Ich habe das Depot der letzten Woche ordentlich durchgerüttelt, eigentlich völlig unnötig, aber es gibt ja immer was Neues am Markt.

Ein besonderer Pick ist sicherlich ASVI, da hat der Markt die Zahlen gewürdigt.

Absolut irre Shares wie AMWS, ADBL, NMXS oder NURM konnten nicht berücksichtigt werden, Ihr kennt das ja... Bin erstaunt, dass preisfuchs NNPP nicht genommen hat, ist er doch  von überzeugt, zu Recht glaube ich.
Na Grueni hatte DFCT schon mal für den dreifachen Kurs im Depot, reizvoller Turnaroundversuch, war ich auch am überlegen.
Quadsan und benny haben sich nicht gemeldet, schlummern aber noch in meiner Datenbank, falls sie sich mal melden, dann zeige ich sie wieder.

ASV Reports Record 3rd Quarter 2003 Results; Sales up 154%, Earnings Per Share Increases from $.05 to $.29; $10 Million Share Repurchase Plan Adopted  


GRAND RAPIDS, Minn., Oct 22, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ASV, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASVI)
today reported record results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2003.
Net sales for the third quarter of 2003 totaled $29.2 million, compared with
$11.5 million for the same period in 2002. Combining the increased sales and an
increased gross profit percentage, net earnings for the third quarter of 2003
increased to $3.1 million, or $.29 per share, compared with $527,000, or $.05
per share, for the third quarter of 2002.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2003, net sales totaled $70.2 million,
compared with $32.4 million for the same period in 2002. Net earnings totaled
$6.1 million, or $.59 per share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2003,
compared with $1.2 million, or $.11 per share for the same period in 2002.

Commenting on ASV's results, ASV President Gary Lemke stated, "Our third quarter
of 2003 was our second consecutive quarter of record sales and earnings as
market acceptance of rubber track machines continues to increase. This increased
acceptance resulted in increased sales of undercarriages to Caterpillar Inc.
(NYSE:CAT) for use on their Multi-Terrain Loader product line. Undercarriage
sales to Caterpillar accounted for approximately 53% of our sales for the third
quarter of 2003. Our R-Series products also did well during the quarter, as we
continue to expand our dealer network. Our increased production volume,
increased parts sales and slight shift in product mix to higher margin products
aided in increasing our gross profit percentage more than two hundred basis
points compared with our second quarter of 2003."

For the three months ended September 30, 2003, the Company's selling, general
and administrative (S, G & A) expenses decreased, as a percentage of net sales,
to 5.2%, compared with 9.8% for the same period in 2002. Commenting on this
decrease, Lemke stated, "Our ability to keep our S, G & A expenses low even as
we increase sales certainly helped increase our earnings during the third
quarter of 2003. Our undercarriage sales to Caterpillar do not require the same
level of S, G & A expenses as sales to our independent dealers, thereby allowing
ASV to push more dollars to the bottom line."

Outlook

Discussing ASV's overall outlook for the fourth quarter of 2003, Lemke states,
"Our fourth quarter volume has typically been lower as dealers attempt to carry
lower inventory levels over year-end and we anticipate this may occur again this
year. Accordingly, we anticipate our fourth quarter sales will be in the range
of $22-25 million. This will bring our total sales for 2003 in the range of
$92-95 million, up from our previous guidance of $81-88 million. We anticipate
total MTL undercarriage sales to Caterpillar will be approximately one-half our
total sales for the twelve months ending December 31, 2003. In the fourth
quarter of 2003, we anticipate a greater number of common share equivalents to
enter into our computation of earnings per share, a result of the increase in
our share price and the anticipated exercise of expiring in-the-money stock
options. Combining this with our expected fourth quarter sales, we anticipate
our fourth quarter earnings will be in the range of $.17-.20 per share,
resulting in expected earnings per share for fiscal 2003 to be in the range of
$.76-.79 per share."

Continuing, Lemke stated, "With the significant growth we experienced in 2003,
we believe it is too early to provide detailed guidance regarding our
anticipated sales and earnings levels for 2004. With the increased acceptance of
rubber track machines, our continued expansion of the ASV dealer network, an
expected increase in the number of ASV product offerings in 2004 and
Caterpillar's MTL European product launch in the fourth quarter of 2003, we
believe ASV will experience another record year of sales and earnings in 2004."

