der Maydornreport hat sich gravierend verbessert. Seit Jahresanfang hat er nur noch ein Minus von 13,2 Prozent. Alles unter -80% ist ja ein Erfolg *lol*

Was soll das den sein?  

4) Trying to answer the fears of stock price and company health yet that is not something that can be written or really answered (and therefore I do a generic version that is not answering the key questions anyways).  My message is really that I understand the frustration and am 100% committed and excited to chart a course for success.
4) Figure out a specific communication plan with the broad German shareholder group

In the past I have written about the software, the technology. Shown screen shots of what we are building.Talked about the installs in mills, in entertainment, etc.  To the point where I am releasing information that will benefit my competitors.

So the advice I received over the weekend is to change these updates to broader news releases.That there is good progress information in the updates but that this is going to a smaller group and not really achieving, anymore, what the updates where set out to do.  

My decision yesterday:
- produce a calendar of news and progress and stick to that through 2017
- Will be starting by end of this week/next week
- will create a regular cadence of news
- create an IR plan

Also, working on understanding and then creating a plan for how to better communicate with our broad German shareholder group.  Germany has been an early creator and adopter of cloud based analytic platforms.  Cumul8 is a product that should speak more clearly to the technical knowledge and advances in Germany.  A few of you have sent ideas and suggestions on how to possible tackle this opportunity and I look forward to talking with you more on the topic.

I will also continue to talk as openly as I can to all those who write, however I will not longer be accepting the personal attacks.

I look forward to turning these updates into broader market communications on a much more regular basis.

... nur dass sich heute ein Käufer bewußt sein sollte, dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer Rendite sehr klein ist ... wir hingegen (zumindest ich) sahen das Risiko eines Totalverlustes gegen Null gehen.

Kommunikation des R.A. ist bereits bei Null, entgegen seiner wiederholten Ankündigung vom 18.04. eines Kommunikationsplans mit den GGS. Ein Schwätzer vor dem Herrn. Vertrauen komplett verspielt, Schweigen im Walde, unsäglich trauriges Bild das man da abgibt.

Ich überlege gegen den PF Deal zu stimmen. Ergebnis wäre, dass die Bude in Insolvenz geht und der Insolvenzverwalter evt. noch etwas für die Shareholder herausholt

(the “Company”) will be held at Suite 700 – 595 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) for the following purposes:
1. to receive the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2016, and accompanying report of the auditors;

3. to authorize the directors of the Company to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditors for the financial year ending December 31, 2016;

Dass ken gar nedd weg geht sondern nur kein presidents mehr is. Steht ja eigentlich auch so in dem Dingens von vor paar tagen. Nacht ihr eights. Schau euch mal aeterna an da is noch mehr stupid german money. Wir haben noch ne Chance.  

Sedar, Document vom 28.4. um 19:57, news release-english, Seite 1, Abschnitt unten, Outlook 2017, steht das mit dem Rücktritt von Ken Scott und was soll das mit Eight Technologies Inc ?  

The Company plans to restructure its operations to minimize and reduce operating costs
, further enhanced by the recent resignation  of  Ken  Scott  as  President  and the  appointment  of  Rory Armes as both President and Chief Executive Officer

Bedeutet, dass Ken seinen Präsidentenjob gekündigt hat und in diesem Zusammenhang RA auch zum Präsidenten ernannt wurde.

Man kann wohl kaum von seinen Aufgaben zurücktreten und Board Mitglied bleiben, zumal ja auch ausdrücklich von Kosteneinsparungen die Rede ist und das bedeutet für mich ein Maul weniger zu stopfen.

Man kann ken aber wieder zum Director wählen.

Was soll der Scheiß?

Sedar gibt es jede Menge zu lesen.Da braucht man Stunden um das alles zu lesen.Wenn man gut englisch kann.Scheint
aber nicht uninteressant zu sein.Dort ist unter anderem auch geschrieben was einige Direktoren verdienen.

Bei allen anderen steht "to present"

Mr. Scott was appointed as President of the Company on April 29, 2013 and a director effective January 6, 2014.  Mr. Scott resigned  as  President  on  April  24,  2017  and  is  continuing  to  be  employed  by  the  Company  in  a  consulting  capacity  at  $108,000 per annum.  

Damit werden Kosten eingespart, aber Ken bleibt trotzdem in beratender Tätigkeit an Board und wird sich weiter hauptsächlich um die Abschlüsse kümmern. Laut Rory ist die Forn der Kommunikation im Report zum Wechsel so ausreichend und es gibt kein Zerwürfnis oder ähnliches. Habe nächste Woche ein Telefonat mit Rory zu diversen Themen, bin mal gespannt. Falls jemand Fragen hat, die ich ihm zusätzlich stellen soll, dann einfach per boardmail schicken.  

Frage mal hier. Ich will einfach nur folgendes wissen.

Welche Umsatzentwicklung erwartet er ? 2017/2018 ... Jedes Unternehmen , auch der Grillstand beim Möbler umme Ecke, haben sowas wie eine Erwartung , was verdient werden soll.

Mach dem mal klar, was es heisst ,an der Börse notiert zu sein...
