BROKAT IS LAUNCHING GLOBAL ROADSHOW TODAY
First event in Zurich with almost 100 visitors / Prospects receive an insight into technology
STUTTGART, October 10, 2000. Today Brokat AG, the leading software provider for e-Business solutions, has launched its worldwide Roadshow campaign in Zurich. The show aims at presenting the new products of the business segments Twister, Finance, and Commerce to the wide public of potential users. During the next weeks the Roadshow "Twist your Business" will stop in 11 cities throughout Europe, Asia, and Australia. Among these cities are: Zurich, Milan, Paris, London, Vienna, Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Bombay. The Roadshow will stop in Wiesbaden/Germany on October 25, 2000. At the beginning of 2001 the Roadshow will move on to the U.S.A.
Angelo Maestrini, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Brokat, explained the company´s vision to further develop electronic business. Maestrini pointed out that an increasing number of customers want to benefit from the opportunity to exploit mobile services. Mobility, in the eyes of the software house, does not only mean to add the mobile as another access channel. On the contrary, mobility enables customers access to the desired services via each of the available channels. Moreover, Maestrini focused on the fact that the integration of all delivery channels into a multi-channel concept will be the main task for companies within the next few years.
During the events visitors can inform themselves about transactions that are based on the e-Services platform Twister. Moreover, Brokat presents its new software applications for e-Brokerage and mobile payment. Among the keynote speakers are renowned market research companies that will inform the visitors on current trends and developments in the e-market. The events are mainly directed to decision-makers searching for mobile and e-Business solutions with strong customer focus.