Warrant Acceleration Notice

ASV recently announced it had issued an acceleration notice to Caterpillar for
approximately one million warrant shares at $21.00 per share issuable pursuant
to the warrant issued to Caterpillar. An acceleration notice may be issued to
Caterpillar when ASV attains certain levels of revenues, gross profit percentage
and average closing share price. ASV believes the sales and gross profit
percentage figures it will report in its Form 10-Q for the period ended
September 30, 2003 will satisfy the levels needed for the issuance of the next
acceleration notice. Should the average closing share price requirement be met,
the next acceleration notice to Caterpillar would pertain to approximately two
million additional shares of ASV common stock at $21.00 per share.

Stock Repurchase Plan

ASV also announced its Board of Directors has approved the implementation of a
new stock repurchase plan. Under this new plan, ASV may repurchase up to $10
million of its common stock on the open market. The Company intends to fund the
repurchases with available funds. The repurchase program is expected be in
effect through the period ending October 14, 2004, or until such amount of stock
is repurchased.

to discuss its results for the third quarter of 2003 and its outlook for the
remainder of 2003. The call will be broadcast over the Internet and can be

Telesoft Corp. Announces Reverse Stock Split as Part of Going Private Transaction
Friday October 24, 4:00 pm ET


PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2003--Telesoft Corp. (Pink Sheets: TSFT - News), an Arizona corporation, today announced that its board of directors has approved a 1-for-110,000 reverse split of each of its shares of common stock. The effect of the reverse stock split will be that each shareholder owning fewer than 110,000 shares of common stock will receive cash in the amount of $1.82 for each pre-split share of common stock held by that shareholder. After the split, the sole shareholders of Telesoft will be Michael Zerbib, president, CEO and CFO, Thierry Zerbib, vice president, Brian Loeb, vice president, and Nicolas Zerbib.
The split was approved by a special committee of Telesoft's board of directors consisting solely of Telesoft's independent director. An independent investment banker provided its opinion to the special committee that the $1.82 price is fair from a financial perspective to Telesoft and the non-management shareholders of Telesoft. The $1.82 per share cash consideration represents a 507% premium over the $0.30 closing price for Telesoft's common stock on Oct. 14, 2003, the last day of trading prior to this announcement.

The reverse split is subject to various conditions, including approval by a majority of Telesoft's non-management shareholders at a special shareholders meeting anticipated to be held in late November 2003. Shares controlled directly or indirectly by the management shareholders, who represent approximately 65% of the outstanding shares, will be "sterilized" and voted in the same manner and proportion as the shares held by non-management shareholders are voted.

Telesoft Corp. provides billing and customer care solutions to educational institutions, corporations and government agencies.

BellSouth and Glenayre Settle Patent Dispute Glenayre to License BellSouth Patent

Zu TSFT sage ich nichts.Einfach himmlisch endlich getroffen zu haben.Zu den Umsätzen ist Kritik mehr als angebracht;ich hatte die Aktie aber auf Umsätze gar nicht durchleuchtet,da sie in den letzten Tagen(seit 14.10)gar nicht gehandelt wurde.Im Übrigen hatte ich den Reverse als eine Art Aufkauf durch das Management verstanden,das über 65%der Shares hält.Die freien Aktionäre sollten 1.82 erhalten.Da verkauft wohl keiner für 1.11--oder sehe ich das falsch.

Sei es wie es sei,das war der trefffer(bis jetzt).f-h und Grueni hatten auch schon einmal so ein Massel,bei den anderen weiss ich es nicht.

Na, er hat auch seine 264% bis jetzt, sicherlich kein Zufall. Schreibt nicht viel, ist einfach nur effektiv.
CKSW hat er sich diese Woche zum zweiten Mal reingelegt, die kommen von 0,08!
big l., wie gesagt, MOBI ist mir vertraut, auf die hätten wir uns in einem realen Depot garantiert geeinigt.

das mit MOBI ist aber wohl hauptsächlich wegen dem Barron`s Artikel.Trotzdem sind sie dieses Jahr sehr gut gelaufen.Von gut 2,-- auf knapp 12,-- in 6 Monaten,recht ordentlich.

Mit TSFT habe ich den Knall im All.Eigentlich müsste ich das Ding noch auf 1.70 bis 1.80 auslutschen(1.82 ist der Preis für die Abfindung der freien Aktionäre),aber genug ist genug,zumal mit den Umsätzen(ich kenne das Problem).

Also Verkauf  60.000 TSFT  1.35  = 81.000,-- Cash.

