CAMBRIDGE, Mass., & SOMERS, N.Y., Jul 14, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ATG and IBM
Team to Pre-Integrate ATG Commerce and Self-Service Applications With IBM's
WebSphere Platform

ATG (Art Technology Group, Nasdaq: ARTG), a leading provider of innovative

IBM) today announced a relationship that enables ATG to OEM IBM's WebSphere
Internet infrastructure software as part of its packaged solution offerings.

Under the agreement, ATG's products will be enhanced to pre-integrate with
WebSphere Application Server (WAS), WebSphere Studio development tools and
WebSphere MQ application integration software. While ATG will offer an OEM
bundle exclusively based on WebSphere, the company plans to continue to support
application servers made by other vendors, including its own ATG Dynamo
Application Server (DAS).

The ATG-IBM relationship consists of three components that benefit customers:



   --  ATG will OEM, optimize for and pre-integrate with the

       WebSphere Application Server with ATG's consumer-facing

       applications. Over the next 12 to 18 months, ATG plans to

       broaden the optimization and integration efforts to include

       ATG integration with WebSphere Studio developer tools and the

       MQ family of enterprise application integration products.



   --  ATG will be able to provide customers with the option for a

       single point of purchase, implementation, support and

       accountability for the OEM solution.



   --  For ATG Dynamo Application Server customers electing to

       transition to the OEM solution, ATG will provide an attractive

       license exchange program.

The combined ATG and IBM offering leverages IBM's industry-leading Internet
infrastructure software, while allowing ATG to deliver robust consumer facing
applications that improve the overall online consumer experience.

stem speculation, Mr. Saturno-Sanjana noted. Sunday Communications' ADRs
also rallied Friday on the same rumors, he added.

A spokesman for Sunday Communications wasn't immediately available for
comment.

The speculation over a deal between Sunday Communications and Smartone is
just the latest in an "M&A transaction fever that's alive here [in Hong Kong]," Mr.
Saturno-Sanjana said.

He added the banking sector was going through consolidation and there were
talks of merger activity in the property sector.

From a market capitalization perspective, Sunday Communications is the
easiest acquisition target among the mobile phone companies, Mr.
Saturno-Sanjana said. Whether it's the most lucrative and strategically sound, he
said he couldn't say.

There aren't any single dominant players in the Hong Kong mobile phone
market, with about five to six major companies in the sector, he said.

Mr. Saturno-Sanjana doesn't own shares in Sunday Communications, and his
firm doesn't officially cover the company, nor does it have an investment banking
relationship with it.

AH sind fast 500.000 Shares zu 5.00 wegegangen.Jetzt zihe ich das durch.Bis Freitag 10,-sind die Pusherprognosen.

und Grueni hat zum 4ten Mal die PNFTQ Nummer gezogen, mit realer Börse hat das allerdings wenig zu tun, nicht mal 10.000 Umsatz in PNFTQ.
SDAY hat er auch, weil er grundsätzlich die Shares aufnimmt, die freitags prozentual am stärksten gestiegen sind, dieses Rezept hat Grueni in kurzer Zeit nach vorne katapultiert und ist sehr zur Nachahmung empfohlen.
Letzten Freitag ONT, CWCI und IIJI, heute SDAY. Verrückt, wie einfach es ist.
Ich liege allerdings auch ganz gut im Rennen diese Woche, der Chart von VRLK ist z.B.
saugut, schön dass ich sie mit in die neue Woche genommen habe.
Doc, TRAC ist mir völlig neu, ein Rätsel wieso sie mir beim Scannen durch die Lappen gegangen sind. Na, ab sofort ein spannender Share mehr in der WL.

zunächst gut,dass Du wieder "auftauchst".Mit Grueni`s Strategie war mir neu,allerdings hätte er dann doch auch VOCL aufnehemen müssen,die waren am Freitag saustark.Deshalb hatte ich mich für IBAS und ITXC entschieden.

die Gruenspinne für das gute gemeinsame Händchen. Freut mich auch, dass Du uns nicht mehr mit PNFT(Q) düpierst.
Sonst hätte ich mal ne Umsatzanforderung an Spielshares gestellt.
Ich hatte mich übrigens privat ebenfalls bei ICGE bereits am Donnerstag eingeklinkt,
Freitag gings dann nicht über 0,50, deshalb sind se wohl hier bei keinem aufgetaucht.
Die charttechnische Betrachtung von f.-h. fand ich allerdings überzeugend vergangene Woche, wir wollen hier von den Anderen lernen und profitieren und das dürfte locker drin sitzen.
Grueni, kommst Du aus NRW? Welche Ferienhälfte seid Ihr denn weg?
Für meinen Teil kündige ich eine Spielpause in der (34),35,36,37 KW wegen Ferien an.

Also, in diesem Sommer sind keine großen Urlaubsfahrten (nur Tagesausflüge) geplant und in NRW wohne ich auch nicht.
Wir waren über Ostern auf Teneriffe und fliegen im Oktober (Herbstferien) nach
Sharm el Sheikh.

Datt heisst wohl, datt wir von der 34. - 37. KW ein Vierwochendepot führen, oder ist sogar gänzlich eine Spielpause wegen Deiner Ferien angesagt?
