Global Concepts Record Breaking Quarter

GARRISON, N.Y., March 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Concepts, Ltd. (OTC BB:GCCP.OB - News) announced today, in advance of its year end audit, that revenue for the 4th quarter of 2004 would exceed $4,500,000.

The great bulk of this revenue came from our October 1, 2004 acquisition in France of Campagnie Logistic Transportes Automobiles, S.A. (``CLTA''). We expect this subsidiary to show a respectable profit for this forth quarter.

We also expect that first quarter revenue will significantly exceed this short-lived record, and that the second quarter of 2005 will again set a new record for quarterly revenue. Investors need not be reminded that on February 1st we took over certain assets of Trans Cuisinier (also in France), and these assets have yielded immediate positive results in dramatic sales increases and profit.

Mike Margolies, Global's Chairman and CEO commented, ``It's a great feeling to know, in so short a time, that these major corporate decisions we made in the last six months turned out to be so perfect. I predicted a dramatic 2005, and it's happening. Stay tuned for our exciting results.''

Global Concepts Describes History of Relationship with Cornell Capital Partners

MONTCLAIR, N.J., Mar 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
Global Concepts, Ltd. (OTCBB:GCCP) announced today that it modified its relationship with Cornell Capital Partners on January 26, 2005. On that date, the existing debt and an additional $500,000 loan were combined into a $1.5MM promissory note. Global Concepts is required to make monthly payments of $250,000 on the note commencing on August 26, 2005. If Global Concepts defaults in making those payments, Cornell Capital Partners may convert the principal and interest on the note into Global Concepts common stock.

Global Concepts has not issued any common stock to Cornell Capital Partners other than 4,242,424 restricted shares that were issued in November 2004. The Registration Statement on Form SB-2 that Global Concepts filed in December 2004 to permit Cornell Capital Partners to sell Global Concepts shares to the public was withdrawn on February 1, 2005.

Dieser Titel wird noch durch die Decke gehen. Da bin ich mir total sicher! Die Meldung wurde anscheinend noch richtig verarbeitet denn sonst wäre der Kurs schon bei 0,06 -0,08