Das wird diese Woche brezeln und Herrn Span nervös machen.(Zumal ich heute noch einen fast 100er gehabt hätte),der aber wegen USXP nicht zum Einsatz kam.

Nächste Woche noch so ein Ding und ich bin da.

Gestern gabs Zahlen von IMMR, sieht sehr böse aus für patzi..

Not bad, man, not bad!
Für die weitere Lust am Spiel sorgt datt sicher, oder?


Ich habe bei meiner unsortierten Auswahl diese Woche wahrscheinlich weniger Glück!


Bewußt hab ich auch auf PWTXQ (200% gestern gemacht) aufgrund der Handelsstückzahlen
verzichten müssen.
Da gingen nur 300 000 Stücke um, ich hätte aber (da nur 6 Werte zugelassen sind) bei einem mögl. KK von 0,001 !
fast 60 000 Dollar setzen müssen.
Ein klarer Nachteil für mich.
Ich wäre deshalb unbedingt dafür, datt mehr Werte zugelassen werden!
Findet ma mögl. Performer und bringt dort soviel Knete unter, datt datt halbwegs real rüber kommt!
Teilverkäufe sind aus verständlichen Gründen nicht erlaubt, da muss eine andere Lösung her.
Z.B. sollten Spieler, welche bisher über 200% Depotplus erwirtschaftet haben auch in vielleicht 8 - 10 Werte investieren dürfen.
Die Stückzahlen und Kaufsummen werden somit deutlich kleiner und kommen verständlicher für den Beobachter rüber.
Wer setzt schon im richtigen Leben über 10 000 Dollar auf OTC- Werte?
Die meiste Performance der Spieler kommt aber durch Pennys!
Aufgrund der Spielregularien verwässert aber die Geschichte hier mehr und mehr!

Mein Vorschlag:

Auf Werte unter 1 Dollar max. 30 000$ zum Kauf unter Berücksichtigung der Handelsvolumina erlaubt.
Auf Werte unter 0,25 Dollar max. 20 000$ zum Kauf unter Berücksichtigung der Handelsvolumina erlaubt.
Auf Werte unter 0,01 Dollar max. 10 000$ zum Kauf unter Berücksichtigung der Handelsvolumina erlaubt.

Datt sind zwar harte Regularien, kommen aber der Wirklichkeit eher näher, als datt, watt hier abläuft.


Bleibt alles so wie es ist, erscheint datt mehr und mehr unwirklich und nich nachvollziehbar.

Oder noch besser, Werte unter 0,10 werden insgesamt net mehr zugelassen!
Datt hatten wir hier schon, wurde aber von Eski wieder aufgehoben.
Watt rauskimmt, sehen wir Woche für Woche!
Ok, ich halte mich persönlich auch an die Regeln und hatte solch unwirkliches Ding eben mit PWTXQ und PNFTQ zu meinen Gunsten im Depot!
Wollen wir datt so beibehalten ??
Dann wandern die Dinger bei nächster günstiger Gelegenheit auch wieder ins gruene Depot.

Big L sagt selber, datt die letzten Tage bei TSFT kein Handel war.
Erstaunlicherweise hat er aber 60 000 im Depot und bei fast Null Tagesumsatz einen mächtigen Reibach gemacht.
Geht jetzt nicht gegen Mister Big (hat er sich durchaus verdient), aber die Spielregeln zumindest für Nov/Dez sollten überarbeitet werden.
Wie gesacht, richtig Spass macht mir datt so nich mehr, wobei ich mich auch in Zukunft an die gültigen Regeln halten werde.


Meinungen dazu sind erwünscht !

Wie darf ich denn das verstehen:"jetzt macht Big L auch noch Druck von hinten".Wie bekannt,lebe ich in Berlin (und das ist auch gut so)und da sind solche Ansagen manchmal missverständlich--ggg.

Zum Regelwerk: Ich denke die Vorschläge von Regelanpassungsspan sind sehr begründet.Aber Eski muss entscheiden,er ist der Spielleiter.Ansonsten setzen wir auf Selbstkontrolle.Aber 8 Shares--vor allem für die grossen Depotbeweger-- sollten schon sein.Zu den Pennys bin ich d`accord,wobei die "Normenflut" für einen Ungeübten wie mich sehr unübersichtlich ist.Hauptsache wir dürfen weiter virtuell die Sau rauslassen.

Ach so,heute bin ich flat.Wie immer,ich hätte seit mindestens 6 Wochen immer montags am besten verkaufen können.

