht...??? Vielleicht...?? Bald..???

              ????       0,35-0,45   ????   SICHER!!!

suche einen guten einstieg, und hab jetzt gedacht, dass der zeitpunkt jetzt da ist. dass die aktie heute noch gefallen ist, liegt sicherlich auch an der gesamten energiebranche, die heute geschwächelt hat...aber woher hast du infos über schlechte zahlen?

17.02 kommen Zahlen von UPDA ! Sind aber weitest gehend im Kurs schon drin..!!  Deswegen geht sie auch die letzten Tage nicht gen Norden..!
Anleger wollen eben immer alles schwarz auf weiß...!!
Dann gehts wieder mit neuer Fantasie voran....!!!!!!!!!!

wenn ich mir den Chart in USA anschau seh
ich das die 26 Cent gestern verteitigt
wurde. Also das ist und war für mich ein
Zerichen das es wieder aufwärts gehen
sollte/müsste.

Natürlich ist das nicht sicher aber doch
wahrscheinlich. Man beachte unter welchem
Volumen UPDA auf 50 Cent ging.

Also ich denke nicht das wir weiter
fallen werden. Und diese Woche noch News?

Wenn die noch etwas positiver sind als
erwartet dann geht es auch viel schneller
wieder auf die 50 Cent.

Der Ami ist da ab und zu mal sehr schnell.

Das Volumen zieht bei steigenden Kursen wieder an. Wenn das mal kein schlechtes Zeichen ist :)
