We can not explain the sell off and decline in our share price. There havebeen no changes in our business model and our business plan is what we are focused on executing.
Indeed, we have had positive feedback on releasing our product into the forestry sector. Revenue has been slower than originally anticipated (mostly due to developing a deeper solution), Although there is great anticipation by Several of the major forestry companies for our product and services, and we are working as Quickly and diligently to get the product to a revenue stage. Our product for the forestry sector is now up and running, Although it is changing / being amended daily as we prepare for commercial release (running Beta version now). Within the next 8 weeks we will be selling our product into the forestry sector on to MRR, or SaaS, base. With our forestry launch we are quietly sticking with our target of cash flow positive by end of calendar year 2016th
Once Achieved, the revenue model in the forestry sector will be a monthly recurring (SaaS) revenue format. As well as the basic modules, we will continue to roll out new modules.
We continue to pursue sales in other sectors as well, Primarily entertainment where we currently work with a major Hollywood studio and a large post production company and in transportation where we are expanding on to initial assignment with a large transportation company. There are other industry sectors as well, Which all Ultimately wants operate on a SaaS revenue base. The product and experience we are gaining from the forestry sector will be Directly Applied into other industries. We are seeing a strong initial acceptance of our style of taking raw data and driving it to a unique, visual representation of live big data into the cloud. This can be Applied much more broadly than just forestry.
Financing has been a challenge with the decline in share price but mostimportant, we need the continued support from our existing Shareholders. Please know we are here for the long term and want to plan accordingly.
Sincerely,
Rory