Goldrichtiger Einstieg bei EAG, prima Ankündigung (vor)gestern, habs mitbekommen.

Zur Reform des Wettbewerbs kann ich nur sagen, dass ich jede Woche problemlos 20 Werte kaufen könnte, so viele Kaufkandidaten bieten sich regelmässig an.

Ein Beispiel von vielen war IPA an der AMEX. Den Wert beobachte ich ja nun schon eine Weile. Den Hype auf 8,50, der Rückgang auf 3,80, das war ein glasklarer Comebackkandidat von mir, musste mich aber irgendwie entscheiden.

Die Reduktion auf 6 Werte hatte ich eingeführt, um neuen Mitspielern und Pennyglücksrittern die Teilnahme zu ermöglichen, die sind ja nun leider sehr unstetig.

Aber ab nächste Woche machen wir das so:

Mindestens 4, maximal 8 Werte.

Unter 0,01  max. 5% vom Depotvolumen.
Unter 0,50 max. 10% vom Depotvolumen und 25% Stop-Loss unter Kaufkurs, das ist die realistische Schwankungsbreite.

Sonst ändert sich nichts, ab 0,50 bleibt alles wie bisher, ich beschäftige mich selbstverständlich aus guten Gründen mit Handelsvolumina, aber für den Wettbewerb kann es kein Kriterium werden, das sitzt nicht drin.

Das ist mein Urteil zum Thema.

Ich will auch meine Performance nicht runterreden, denn ich habe mich nicht an Pennyzockerei beteiligt.
Bis auf EAG, die hatte ich in der 34 KW zu 0,37 gekauft und zu 0,49 verkauft.

Richtig abschreckend mache ich die neuen Regeln, weil ich von  diesem Superpennykram nur abrate, und auch Dir nur der enge SL die Performance rettet.

bennys katastrophale Strategie, ich wiederhole mich mal. Er hatte IVOC als Erster zu 0,007, dann Du zu 0,0069 und Neukauf zu 0,0055.
Jetzt bei 0,0039.

Endgültige Regeländerung:

Werte unter 0,01 max. 5% vom Depotvolumen, SL muss 50% unter Kaufkurs sein.
Werte unter 0,50 max. 10% vom Depotvolumen, SL muss 25% unter SL sein.
Werte über 0,50, es bleibt alles wie gehabt.

Da sollte Dein Depot nächste Woche mal wieder sympathischer aussehen, Du kannst auch ausserhalb der Pennys viel reissen, das wissen wir aus den ersten Monaten.

The Company reported third quarter revenues of approximately $139.6 million, versus approximately $114.7 million in the third quarter of 2002.

GAAP EPS for the third quarter of 2003 were $0.29, versus $0.09 in the third quarter of 2002. GAAP EPS for the third quarter of 2003 included approximately $0.05 per share for amortization of purchased intangibles and approximately $0.02 per share for restructuring activities, while GAAP EPS for the third quarter of 2002 were reduced by approximately $0.06 per share for amortization of purchased intangibles. GAAP EPS for the third quarter of 2003 were calculated on a diluted basis using approximately 34.6 million shares.

The net accounts receivables balance for the third quarter of 2003 decreased sequentially to $97.4 million from $109.7 million in the second quarter of 2003, while days sales outstanding improved to 59 days from 69 days during the same time period. This contributed to positive operating cash flow of $19.4 million for the quarter.

"During the third quarter we continued to validate our position as a market leader in our core businesses, while moving forward on emerging opportunities that will provide for additional growth over the next several years," said Steven W. Berglund, president and CEO of Trimble.     Third Fiscal Quarter Business Segment Highlights


Engineering and Construction (E&C)

Total third quarter E&C revenues increased by 14 percent over the third quarter of 2002. Sales of survey instruments and Tripod Data Systems data collection software and rugged handheld computing products remained strong, leading to the double-digit sales growth for the business over the third quarter of 2002. Sales of construction laser products grew during the quarter, reflecting a broader product portfolio and distribution.

Field Solutions (TFS) - Agriculture and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

TFS revenues for the third quarter increased by approximately 52 percent over the third quarter of 2002. Strong demand for GeoExplorer(R) CE series GPS handhelds fueled GIS sales, with particular strength coming from utilities and the federal government ahead of its fiscal year-end. Agriculture product sales also grew significantly during the quarter, with high-end guidance products continuing to gain momentum on new tractor platforms, and in new geographies and crop types.

Trimble deferred approximately $2.4 million of revenue from the third quarter of 2002 into the fourth quarter of 2002 due to the delayed release of the GeoExplorer CE Series GPS handheld.

Component Technologies (CT)

Third quarter revenues for CT increased by approximately 11 percent over the third quarter of 2002. Continued strong demand for wireless infrastructure products led to a favorable product mix. This favorable product mix, combined with increased volumes in automotive and embedded products, and cost reductions related to the transfer of the business' manufacturing operations from California to China during the second half of 2002, led to the second consecutive quarter of record operating margins.

Mobile Solutions (TMS)

TMS achieved a 40 percent sequential increase in subscriber count, despite sales softness due to seasonality in the ready mix market and failures of purchased components in the field. TMS sales and marketing efforts during the quarter were diluted as a result, which led to a sequential decline in revenues. These component issues have been addressed and sales and marketing efforts have returned to normal.

Guidance

The fourth quarter is typically a seasonally soft period for most of Trimble's businesses. Year over year fourth quarter comparisons may be difficult due to the previously stated deferral of GIS revenue, exceptionally strong timing revenues, and a 14-week quarter in fourth quarter of 2002.

For the fourth quarter ending January 2, 2004, the Company expects revenues will be between $128.0 and $130.0 million. Gross margins are expected to be approximately 50 percent. Operating expenses, including approximately $2.5 million of amortization of intangibles and restructuring charges are expected to be approximately $54.0 million. Net interest expense is expected to be approximately $1.1 million, and other non-operating expense should be approximately $1.8 million. The income tax provision should be approximately $1.4 million. Within these revenue guidelines, Trimble expects GAAP EPS to be between $0.16 and $0.19. GAAP EPS guidance was calculated assuming 34.7 million shares outstanding.

For the full-year ending January 2, 2004, Trimble expects revenue to be between $533.0 and $535.0 million, a 14 - 15 percent increase over 2002. GAAP EPS should be between $0.87 and $0.90, a 142 - 150 percent increase over 2002.

For fiscal year 2004, the Company is issuing preliminary guidance for revenues between $570.0 and $580.0 million, with GAAP EPS of $1.30 to $1.40. The Company will update this guidance when it reports fourth quarter 2003 earnings in early February.

Wenn das Depot eingerichtet ist, werde ich unser Vorhaben mit gemeinsamen Depot wieder vorstellen. Mein Angebot steht, mit Dir würde ich anfangen. Vielleicht findet sich noch jemand...

bin dabei,wie geschrieben.Macht sicher Spass,auch mal "in echt"zu traden.Vielleicht macht ja der eine oder andere aus der tollen Truppe noch mit.Vor ein Paar Tagen hatte ich mit f-h telefoniert,er ist am telefon genauso höflich und humorvoll wie in seinen Threads.Grueni wäre sicher auch dabei,und hatte nicht Pavian auch Interesse.

Wenn Ihr/Du wollt/willst,würde ich mal in den nächsten Wochen einen kleinen Vertrag aufsetzen,nicht aus Misstrauen oder aus Angst,sondern zur Absicherung eines jeden von uns(und des Verantwortlichen Depotleiters).Dort sollten nur die elementaren Grundsätze geregelt sein.Die Depotbeschickung können wir auf Ariva oder auch per E-Mail abstimmen und der Verantwortliche Depotleiter setzt die Abstimmung um.

Lass mich mal ein bisschen lästern, mit den Pennys ist eh ab nächste Woche Schluss vermute ich.
Es gibt ja viele Fans von USXP auf Ariva, mal sehen wie es für Euch ausgeht.
Unterm Strich läuft es noch nicht zufriedenstellend für Dich diese Woche, nur hier, das
TTT-Team ist ne andere Geschichte.
Die Woche hat mies für mich angefangen, aber ich bin ruhig geblieben. Gewinnmitnahmen gehören halt dazu bei Highflyern wie LPSN und GEMS.
Jetzt siehts schon freundlicher aus. Und Dank ARQRF wird es eine positive Woche, mal angesehen?

30 Werte zur Auswahl, welche lasse ich weg?

MTIC schon dreimal draussen gelassen, jetzt sind sie aber dabei. TYL ist saustark, MSCC, VYST, SRLS, FNIX, CYPB, PTRY hier wieder zu früh gegeben, etc, etc.
Ich nehme vielleicht einen Zylinder und ziehe 8 raus, irgendwie sind alle klasse.

in Berlin: Da geht es raus.Deshalb schon jetzt mein (hoffentlich)neues Angriffsdepot,um den "Druck von hinten"zu verstärken.Gemäss Eskis Vorgaben ist mein einziger Pennystock mit Kurs 0.23 mit unter 10% gewichtet.Das Sl soll 25%betragen,wie vom Spielleiter festgesetzt. Cashbestand 130.462,98. Also:

Muss etwas tun, um den Überholr der Woche Big L. wieder einzuholen:

IMOS und AUGT bleiben im Depot!

USOO und ALLN habe ich schon unter der Woche verkauft, nun stelle ich noch BIV und MSSN glatt. Macht insgesamt 67770,50 Dollar Cash, das auch gleich wieder in die neuen Highflyer investiert wird:

1400 Stück BRLI 16.59 = 23226
6300 Stück ITIG 3.50 = 22050
13232 Stück UCIA 1.70 = 22494,40

Stops bitte wie immer.

Da ich heute knapp an Zeit bin, werde ich morgen was zu den Shares schreiben und Charts reinstellen!

auch SMSI wollte ich zu 2,60$ reinnehmen, ist aber bei 2,70$ abgedreht, um dann auf 3$ zu laufen.... das sind sichere dinger und ich werde die augen offen halten, nach so moeglichkeiten... ciao ciao

Hoffentlich fällt kommende Woche mal ein bisschen mehr ab. Der DAX ist ja stärker in der 44 kw gestiegen als mein (Spiel)Depot, grässlich.
Pavian, zu BRLI brauchst Du mir jedenfalls nicht zu schreiben, die habe ich 2001 unter "Die besten Aktien weltweit" auf Ariva vorgestellt, gemeinsam mit Drägerwerk Vz.
2001 ging BRLI von 2 auf 12 Dollar, diese Rallye wiederholt sich dieses Jahr seit März.
Auch son Share, der immer irgendwie hier nicht aufgetaucht ist. f.h. hatte ich CYPB ans Herz gelegt, auch nicht aufgetaucht bei mir. Was wandert rein, was nicht. OIMM, ASPT, IFLO, RNBO, NAVR ist irre geil, TRCI hab ich dieses Jahr zu 3 Dollar vorgestellt im Januar, nie aufgetaucht. USNA war nie in einem Spieledepot, FNIX traue ich trotz der 300% Rallye wieder Kurse um 3 Dollar zu. Wie gesagt, es ist schwer für mich, die Auswahl ist so riesig gross. Ärgerlich ist es, wenn die Weggelassenen besser gelaufen sind in der Woche als die Gewählten, dann ists Pech.
Der Trost liegt nur darin, dass trotzdem ein paar Prozente zusammengekommen sind.

Bei GEMS werfe ich die Flinte noch nicht ins Korn, das ist charttechnisch und fundamental immer noch ein Verdoppler langfristig, deshalb geht er in die kommende Woche. Dann mal andere Highflyer und mit DRF einen möglichen Turnarounder, der mal aus heiterem Himmel kräftig anziehen könnte.

Bestimmt gibt es diese Möglichkeit, aber auf diese Geste verzichte ich. Es ist eh schon genug Arbeit und soll als Krönung ein gemeinsames Depot von US-Spezialisten haben.
Die Unterlagen von E-Trade für ein US-Depot auf Dollar-Basis sind angefordert. Dort sind die Transaktionskosten zwar etwas höher als bei Interactive, aber die Möglichkeiten sind grösser.
Ich will nur ausgewiesene Könner dabei haben, da bist Du erste Wahl.
Ich stelle es mir so vor:
Bei 3 Mitinhabern dieses Depots schlägt jeder Shares vor, wenn zwei zustimmen, wandert der Share ins Depot, sonst nicht. Also keine Alleingänge.

Bei 5 Mitdepotinhabern müssen drei zustimmen, keine Alleingänge.

big l. und ich werden wohl mit 2500 Euro pro Nase anfangen wie es aussieht, das ist ein Betrag den ich problemlos in ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt stecken kann, da bleibt genug für eigene Trades.
Ich persönlich finde ein Gemeinschaftsdepot reizvoll, Pavian hat leider schon abgewunken, wie stehts mit Dir?

8 Werte dürfen (nach Kurs je erlaubter Gewichtung) aufgenommen werden.

FAKTEN:

1 Spassmacher für 5 % von 358660 = 18660 ist dabei.
340000 für 7 Werte verbleiben.
Datt macht 48571 je Position.
